He followed the vehicle for a short distance, making verbal notes of the observed traffic violations. He initiates a traffic stop and the 21 year-old driver explains that she is returning from a late night visit to McDonalds. She hands Officer Jones a passport and an insurance card that expired 5 years ago. Officer Jones asks the woman to step out of the vehicle and he notices something strange about the woman's pants.
