This bodycam footage from Tampa, Florida follows a DUI investigation after a woman backing out of a parking space in Ybor City struck a parked police vehicle. Officers suspected impairment and called in a DUI investigator to continue the investigation. The woman was ultimately charged with DUI and resisting an officer without violence. But what should have been a routine DUI case turned into years of delays, multiple attorney changes, two capias warrants, and a case that still had not reached a final disposition nearly three years later. ☕ SUPPORT BODY CAM BUREAU Buy Me A Coffee: https://buymeacoffee.com/bodycambureau 📺 FOLLOW BODY CAM BUREAU YouTube: https://youtube.com/@BodyCamBureauMedia Subscribe to our second channel, BodyCam Binge: https://youtube.com/@BodycamBinge Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/BodyCamBureau X: https://x.com/bodycambur ⚖️ DISCLAIMER All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
