On June 23, 2024, Prairie Grove Police Officer Jentzsch observed a vehicle speeding and cross over the lane dividing line. She initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and the 25-year-old woman stated she just had an argument with her boyfriend. She also admitted to consuming "2 or 3" drinks. She was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests, which included a portable breath test (PBT). However, the results of the PBT are not mentioned on-camera or in the police report. The woman was arrested for DUI and refused to submit to an evidential breath test. She was transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where she was charged with driving while intoxicated, careless driving, refusal to submit to testing, and failure to maintain insurance. Her case is still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
