There was a group of workers that were followed by a truck in the early morning hours as they traveled to their jobs. The man in the truck pulled up alongside of them and claimed to be an officer with ICE, he had no credentials or anything and when the victims threatened to call the Police he got back in his vehicle. The suspect then turned onto a side street so that he could get behind their vehicle again and continue to follow them. The suspect told officers that the men going to their jobs had threatened him and that he told them that 'ICE' would get them. The officers then asked why he would follow them for 5-10 minutes if they are the ones that made the threats..he didn't have a real good answer. He kept saying that he was the one that called the police. (both parties apparently called the police) Interesting thing is the suspect was wearing a hat that said 'MEXICO' on it. He was arrested and charged with impersonating a Federal Agent. Case is pending. *ALL suspects should be considered until proven guilty in a court of law.
