First DWI Arrest: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mp0RDAR5iOc Third DWI Arrest: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BLecB4K3GHA Around 1:22 AM on May 24, 2026, Patrolman James Hans with the Seaside Heights Police Department was dispatched to 7-11 (920 Boulevard) on a report of a disturbance involving multiple individuals. An individual by the name of Tajhon Price was the driver of a Hyundai Elantra was attempting to leave the store with multiple other individuals. However, others were trying to stop him from leaving the premises because another individual by the name of Jerell Cruz had allegedly stolen 2 deli sandwiches and a pastry item. Jerell was arrested on charges of shoplifting, while Tajhon was arrested on an active ACS warrant out of the Hackensack Police Department. Another female was seated in the passenger seat of the vehicle, and Patrolman Hans asked her for her identification. She falsely identified herself as Rose Munoz, but no individual by that name was found in the system. The female’s identity was later confirmed as Nadia Mitev. Nadia was placed under arrest for hindering apprehension by providing false information to a law enforcement officer (2C:29-3B(4)). After the officers processed Nadia, she was released on a summons pending her court appearance. Court records indicate that on June 16, 2026, Nadia’s charge was downgraded to a public nuisance violation (Ordinance 154-11). As a result of Nadia’s conviction, she had to pay a total of $533 in fines. Nadia has numerous prior arrests. Some of her prior arrests include: -Simple assault (2C:12-1A(1)) in Stafford Township, New Jersey on May 28, 2024 -Shoplifting (2C:20-11B(1)) in Stafford Township, New Jersey on January 31, 2024 -Driving while intoxicated in Berkeley Township, New Jersey on March 27, 2023 -Driving while intoxicated in Middletown Township, New Jersey on January 14, 2023 -Driving while intoxicated in Barnegat Township, New Jersey on December 5, 2022 ---------------------------------------------- Please LIKE, SUBSCRIBE, and consider supporting this channel (email us for more information). (P.L. 2001, c. 404). Defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty. The New Jersey Supreme Court has previously affirmed in Salzano v. North Jersey Media Group, 993 A.2d 778 (2010) that “The fair-report privilege reflects the judgment that the need, in a self-governing society, for free-flowing information about matters of public interest outweighs concerns over the uncompensated injury to a person's reputation.” This video advances a compelling public interest. The summary of events was based on records that are “open to public view through open access to public records” as defined in the Salzano case. In Ramos v. Flowers, 429 N.J. Super. 13, the Appellate Division of the Superior Court has also affirmed the right to film law enforcement interactions.
