No kidnapping. >> I'm not going to kidnap you. I >> have a fee. >> Step out of the vehicle or you're going to get tased. >> Where's my wife? Where did you kidnap her? >> Stay in the car and leave the traffic stop. Please. Welcome back to the Vambellian channel, guys. Today we head back to Florida, courtesy of Arrested on Cam, where yet another sovereign citizen loses her car window and meets the asphalt in under 5 minutes when she messes with the wrong Venice police officer. Right, let's get into the video. >> I do not consent. >> Sorry. [Music] >> You do not consent. You do not wish to contract with me and you don't answer questions. All right, turn your vehicle off for me. >> 20 seconds into the video and I'm already getting This is not my first rodeo dealing with selfsit vibes from this cop. I like where this traffic stop is headed. >> Can I get 94? I got a sovereign citizen. >> Turn your vehicle off for me. >> 104. Ma'am, can you turn your vehicle off for me? All right, listen to me. I know you don't answer questions, but you're going to listen to what I'm going to say. If you don't open the vehicle door and you step out and you turn the vehicle off, I'm going to break the window and I'm going to take you out of the vehicle and I'm going to take you under arrest. If you appreciate a cop who not only tells the suspect everything they're going to do and in what order and then follows through on that promise, this video is for you. [Music] >> Okay. You understand that if you don't comply with what I'm saying, you are going to go under arrest. >> Did I commit a crime? >> Yeah. 104. Like I said, >> 104 question. >> All right, one more chance. >> Her brain seems to be buffering on the same three sovereign citizen talking points. Luckily, this officer has the perfect remedy. A broken window and a facetoface meeting with the pavement. [Music] >> All right. I'm going to have her 10:15. I need 94. If you close the windows on me, I'm going to break the window. [Music] I understand that it's a female driver telling me that. And I'm going to break the window and take her under arrest. >> Step out of the vehicle. Step out of the vehicle. >> No. Kidnap me. >> I'm not going to kidnap you. >> I have a fee. >> Listen to me. No, >> I don't know about you guys, but if I genuinely believed I could charge and collect a fee for every arrest, sorry, kidnap, you wouldn't get me driving around with a face like a smackar saying no, because I'd be one of the richest and happiest guys on the planet. >> Listen to me, ma'am. You're going about you're going about this the wrong way. You're just going to get a citation. You're about to go to jail for resisting. >> You understand? So step out of the vehicle >> ma'am I don't want to use force against you >> at the tone please record your message when you recording you may hang up >> I don't want to use force against you understand that right >> call number five >> ma'am okay >> you know when even Squeak the soft sick guru known for coaching his clients on the best way to get their window busted out lets the call go to voicemail you know the situation is dire or he's in jail again or maybe it's The third and more likely option where the husband isn't picking up but eventually gets the voicemail and turns up on the stop. >> Turn your vehicle off, ma'am. >> Open your vehicle door. Open your vehicle door. >> Step out of the vehicle. I'm breaking the window. Open the vehicle door. >> You are under arrest. At this point, you have no say. >> Open the vehicle door. >> Open the vehicle door. You're under arrest for resisting. >> Step out of the vehicle, ma'am. >> You are under arrest for resistance. Step out of the vehicle, ma'am. >> Where's the injured party? She asks. Well, I can answer that. It's me, my viewers, for loss of brain cells listening to you ramble and society for inflicting this sovereign citizen nonsense on them. But not to worry, the remedy is here in the form of a window bust and a meeting with the asphalt. Step out of the vehicle. Step out of the vehicle. Step out. Step out of the vehicle. Yeah. Break it. for crimes. Millions of dollars. You guys are going to be sued as hell. >> Step out of the vehicle or you're going to get tased. >> As you can see, these officers are terrified at the thought of being sued as hell for millions of dollars for violations that exist only in that adult mind of hers. >> Step out of the vehicle or you're going to get tased. They're kidnapping me. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> You're kidnapping me. >> Step out of the vehicle. I don't want to hurt you. Step out of the vehicle and do what I say. >> Step out of the [ __ ] vehicle. Get behind your back. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. You want to play games now? You're under arrest. That, my friends, is how you deal with a non-compliant sovereign citizen, especially in Florida, the state where the sovereign citizen script goes to die. Of course, she tries to threaten them with a lawsuit again. >> You guys are sued at all. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Yep. >> What do you think? I will just >> simple as hell. You should have just complied. >> You guys are screwed. >> All right, ma'am. >> I'm going to help you. >> This is your last day. >> I'm going to have you step up. >> Stand up. >> Clear our tuner. >> If I had a pound or a dollar for every time a sovereign citizen threatened to sue or get a police officer sacked, only for it never to happen, I would be a very rich man. And that's just with the nearly 500 videos on my channel alone. >> Brand new car as a [ __ ] >> You'll see. All right. You're under arrest for resisting and whatever else. so I can see what's left on the vehicle. Um, your vehicle is going to get towed. Do you understand each other's rights that I explained to you? All right. Got rescue coming to check your cuts. Then after that, I'm going to jail. >> And of course, she has a valid Floyd driver's license, so this could have easily been avoided. But she's a drama queen with a persecution complex, just like the husband who is about to join the party. I guess he must have got the voicemail she left him. >> She was about a license. I don't know where it's at, but >> unreal. >> All she was going to get was a citation. Couple guys got bank cards and everything in that name. So pretty legit. >> All right. >> I got several charges. I got persistent. I got failed to comply with law enforcement plus several citations. >> All right. All right. Yeah, we'll hand that. >> Thank you guys. >> We were legit in the middle of the car wash when you called us. >> Yeah, no worries. I'm like, >> "Yeah, no, you're good." >> It it escalated. I didn't want it to escalate that quick, but she didn't give me any choice and >> I couldn't see inside the car, so I was, you know, >> Yeah, I know. Like, I don't That's the three things that she told me. I'm like, you know, give me your license and whatever. >> All right. >> Give that sovereign citizen paperwork to either Officer Shipley or better still, the cop from this video a few weeks ago. He'll know how to dispose of it. Where's my wife? Where did you kidnap her? And what? >> Stay in the car and leave the traffic stop, please. >> Back up 25 ft, sir. >> We're not We don't have to talk. Just go home. >> What? Nobody gave you permission to search that. >> Don't worry about it. >> Get out of the scene. That's fine. Get out of the scene and go home. >> Hey, I'm out of the scene right now, buddy. >> Yep. That's fine. You can record over there, across, whatever you want. >> I will. >> Just go home. >> I don't have to go home. Don't tell me what to do. >> Have a good day. All right. >> He's lucky this officer is cool about him driving in like that. We've seen others lose their windows for doing exactly that. >> Just ignore him. >> You want to call out with him though? >> I'll be right here. >> Where's the car going is what I'm asking. >> Just ignore him. I'll let him know. Just >> It's going to town and we'll give her a copy of it. >> Where can I pick her up at? Sarasota County Jail. >> Which one? >> Sarasota County. 20 2020 Main Street. Right. >> How long you >> Just give it about 6 hours or so. >> I got a feeling that was her husband cuz he came in hot. I was like, either this car doesn't see that we're there or he's family. [Music] >> Oh, since he's the owner and he's present, we can cease the tag now. Hey, your vehicle has a cease tag order. >> Excuse me. >> Your vehicle has a cease tag order from the state. >> So, since you're president and you're the registered owner, I'm taking your tag. Just letting you know. So, there we are, guys. Another sovereign citizen with a cameo at the end there from the husband finds out the hardware laws apply to them. Right.
