🎥 In today's copyrighted documentary, we report on an incident that occurred in Holbrook, Arizona. A cracked windshield. An air freshener on the mirror. A warning — not even a ticket. That's how this I-40 stop started, and how it could have ended. According to the Navajo County Sheriff's Office, a Criminal Interdiction Unit deputy pulled over a gray Volkswagen Jetta eastbound near Holbrook, Arizona for those two civil traffic violations. Then the story stopped adding up. The driver said he was making a near ten-hour round trip from Phoenix to Albuquerque just to drop the passenger off. He gave a last name for the passenger that didn't match the passenger's own. And, unprompted, he asked the deputy about the cars Arizona state troopers drive. The deputy asked to search. The driver agreed, and the passenger agreed through translation. In the trunk, the spare tire was sitting outside its compartment — and under the floor beneath it were foil-wrapped packages and bags of blue pills. According to the Navajo County Sheriff's Office, the search recovered approximately 15.5 pounds of methamphetamine and nearly 12,000 blue M30 fentanyl pills, with an estimated street value of more than $640,000. Court records show Luis Manuel Perez-Fabian, 28, of Phoenix, and Amando Madrano, 34, of Mexico, were arrested and charged with transportation and possession of narcotic and dangerous drugs for sale, and held on a $200,000 cash-only bond. Both are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. The full story is in the documentary. This is the body-worn camera footage from the deputy who conducted the September 17, 2022 traffic stop. 📍 Location: Holbrook, Arizona (Navajo County) — I-40, Mile Marker 292 📂 Source: Official police and court records ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS: 00:00 - Drugs Found Tease 00:27 - Traffic Stop Setup 01:55 - Driver Questioning 03:00 - Suspicious Travel Story 04:18 - Odd Small Talk 05:27 - Consent To Search 06:52 - Trunk Discovery 08:03 - Seizure Breakdown 11:42 - Miranda And Arrest 12:21 - Charges And Wrap Up 📺 MORE LIKE THIS — watch the latest Breaking Bodycams documentaries: 👉 https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL89-g15XsVc0WxE8UISQXCrCctoEPo46v ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📌 ABOUT BREAKING BODYCAMS Breaking Bodycams covers law enforcement encounters across the country, with a heavy focus on the Southwest and New Mexico.
