Moore Police Officers responded to a residence after reports that a man, identified as Jason Girod, was allegedly inside the home without the homeowner’s permission. Upon contact, officers attempted to detain Girod due to active warrants. Officers can be heard informing him that he was under arrest and giving multiple warnings that a Taser would be deployed if he failed to comply. Girod questioned the nature of the warrants and refused to cooperate or be detained. After repeated warnings, officers deployed a Taser in an attempt to gain compliance. However, Girod continued to resist arrest, leading officers to physically restrain him and take him to the ground. He was ultimately taken into custody and booked on charges including breaking and entering, resisting arrest, and his outstanding warrants.
