On November 24, 2025, Rio Rancho Police Officers responded to a call for service involving a domestic dispute. A 15-year-old caller stated her aunt was intoxicated and the two had argued after the girl did not want her aunt to drive her home from school. The aunt abandoned the vehicle in the middle of a dirt road and decided to walk home. Officers located the aunt and initiated a Driving While Under the Influence (DWI) investigation. The aunt was subsequently arrested and was transported to the Rio Rancho Police Station. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
