This started as a traffic stop due to the driver of the vehicle not wearing a seatbelt. The officer activated his police lights which led them into this parking lot. The passenger decides to take off and run due to the fact she had some warrants(nothing too serious), the officer decided to deploy his taser...her body locks up and she goes face first into the parking lot. She was charged with resisting arrest without violence and taken to jail after being checked out at the hospital. Let me know in the comments, was this reasonable force OR excessive force?
