On June 7, 2025, police in New Jersey responded to a report from neighbors of an intoxicated male acting disorderly. After many attempts to get the man into his home, he was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, harassment, and obstruction of the administration of law. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. An arrest is not a finding of guilt: that’s something for a court to decide.
