Most Viral video - https://youtu.be/OFiypm_5u5Q Most Viral video - https://youtu.be/UU3KtRFy4Fs #news On January 23, 2025, around 2:30 PM, a serious hit-and-run incident occurred in Middletown Township, New Jersey. The suspect, Kimberly Mancision, was driving a blue Chevrolet van (NJ plate: S21NAR) when she crashed into a blue Toyota Prius driven by Kristen Goodrich at the intersection of Pine Street and State Route 35. Instead of stopping, Kimberly fled the scene. A witness followed her vehicle and alerted the police. Officer MacDonald spotted Kimberly’s van on SR 35 and noticed she was unable to maintain her lane properly. He pulled her over for questioning. From the very beginning, Kimberly showed multiple signs of impairment: Her face was smeared with makeup. She had slurred, slow speech. She struggled to find documents and lacked a valid driver’s license. She could barely stand without swaying and appeared physically unstable. Her eyes were red and droopy, and she was drooling while speaking. 🚔 Field Sobriety Tests: Eye Test (HGN): Indicated signs of intoxication. Walk-and-Turn Test: She failed to walk in a straight line and had to stop midway due to dangerous staggering. Given the condition, Officer MacDonald arrested Kimberly for suspected DUI (Driving Under the Influence) and had her vehicle towed under John’s Law. 🧪 At the Police Station: Breathalyzer Test: Her BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) was just 0.004%, nearly negligible. Urine Sample: Taken for drug screening based on physical symptoms. DRE Evaluation: A specially trained officer conducted a Drug Recognition Exam (report pending). 🧾 Charges Filed: Kimberly received five traffic citations: DUI (Driving Under the Influence) Careless Driving Leaving the Scene of an Accident Failure to Keep Right Driving Without a License She was ordered to appear in court on February 6, 2025. ℹ️ Additional Info: Her home address is listed as 325 Ocean Blvd, Long Branch, NJ. The van was registered under her mother, Ruth Mancision. Kimberly was released the next morning at 7 AM. Despite the low BAC, police believed she was under the influence of drugs — a suspicion supported by her erratic behavior, failed field tests, and physical symptoms. 🔍 This case was obtained through a public records request (OPRA) to bring transparency to such incidents. 🎥 Watch the full bodycam footage to see how police handled the situation and what led to the arrest. -------------- About Us / Disclaimer: Real World Police provides unbiased and authentic footage of incidents captured on body cams.
