I went handcuffs on my hands and now I'm
going to jail I've got several several
sets of them and a mug shot on January
30th 2025 in Ohio police officers
responded to an apartment building after
receiving a call about a woman in the
lobby threatening
neighbors Jimmy y all right tag you guys
are it I just went up to the apartment
there yeah well I tried to I seen you
walking I tried to Hur and get down to
catch you do that but that's right
that's my Amanda
and she's the one that she threatened
okay what happened so I came down
sometimes I come here and I'll vacuum
for my dad and she was sitting over here
on the couch and I came down here with
some people over across street or across
street across the hallway from him and
all I did was plug the vacuum cleaner
and she's like you want some fing bed
bugs I was
like and I looked she and she was like
you want some she just kept going off
and then I just was like Sonia I was
like I don't live here I was going to
say you know I don't live here need to
call your apartment manager and she was
like f your effing son like I have a
nine-year-old boy she's like f your
effing son him and his thr his effing B
I mean she was in my face like waving
these I don't know look like scarves um
and I mean she was pretty close and the
lady was like um when she brought up my
son of course I got I didn't do nothing
but I just obviously get frustrated
you're talking about my kid yeah I
didn't say nothing and Terry was like
Amanda just go call the cops so say she
was in my face like yelling it was Pray
when it didn't last very long maybe 3 or
4 minutes but I mean I thought for sure
she I thought for sure she was going to
hit me she was like yeah um there's been
a trend like the last month month and a
half or so she's
just been here I'm here a lot cuz um I
come here and visit my dad so we're here
a lot quite a bit so I kind of as soon
as I walked down the I kind of was
expecting something yeah um I'll try man
on the door she's got an active for
arrest right now so yeah she was and
when I was vacuuming she was there going
just yelling cussing I don't know if you
can watch the cameras but I looked at
the time it was like 620 622 I don't
know if you guys I called
bridet and she said for you guys to be
sure that Ron gets the report and sends
it to her okay because see they evicted
her but she will not leave and the good
put to go Court the third or the fourth
the next month in order to get her out
okay and stuff
but I can't believe I can't believe that
she's back in here because the way they
said she wouldn't be back until they
went to court and stuff yeah which
usually they'll put like a notice on the
door the way they're made aware and then
the next step is the court date and
after that a process yeah then I think
30 days after the court date maybe yeah
and then still not out by then then
someone from the court actually
physically moves them out oh yeah so
yeah I know they had to pay $155 and I'm
wor that's the fee for putting them out
or walk I me and my sister us take care
of rental properties on y Street M the
best Street in chy yeah not that bad
compared to some of the others we went
through all this kind of stuff have p
pap to court then knock holes in the
wall and everything else they try to get
for reparations for the Dames and that
either you get something or you get
nothing basically and much time with
them you don't get nothing yeah yeah oh
Dave who lives upstairs on the third
floor yeah said second floor second
floor when we when me and my son came in
he said that she had been up and down
the elevator up and down the elevator he
said he don't know what she was doing up
there he's like but just watch for her
but yeah so she's been down there I me
went like she was just going on her R
and cussing and yelling it's hard to say
what's going on her mind she she won't
take her meds so you know feel sorry for
her because before and I don't know what
may quit taking them before she be in
here she just as sweet as could be her
and her friends would go to church
together shopping and everything and gu
all of a sudden man she would

the medicine the medicine she hears
voices and stuff that tells her to do
this or that schizophrenia yeah and it's
sad I I feel sorry for her I do and I
hate she can't she can't
be be here threatening people and stuff
like that most of the people when she's
here they don't even come out the
apartment they'll cancer doctor
appointments everything yes that's not
nobody should live like that anyway well
no no ain't no sense you know that we
try to make this a peaceful place and
stuff like that and all it takes to one
person man gets to put the fear in
everybody it's going to be only
temporary yeah oh I know so
unfortunately once we get the eviction
process going and and that's complete
then obviously she's going to be out of
here so yeah but I don't know if she'll
answer the door or not but I go to whir
see what happens yeah yeah that's why
that's why I told the I was the guy was
talking to on the phone and I well I
said I'm sure your officers know where
she is I said could they've been there
many times and stuff yeah and 105 right
yeah I think it is 105 106 yeah it's
down there where where you see all the
stuff on the door the Christian stuff I
think it's the next apartment okay and
it's sad because the
Helen when son had surgery on the back
Helen cooked meals to her and took over
every day and everything and after she
got better she went out and scraped it
nasty word on the back of hel's car and
went over there and threatened her and
all kind of stuff she won't even come
out of her apartment now yeah I mean I
don't know maybe she was normal then and
then just all a sudden mental illness
just something snapped I don't know Dave
he's the one that seen her up and down I
don't know if he knows anything else I'm
trying to down on the door see see where
that takes
me yeah um spread the word to the rest
of the tenants if they see her out and
about and say she doesn't answer the
door well um if they happen to see her
out she sells a warrant just call call
the police deparm try and get over here
and try to intercept her all right okay

FTA apparently you were cited I think a
few weeks ago or so and I guessing you
just didn't show up your court date so
I'm going have to take you into the
station and get that stuff squared away
so you got a jacket and some shoes I'm
not going in the station for what uh you
have active warrant for your arrest so
you're have deal with me so if you want
to try and find some shoes try and help
you out but as far as moving the
bookshelf and everything else you got to
stop okay so I'm trying to do I'm trying
to do this the nice way and try that way
that way you can have a jacket because
it's cold outside as well as some shoes
so I got to go to where you have to go
with me and handcuffs to the Ross County
Jail that way you get your warrant
figured out so let trying find War for

more than likely probably release you
got to make sure that's it's off yep

that stuff I got to make sure then a
coffee pot it off or still going I got
to make sure everything's

because I I stay in it I have feet
problems and sometimes I'm in a
wheelchair okay is it the room we just
came out of yeah okay cuz I have I have
feet problems yeah on my right foot I
use the wheelchair sometimes like quite
a bit because I have sugar issues um I'm
low sugar insulin resistant diabetic
okay so every two hours I need
sugar and I have
medication um the medic needs to go with
me here's my medication it's all
diabetic medication
yes so here's my medication that needs
to go with me right here that needs to
go with
me and this needs to go with me uh the
probably won't let you have the inhalers
I have to have them they're vital for
life
okay I have to have them well we can try

need to shut off
um my
purse you have insulin as well or is it
just medications
here I just need
um my ID right uh you don't need that
that like we we try and do it as light
as possible so obviously the medication
is pretty important so just ID and
phone and medication okay yeah that
work and then we put this uh you can
leave that there if you want to put it
back in the closet it's fine in the
closet
yep now just for the sake of the hell of
it can I put it in here to make sure
that everything's yeah sure poer yeah
it's easier also oh [ __ ] yeah CU I go
through it real quick but that's it

at get your house locked up those will
go with you too obviously that way you

them uh shut and lock that window Bud

it my TV can stay on okay it'll go off
after 3 hours anyhow oh well there's
remote on the
TV a phone

remote on the table it's on the table in

no they won't allow you to smoke in the

Community smokes uh no they don't do
that what about as soon as I get out
throw these in there so as soon as I get
out I can get yeah we'll throw them in

yeah and then you'll be good on
medication for how long until morning
okay so I already took my Thursday
evening so I got to take my Thursday
night and every 2 hours I could do sugar
low so I I have to have um sugar every
two
hours and this is my medication okay we
throw that in the uh the nighttime bag
here I'm going to leave that light on
yep yep that works for me that TV on the
light on be
good am I allowed to have a ChapStick uh
sure yeah if you got it on you would
just put some chapstick on too

my hair looks a mess well I've seen
worse will they let me keep my Chapstick
uh it'll be in your it'll be in your
property that's loged but you won't
necessarily have quick access to it
all you ready um I need my black
glasses um behind you is my B glasses is
it in a case or anything

as we go outside

your back I'll put multiple sets on that
way not your shoulders aren't bound

like your
pray it should be pretty um yeah it
shouldn't be too much pressure on your
shoulder blades at all I should have
plenty of space
here actually not the most comfortable
thing in the world
but so you got a total of two sets on
you that way it gives you a little bit
of a little bit of movement in your
shoulder blades here they too tight or
anything or that that okay good all
right I'll just walk towards the door
I'll grab your bag and I'll get
everything loed
up the door for you be right behind
you just going to step on out for me

rotate your shoulders either left or
right it'll take some of the pressure
off of your wrists okay I'm done okay

fla skin you see this yeah losing weight
so I have excess

pants uh the like the pink purple color
on your pants is that what we're talking

like I don't think blood's supposed to
be that color yeah it's Kool-Aid I could
have got Kool-Aid on my pants okay um
but nothing is open it's just just a
skin rash no I had Kool-Aid earlier I
may have got Kool-Aid on me okay
you put any cream or wrappings or
anything on on the uh no I did that drop
in with the flavored water yeah and then
I stirred it and then I wipe my my hands
okay so that's probably what happened
but is there anything special you do for
your
rash um ni Sten cream okay or ni Sten
powder
gotcha but know that's dropping for
water and I wipe my hands on my hands
okay yeah they're just waiting on the
nurse to come and just check out the
rash make sure there's nothing crazy
going on with it okay and then soon as
that's done I'll be able to get your a
copy of your warranty and U it should
it'll have the bond on top of it okay
the woman was arrested for her
outstanding warrants and disorderly
conduct if found guilty what do you
