And And And Matt, I'll explain to you what's going on in this situation right now so you guys are aware so you don't think he's just off in the middle of nowhere, okay? So, here. Simplistic thing, okay? He was pulled over for something that happened on Pulaski, okay? That could have been nothing. Washed, okay? Obviously, whether it's Who knows what? It got amped up real fast, okay? So, he's in the ambulance because he couldn't breathe etc. So, we're more Right at this point, we're more concerned with his health. That's why he's in the ambulance. He's going to go. So, they're going to transport him. I have one of my officers follow, make sure he's good etc. But, he is in custody. Okay? He's going to be charged with certain things. We don't know 100% yet. Okay? It's going to be whatever happened over at the business in town and then resisting arrest, okay? Um regarding him being released from custody, it's all going to be with the State's Attorney's Office. We don't know 100% and obviously, if you're going to the hospital, you might be there for 2 hours, you might be there for 12. We don't know. It all depends on what the hospital wants to do, scans, you name it, etc. And make sure that he's in tip-top shape to be released. Okay? So, once that's done, then he'll come back to the police off- office and then we'll do the charges from there. >> This man was charged with criminal damage to property, resisting arrest, and multiple traffic violations. The case remains pending.
