Toledo, Ohio -@Cop Watch obtained body cam footage from an incident which occurred in April of 2020 where a Lucas County Sheriffs Deputy working overtime at a local Wal-Mart tazers a cab driver. Reports say the deputy was contacted by Wal Mart management about the illegally parked cab so the deputy went to investigate. When the deputy contacted the cab driver the incident goes from bad to worse. After the investigation was completed by internal affairs the deputy was found to have violated the departments use of force policy and given a verbal warning reprimand. The cab driver ultimately pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct.
