On August 24th, 2025, officers were dispatched to a Starbucks after reports of an unruly customer. According to employees, the man became aggressive when he claimed his drink wasn't made correctly. He cursed at staff, dumped the drink out, broke the tip jar and refused to leave the drive thru line. When officers arrived, he was still sitting in the lane. This is footage of the events that followed.
