See her 1st DUI arrest here: https://youtu.be/f-_TaCbU-nA On September 28, 2024, Rio Rancho Police Officers responded to a call for service from a female who had dialed 911. Officers located the 25-year-old caller as she pulled into a driveway. She claimed the house belonged to her grandparents, but that turned out not to be true. The woman also denied driving the vehicle, even though Officer Chavez observed her pull into the driveway. Eventually, Officer Salido was called to conduct a Driving While Under the Influence (DWI) investigation. The woman refused to perform field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested. This turned out to be her 2nd DWI arrest in less than 3 weeks. At the police station, she provided a breath sample and the result was 0.000% BAC. The woman then consented to a blood draw, which was conducted at the police station by a contracted phlebotomist. It was revealed that the woman originally dialed 911 because of a domestic dispute with her fiancé. The woman was released from custody pending the laboratory analysis of her blood and she was taken to a hotel for the night. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
