His girlfriend was originally charged with battery on an officer, disorderly intoxication, trespassing after warning, and resisting without violence. The felony battery charge was not filed, and prosecutors later filed reduced misdemeanor charges. She pleaded not guilty, entered a pre-trial diversion program, paid the prosecution fee, and all charges were dropped in February 2023.
