On October 7, 2026, members of The Pinal Regional S.W.A.T. team and PCSO G.H.O.S.T. (Gang and Habitual Offender Strike Team) squad served a warrant on a suspect in Arizona City. The individual became known to Criminal Investigations Bureau (CIB) and the PCSO ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) unit and was believed to be in possession of Child Sex Abuse Material (CSAM). Originally, the plan was to capture this individual at his place of work; however, he stopped on his commute at a local truck stop. Operators decided to apprehend him there instead. It doesn’t matter where offenders are; our operators will capture creeps and criminals anywhere, anytime. Simultaneously, units secured his residence and collected further evidence. Immediately after the arrest, multiple devices were seized at the scene and suspect’s home. Our federal partners at Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) aided CIB in searching the residence and securing digital evidence with the PCSO Computer Forensic Unit. ICAC Detectives interviewed the suspect and he was booked into jail. Our detectives will now work with prosecutors from the Pinal County Attorney’s Office to bring justice to victims.
