32:22 While sitting at the police station, she asks "Am I Being Arrested?" On January 14, 2024, Upper Arlington Police Officer Yoho observed a vehicle speeding. He initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and the 22-year-old driver admitted to consuming wine earlier in the evening. She was asked to step out of the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs). At the conclusion of the FSTs, she was arrested for DUI. At the police station, she consented to providing a breath sample. According to the police report, the first breath sample reached 0.16% BAC, but there wasn't enough volume for the machine to register a valid sample. The second test reached 0.12% BAC, but again, was ruled to be an insufficient sample. Officers then requested a urine sample from the woman, but she refused.
