#news #police #arrest #cops Report: On 12/29/2021, At 0714 AM hours ACCPD Fire Department responded in reference to a fire alarm. Shortly after their arrival they requested police be en route due to a fight where the alarm was at. Officer arrived on scene and located the Fire Department near building. Officer was advised two females had been fighting in front of the building when they arrived on scene, one of the involved females is who actually pulled the fire alarm. One involved female was walking around near the building and the other was in a nearby vehicle. Officer approached the vehicle, it was a Nissan Juke. Inside of the vehicle officer spoke with the driver, suspects boyfriend and the suspect. Another officer arrived on scene and spoke with the other female. Officer had the suspects boyfriend exit the vehicle and speak with him away from the suspect. The boyfriend stated he is seeing both the suspect and the other woman, He was at the other woman(in purple) apartment on this date when the suspect showed up and found out where he was. He stated while speaking to the suspect in the breezeway, she wanted to know who he was with. The boyfriend would not tell her so she pulled the fire alarm to get the other woman out of the apartment. The boyfriend stated he watched the suspect active the fire alarm. After the other woman exited her apartment, all three of them exited the building towards the parking lot. In the parking lot area, the boyfriend and the suspect became engaged in a physical fight on the ground. The suspect was unable to recall who hit who first. The officer spoke to the suspect about the incident. She stated after tracking her boyfriend by phone to this location, she had someone drop her off. The officer asked if the suspect activated the fire alarm, she denied doing so. While speaking, the officer could clearly see a scratch on the right side of her face that was beginning to swell up. She also had grass in her hair and on her pants, she could not recall who hit who first. Officers were advised an altercation did occur between the woman in purple and the suspect outside, the woman in purple had a visible mark on her nose as well as grass and dirt on her clothes. the woman in purple indicated when the fire alarm went off, she suspected something was going on so she grabbed a set of scissors, it is unknown where the scissors ended up at or if they were ever involved. The suspect and the woman in purple do not share a family violence relationship. The woman in purple stated she wanted to press charges against the suspect for her actions. Cosby was advised of the warrant process and provided a case card. The suspect was also provided a case card. Officer will seek a warrant on the suspect for setting the fire alarm off under a false context. Her actions wasted the resources of a full fire truck, its crew and endangered the occupants of the apartment complex due to her actions.
