🎬 FULL RAW, UNEDITED, UNCENSORED POLICE FOOTAGE: https://www.patreon.com/posts/full-body-cam-of-116290531?utm_medium=clipboard_copy&utm_source=copyLink&utm_campaign=postshare_creator&utm_content=join_link 🔍 Episode Overview: At approximately 1:31 AM on April 2, 2023, Patrolman Jacob Sopko from the Ocean Township Police Department arrived at a car accident involving a 2018 Nissan Rogue near Deal Road and SR 35. Upon reaching the site, he observed that the vehicle had collided with a JCP&L utility pole and was heavily damaged. The driver, 21-year-old Noely Estrella, informed him that she had just finished work and was feeling tired. Noely told Officer Sopko that she had just left her job at Olive Garden and was on her way home when she crashed her car. Her parents were coming to the crash site. Officer Sopko communicated with dispatch to inform them to contact JCP&L about the damaged utility pole. He then asked Noely if she had been drinking. Although Noely said she was not under the influence, he requested that she perform field sobriety tests due to the circumstances of the accident. The first field sobriety test was the Alphabet test, which she completed fairly well, but she struggled with the last two letters. The second test was the Walk and Turn. During this test, Noely did not walk heel-to-toe, took 11 steps forward but turned incorrectly and only took 9 steps back. On her next try, she managed 12 steps forward but still couldn't stay on the line. The final test was the One Leg Stand. In this test, Noely did not count out loud, waved her arms to maintain balance, and eventually put her hands on the ground before falling over. Patrolman Sopko arrested Noely for driving under the influence after a car crash and her poor performance on field sobriety tests. A search of her car found empty alcohol bottles. Patrolman Sopko then took Noely to the Ocean Township Police Department. There, Patrolman Weinkofsky informed Noely of her rights as a motor vehicle operator, and she agreed to take breath tests. However, she chose to exercise her Miranda rights and did not answer questions about her arrest. The results from her Alcotest showed a blood alcohol concentration of 0.141%, which is almost twice the legal limit of 0.08%. After Noely was processed, she was released into the care of her brother and father, following her brother's signature on the Potential Liability Warning form for her. Patrolman Sopko then issued Noely several summonses for the following offenses: operating under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain lane, and having an open container of alcohol. 5:48 she’s the first person I’ve seen that didn’t go J K LMNOP. 13:18 he’s trying.
