#news #police #arrest #cops #dunkindonuts Report: On 11/22/2021, At 18:10 hours officer was in the area of a call being dispatched, advising a female was on the counter at Dunkin Donuts, and throwing store items and fighting with the employees. Officer arrived on scene to find the female, standing on the counter and yelling at employees. There were items thrown and spilled behind the counter, on the counter and around the dining area. Officer got the suspect off the counter and detained her. Officer placed the suspect in the back of another officers patrol car and she admitted to me that she "took two margaritas". Officer advised the primary officer on scene that she was intoxicated and underage and transferred her to that officer's car. other report from other office At the Dunkin Donuts, suspect became boisterous and disorderly. Suspect then came at employee, attacking her while unarmed, causing damage to the restaurant and a minor injury to the employee. The suspect was barred from the location and arrested. When Officer arrived to the scene, the suspect was already detained by an officer on scene. Officer went inside and spoke with the manager. I asked him if he wanted to press charges for the damage to the restaurant, and he decline. Mr. Swilley did want to bar her from the property. Officer escorted the manager to the suspect. The manager informed her that she is bared from Dunking Donuts for two years. The suspect understood that she was barred. While inside, the employee came forward and stated that the suspect attacked her while she was being disorderly In the restaurant. The employee was working the drive through window when the suspect started her unruly behavior. When the suspect was standing on the counter, she jumped down on the staff side. She then came at the employee, after she asked her to get off the counter and calm down. The suspect grabbed at the employee scratching her left forearm. The suspect continued to fight with the employee until another employee, pulled them apart. While the employees moved away from the suspect, an officer arrived and detained the suspect At the time of the investigation, (was unable to view the security footage. While walking around the restaurant, officer noticed products and equipment scattered on the floor caused by the suspect. Other than the one employee, no other employees came into physical contact with the suspect. The suspect was informed that she was under arrest, and then was moved to my patrol vehicle. While conducting a search incident to arrest, a portable scale was found. There was no other notable property on her person. According to the other officer, suspect stated she drank two margaritas prior to her arrival at Dunkin Donuts. Officer transported the suspect to Athens Clarke County Jail and transferred her over to the Sheriff Department.
