26:01 The fireworks really being once she is placed in the back of the police car On December 10, 2023, Lakewood Police Officer Krems observed a disturbance in a parking lot. He observed an unidentified male yelling that a female had just hit his car. In reality, the male observed the 25-year-old woman hit a parked car, but it was not his car. Officer Krems made contact with the woman. His police report indicates she had slurred speech and the smell of alcohol was emanating from the vehicle. She was eventually asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs). She was arrested for DUI and was placed in the back of the patrol vehicle. That is when she became obnoxious and belligerent. The police report indicates she submitted to an evidentiary breath test and the result was 0.181% BAC. Her case is still open and she is presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
