A routine traffic stop for a bicyclist riding in the middle of the road quickly spirals out of control when she refuses to identify herself and attempts to crawl under a police cruiser to avoid arrest. After physically fighting with officers and exhibiting bizarre behavior in the back of the squad car, she eventually accepted a plea deal, only to violate her probation just a month later.
