This Karen impersonated an FBI agent to get a free sandwich at Chick-fil-A. >> Ma'am, you need to step out >> Get out of the car or you're going to get tased. Now. >> And this dimwit tried the sovereign citizen script with the wrong cops and ended up getting his window busted. So, as you can tell, I have a really crazy video for you guys, but before we get started, I have a quick announcement in case you didn't see my video on the main channel yesterday. It's not a sponsored segment. A few months ago, I announced that I was hiring retired law enforcement officers, and yesterday we announced the launch of the channel Prosecutor Matthew Hansen. Now, Matt Hansen has a wealth of legal knowledge and experience. He's been a lawyer for 31 years. He's a former prosecutor, and he was a judge advocate in the military. So, we launched a channel yesterday. It went very well. He already has thousands of subscribers. The video's doing very well. So, when you're done watching this video, if you haven't already, go check out his channel, leave a comment, subscribe, because he has a new video that will drop on Saturday. I'll give you the links towards the end of the video, but for now, let's get to the body cam. >> You have some ID with you? Yes. This is Rizzdale. Do you know why we are out with you? >> Yes. >> Okay. What do you want to tell the people >> I went to Chick-fil-A and drove through and asked I would have been on the nature. >> Yeah. >> I'm with the Federal Bureau of Investigations. >> Are you? >> Yeah, I have cards and stuff. >> Where's your credentials? >> You have to call the Federal Bureau of Investigations. >> No, ma'am. >> Yes, sir, you >> Where are your credentials at? >> I they send everything electronic by plane. >> So, you're saying you're a federal agent? >> I am. >> Go ahead and step out of the car. >> Sir, I can arrest you, Mr. Walmart. >> Step out of the car. >> Okay, I'm telling you I have to arrest you, okay? Did you feel that in your chest? >> Ma'am, you're not talking. What's your contact number? >> He has no right to arrest me, sir. Call the Federal Bureau of Investigations, sir. >> Ma'am, you need to step >> Get out of the car or you're going to get tased. Now. >> Ma'am, you need to step out of the car. >> or you're going to get tased. Now. >> Come on. >> Come on. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. >> Turn around. Turn around. Don't be >> JSO, can you hear me? JSO, can you hear me? JSO, can you hear me? Okay, Walmart, police is trying to arrest me, please. >> There's no trying. You are under arrest. >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. They are trying to arrest >> Non-lethal, non-lethal. >> Yes, sir. >> This woman thinks she's being slick with her lies and talking to the fake microphone, but she is so out of her depth. It's like these cops are playing chess and she's playing Hungry Hungry Hippo. She is not going to confuse anyone with that [ __ ] No one believes you have an imaginary mic under your skin and you're talking to the director of the FBI. None of that is believable. It's not even coming close to being believable. So, yeah, go back to the drawing board, come up with some better [ __ ] because this ain't it. >> No, no, sir. I'll pay for everything. Okay, yes, sir. Come to Walmart Police Department. Yes, sir. I need my um IDs so I can give to you you can put into the computer. Sir, I need my IDs out of the car. >> Have a seat. >> Okay. What's 10:38? >> No, uh-uh. Chick-Fil-A called. She's this is the fourth day in a row she'd come up here telling them she's a federal agent. >> Oh, okay. >> Give her some food. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah, I seen that call the other day. So. She now she's talking to herself. Oh, that's this that's the secret microphone. >> Oh. >> In her head. >> She's 96. >> I must be. Well, I guess we need to roll her out of here. >> Righteous. >> First name of the religion? >> Let me go inside and talk to these people. >> Okay. >> And what did you get? Just your regular taco stuff? >> Uh I got the El Paso special. >> Okay. Here. Why don't you do this? Get her in my car and just pay for mine and get it in a to-go box and I'll take her to the jail. >> Okay. >> So you can eat. >> Okay. >> I have to admit it's the first time that I hear cops having a tactical discussion about their lunches like this. It's pretty damn funny. It kind of reminds me of the tactical discussion I have with my wife when we talk about how we're going to eat and watch the baby at the same time. I tell her, "Okay, I'm going to make the salchichameo and the steak and then you eat while I watch the baby and then we are going to switch sides." And I mean, it is quite an operation, but we get it done. >> Hi. >> How you doing? Um arresting federal agents, I guess. >> So what's going on with this crazy lady? >> So, um when was this? >> Beginning of the week, I think. >> Yeah. >> She called. >> And you Were you here that week that she that day she was here? >> the evening that she came in and I was here the next yesterday afternoon she came in. >> Okay, so what she say those days? >> She spoke to Maggie when she was ordering. They came to me and said, "We have a guest who's saying that she's a federal agent and she should eat for free." And when I went out to the drive-thru yesterday, she said she was "Well, they were supposed to send my 991 documents." And I said, "Ma'am, I don't She was "Well, they should have sent them." I said, "Well, I've already spoke with our operator and we don't participate in anything like that." She says, "Well, okay, I'll pay. I have cash." She says, "Do you know anywhere else that they would take 991 documents for me to eat for free then?" And I said, "Ma'am, I [clears throat] don't know anything of what that's about." >> Okay. >> And then the first time I think she came through she said, "Hey, can I eat for free?" And then she said no, she's like, "Well, I'm a federal agent." And the team member actually took her order was just like, "Sorry, we can't do that." And then she threatened to arrest him. That's what they told Zach. >> Tyler went down and he Yeah, she became I don't I can't say what I don't know exactly what went down. So >> So, what what's she doing today? Same thing? >> She was coming through, but I think she did it three times in a row that we had called it in and they said that the next time she came through, to just be sure that we called it in. That's what we called it in. >> All right. And then that's it. >> me about the documents, but she did not represent herself as an agent to me. >> Okay. >> And she represent herself to you? >> No, I wasn't here. I was It was just communicated to us. >> Okay. >> If Maggie's out there, let me try to get her. >> Get Maggie cuz Maggie was definitely Maggie's the one that >> is Maggie here today? >> Um >> Maggie's probably here till I can double check that number for >> I was on the window as well. >> All right. So, now I'm getting curious because I've never had Chick-fil-A before and it turns out that there's a Chick-fil-A 5 minutes away from my house. This is the precise location that I'm talking about, the one in the picture. Now, I want to know if it's good cuz I'm on a diet, so if I'm going to break my diet, it has to be worth it. Let me know in the comment section, is it better than Popeyes? Because if it's not at least better than Popeyes, it's not worth all those calories. >> Did she tell you that was an agent? >> She told me that uh that she was an agent, like a federal agent, and she showed me her hearing license. >> Okay. Okay, so she tried to >> I pulled Carly with Carly that I pulled. I was like, "Can we do this?" And the only thing that we could give her was a military discount. And then she got huffy and puffy about trying to get stuff. >> But then when she came back that evening and talked to me and told me that she didn't do that, she paid cash and it was no problem. >> Step them out. >> Okay. >> All right, come on. I'll go to this other one. >> Can you grab my wallet? >> I got it. >> That's in the car. >> it. >> Okay. I know my purse. I have it. It's 331199 is my IDs that they were giving me for you to look up >> Uh-huh. >> immediately. >> Okay. >> There's Maggie. >> Okay. Thank y'all. Maggie. That's okay. Okay, so this lady represent herself as a federal agent to you? >> Yes. >> What she say? >> Um I wasn't here the first time she came through, but the next time she came through she pretty much just like, "I'm a federal agent. I'm supposed to eat for free." And then we were like, "We have to see identification. We're checking with our operator. We can't give you anything for free." Um and that was the same night that she came like after she told one of our employees whatever about the HIV or something like that. She came that night and said that. And then the next day she came and she was just like, "I'm a federal agent. Can I get anything for free? I'm supposed to get stuff for free. Do you know anything about that? Do you know anywhere that gives stuff for free for federal agents?" And then we were like, "No. >> Okay. >> We check with our operator, so we can't give you anything." >> Okay. >> That was pretty much all I think >> All right. >> or she told me. >> Okay, very well. Thank you, ma'am. >> I thank you. >> She in my car? >> Yep. >> All right, I'll transport her. All right, you heard that call at at depot? >> Yep. >> Okay. >> Just when you think you've seen it all, you have a woman getting charged with impersonating an FBI agent to get a free sandwich. You just can't make this [ __ ] up. If this was written in a comedy movie or in a novel, I wouldn't believe it because it's too silly. But yet, this is reality. You know what they say, sometimes reality is stranger than fiction. So, she got charged with impersonating a public official and she was able to do the diversion program, so she didn't have to do the years in prison that that particular charge could have gotten her. So, she got extremely lucky. Now, as we're talking about completely delusional morons, let's move on to the next body cam, which is actually a cell phone footage. >> Sir, step out of the vehicle. >> I'm not stepping out. >> Sir, I'm giving you a lawful order. >> You haven't provided me with any criminal Have I committed any crime? >> You do not have plates on >> That's not criminal. I don't need to identify to you. I haven't committed a crime. What's your name and badge number? >> your vehicle. Can hear you. >> What's your name and badge number? >> My name is Officer Bergman. My badge number is 1921. I told you I >> 1921, Bergman. We got Rasouli. R A S O O L Y. What's What's Rasouli's badge number? What's Rasouli's badge number? >> Sir, I am asking you to step out of the vehicle and identify yourself. >> I don't need to identify myself to you. >> I can see you through the window. Sir, I need you to step out of the vehicle. >> I do not need to identify to you. >> Yes, I pulled you over for a traffic violation. You have to >> You need There's a You There's What's the emergency? >> Sir, it's a traffic >> What is the emergency? >> What's that? >> What's the emergency? >> There is no emergency. I pulled you over for a traffic >> You're not allowed to use those lights unless you're in an in an in emergency. >> Sir, I pulled you over for a traffic violation. >> What's the traffic violation? >> You do not have plates on your vehicle. >> I don't need to display my plates. I have a right to privacy. >> Sir, you cannot operate a motor vehicle without >> Can you prove that I don't have plates, registration, and all that? Can you? >> This is your brain on TikTok. Now, I want to speak from the bottom of my heart, guys. Don't do TikTok. TikTok sounds like it's innocent at first. You hear about it. A lot of people are using it recreationally without any issues, but it is a getaway drug. It can get you deeper in the rabbit hole. Next thing you know, you might be finding yourself on Reddit or even worse, 4chan. So, be careful. I know it sounds innocent at first, but it's a dark, slippery slope. >> What's your badge number? >> Say it again. >> What's your badge number? >> 1970 >> 1970 514 just got pulled over. I haven't done anything wrong. Please step away from my my property. >> I got to be able to see your hands, that's why. It's tinted. I can't see in. >> You guys rolled up on me. >> Yes, we did. >> This is what gangs do. >> We're not a gang. >> You are a gang. >> Your feelings got hurt. >> yourself. >> I don't need to identify. What crime have I committed? What crime have I committed? >> Traffic violation. >> That's not That's not criminal. >> It's just against city ordinance. >> I don't care what the city ordinance is. >> Well, we do. >> I'm not an employee of the city. >> You are. >> I know you are. >> Sir, I need some identification. >> I don't answer questions. I want my lawyer present. >> Yeah, that might be a good idea because you cannot represent yourself. Matter of fact, I don't think you're able to tie your own shoes. It's funny how he says, "I don't have to follow a city ordinance because I don't work for the city." This is the same logic as saying, "I'm able to rob a bank because I'm not a cop." It makes no sense whatsoever. This guy might even be more delusional than the FBI chicken lady. >> What crime have I committed? >> I need you to provide me with identification. >> I'll wait till your sergeant gets here. >> Okay, he's on his way. >> Want to make a show? 1 2 3 4 5 of you guys. For little old me. What have I done wrong? >> No plate. >> Oh god. >> to identify yourself. >> need to identify myself. Have I committed a crime? >> Yes. >> What crime? >> Not having a plate. >> That's not criminal. >> It's a violation. >> I don't care. Put the ticket underneath the window. >> I need to know who you are before I give you a ticket. >> I don't answer questions. I want my lawyer present. >> You can ask for for a lawyer all you want. You're not under arrest right now. >> But you guys are holding me up. >> Yeah, because you're failing to identify yourself. >> I don't need to identify. I haven't committed a crime. There is no injured party here. >> It doesn't have to be. >> There has to be. This is tyranny, buddy. Yes, it is. >> [clears throat] >> What crime did I commit? What's your name and badge number? >> Officer Steve Redlin, number 1698. >> Redlin, 1698. >> After you provide your identification, your vehicle is not plated. >> I I don't What crime have I committed? >> Step out of the vehicle. >> I'm not stepping out. I don't consent to searches or seizures of my property. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> This is what I find fascinating. As the officer is about to smash the window, this guy is protecting himself with his elbow. So, he knows that it's coming. He knows his window is about to get smashed. He's about to get forcibly dragged out of the car, and yet he's still choosing to go that route. It's like he saw all those videos of sovereign citizens getting their window smashed, and he told himself, "You know what? That sounds kind of fun. I think I want to try that." It's very puzzling to see behavior like this. >> Show me your hands, dude. Keep your hands up. Step out of the vehicle. I want crime did I commit? >> You have to have plates on your vehicle. >> No, I don't. >> Yes, we're >> No, I don't. >> The sovereign citizen stuff >> sovereign citizen. Now, don't call me that. It's defamatory. >> traveling? >> traveling. I'm not I'm not engaged in commercial activity. And I am allowed to be private. It's a Fourth Amendment violation this is. >> That's fine. You don't want to jail. >> For what? >> You'll just comply. >> I don't need to comply to tyrants. >> All right. >> Oh, no. My camera stays with me. >> It will stay with you. >> My camera stays with me. Stays on my person. I want it to be with my property. Leave it on. Leave it on. >> there's a way to get it off with cuffs. >> I can't wait to see you [ __ ] people. >> It's fine, man. It's fine. You're not the first >> with my life. >> first person to pull this stupid stuff. >> It's not stupid. >> It's stupid. >> No, it's not. >> You're not the first sovereign citizen >> I'm not sovereign citizen. >> Well, you're spouting the right >> I'm an American. >> Okay. Well, you're spouting the stupid >> I didn't spout anything. You guys need RAS to do anything. Reasonable articulable suspicion for a single articulable fact that I've done something wrong. What's the probable cause? >> You have no plate on your >> That's not >> Yeah. >> That is not criminal. >> It's a traffic violation. Probable cause for that. >> I want to see the warrantless arrest after this. I'm going to read all this [ __ ] What proof do you have that I don't have these documents? >> They're not about They're not on your vehicle. >> I don't need to display anything. >> Yes, you do. >> No, the [ __ ] I do not. >> I'm not arguing with a 2-year-old. You know better than that. You're doing this because you're wanting to What kind of dude I don't give a [ __ ] >> Rather you go fight. >> You want to go to jail? Just cut it. Don't cut my [ __ ] [ __ ] Take the cuffs off. >> Well, >> Don't destroy my [ __ ] property, [ __ ] >> We just had to break your window open to get you out of the car. I'm not taking out the cuffs. All right. So, he got charged with resisting arrest and being a mouth-drooling dimwit, which is a category 5 felony. Hopefully, they give him an appropriate sentence. Now, that's it for the video. Go check out Prosecutor Matt Hansen's video. The link is on the screen right now, or you can click on the link in the description or in the pinned comment. And if you've already seen that one, he will be dropping a new one Saturday morning. So, keep an eye out for that. Thank you so much, and I'll see you guys on the next one.
