On April 28, 2023, what should have been the happiest day of Samantha and Aric Hutchinson's lives turned into an unimaginable tragedy. Just hours after their wedding reception on Folly Beach, South Carolina, their golf cart was struck from behind by a speeding vehicle. Samantha lost her life, and Aric suffered life-changing injuries. In this video, I go over the events of that night, the body camera footage released by police, and what happened in the case afterward. Jamie Lee Komoroski later pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 25 years in prison. My thoughts are with Samantha's family, Aric, and everyone whose lives were forever changed by this heartbreaking event. I hope they continue to find strength, healing, and peace. #bodycam #cops #dui
