After posting this video I discovered something else disturbing in Const. Scott Anthony's Law Enforcement past, not the least of which is the sobering fact that his department tried to cover up another beating he inflicted on a jail inmate just PRIOR to this brutal incident. This, once again, demonstrates that department heads know FULL WELL that they employ monsters and when they discover just how monstrous they are, they continue to defend them tooth and nail and KNOWINGLY expose the public to dangerous psychopaths. Why would department heads to do this?! Because the department heads, themselves, are also PSYCHOPATHS! Please share.
