The driver, a 31-year-old woman, admitted to consuming wine earlier and disclosed she was pregnant, intensifying the situation. Patrolman Poon requested her to exit the vehicle to perform standardized field sobriety exercises, which she consented to. During the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus, Walk and Turn, and One Leg Stand tests, she exhibited significant signs of impairment, failing to maintain balance and proper form.
