The man seen in the video robbed a 73 year-old, wheelchair-bound man at an ATM machine outside the US Bank at 2537 W. Wisconsin Av. at 10:50 a.m. on Saturday, October 2, 2010. The bank's surveillance video captured images of the suspect inside the bank just minutes before he robbed the victim as well as the actual robbery at the ATM. The Milwaukee Police Department asks the community for assistance to identify the suspect. As the video shows, the suspect is a black male, 25-35 years old, 5'10"-6'00", with a medium build. He was wearing a black "dew-rag", a white hooded sweatshirt with a black design on the front and black lining inside the hood. He was also wearing dark colored jeans with a white or gray design on the right thigh and black tennis shoes. This particularly dangerous criminal violently pushed the victim out of the wheelchair and onto the ground during the robbery. The community is encouraged to view the surveillance video and if anyone has information regarding this incident or any such crime, to please contact the Milwaukee Police Department at 414-935-7360.
