College student was minding his own business on the campus of the college he is an actual student of when he noticed someone reaching under the bathroom stall to take a picture/video of him. He confronted him and the man admitted to what he had done, pushed the student and then took off. The student then called police about this incident and that is what you are seeing here. He was arrested. He pleaded guilty to 2 charges. He had no affiliation at all to anyone on campus or that went to the college.
