A late-night disturbance quickly escalates as a defiant driver in a locked vehicle refuses police commands, leading to a tense standoff and threats of forced entry. Officers responded to a possible disturbance, finding a young adult female in a locked 2011 BMW. Her boyfriend indicated she had been drinking. Despite assurances she wasn't in trouble, the individual defied officers' instructions to exit the vehicle, expressing a preference for forced removal rather than voluntary compliance. Patrolmen attempted to de-escalate, but ultimately had to threaten to break the car window to compel her exit. She was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence and obstructing law administration, continuing belligerent behavior at police headquarters, requiring physical restraint and attempting to manipulate a breathalyzer test before being released to her boyfriend with multiple summonses. --- Transparency through the lens of the law.
