On June 11, 2023, at approximately 1:30 AM, Hoboken Police Officers were patrolling the area of 12th and Hudson Streets, when they observed a car cross the double yellow line on Hudson Street and then drive through a red light at the intersection of Hudson and 14th Streets. When the officers attempted to stop the vehicle, the car kept going and at one point drove through a stop sign without stopping or slowing down. The car eventually stopped near 1500 Washington Street. Officers observed a strong odor of alcohol coming from the breath of the 23 year-old female driver. A field sobriety test was administered and after, the driver was placed under arrest.
