I got to number one with the black person you said like yeah when the black person is they want to black the police officers trying to do bad stuff to black people who wasn't black. That's the more important thing but the fact that I'm black not in the car put your feet in the car. I want to introduce you to Clementina Udeo Gallina. She is a real licensed attorney although she doesn't have really good reviews and she also moonlights as a professional Karen. This woman is so entitled I don't think I've ever seen anything like this and in this video she gets dragged out of the gym and crammed into a police car. Without further ado let's get started. >> You work here you don't work here. >> I work I work out here. I'm a gym member but I don't work here. If I did I wouldn't be wearing this. >> Okay. How did you know she stole your stuff and what stuff are we talking about? >> What did you say? >> How did you know she stole your stuff and what stuff are we talking about? >> Why are you doing this? Cuz I have the time. Why are you doing >> Excuse me. Did you call me? >> I don't want to touch you. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> What's going on? >> He stole my money. >> Do you want to step over here so we're not in the way of them? Okay. Cool. So how do you know that she stole your money and when did this happen? Where did it happen? >> Yes. So I am in I'm I'm I'm going to over exaggerate what happened so that you can understand why I say she stole my money. >> Okay. >> Do you want me to do that? Is that a licensed attorney? So here we are walking in walking in ready to do my workout. >> And this was all the way in the back or up front over here? >> Walking in ready to do my workout. Common practice is that if you have the app scan it and sign in with your member ID. >> Yeah. >> If that's it nobody stopped me from doing it. When you get the water this have a card on file. I've I've getting notifications that Blink is charging a card that shouldn't be charged. >> Okay. >> I specifically went to Blink, not even just regular Blink, but the but the specific Blink I signed up to make sure that they have the card on file because hmm you should be able to just update your card on the app. >> I have, yeah. That makes sense. >> reason, let's say I downloaded the wrong app. Let's let's give the benefit of the doubt to stupid Blink and by stupid I mean Blink Fitness that I downloaded the wrong app. So that technically if you gave my order then I'm going to put my bag in my purse in the locker. >> Okay. >> In the locker. Full disclosure, I don't have a lock. There's cameras everywhere. So I can confidently say what I'm saying. I heard someone say I will do not too sure who it is because it was happening behind me. >> So this should be just a simple disagreement between a business and a customer. No need to get the cops involved, but this woman wants to be the main character everywhere she goes. Now throughout this video, I'm going to read some of her reviews because they're legit hilarious. Let's start with this one. This is someone that is apparently indigent. Yes, she is practicing a law. She was arrested and assaulted police. I am not sure how she still has a license to practice law and that is a very good question because she doesn't seem to be acting like a lawyer. If anything, she's acting more like a patient that just escaped a mental asylum. >> She actually charged the right card. She chose not to create a deception to make it seem like I can't do something that I know I shouldn't be able to do. >> Okay. >> And she's like, "Okay." Cuz there's no way in hell I would have never if if she didn't say okay we would be over there. >> Okay. >> But we're back here. I want to make sure she didn't charge my card. >> Okay. >> Cuz I either put my my bag in and went to lock Talked to this gentleman. He said he can't really do nothing for me because it goes back to do it for of This is either a boss or a supervisor or somebody that has the authority to do so. She had cuz I asked where the manager is. No manager. I said, "Okay, but who's going to take care of this issue right now cuz I don't know who I wanted to complain why you keep talking to me I wanted to complain why you keep talking." >> You wanted to sort things out. >> No, I wanted to complain why you keep charging the wrong card or whatever other reason but that obviously has to be the main part of the situation. She made it seem like either she solved my problem or she was going to solve my problem cuz she literally had me to make me wait till she started speaking gibberish. And by gibberish she was like "Jibber jibber jibber jibber jibber jibber." I didn't know why she said that. I don't know what the hell the people are talking about. It was literally my biggest It sounded like gibberish to me. So, when she said that she is going to either help me or confirm that she did what she said she was going to do she said, "Give me a second." I was like, "I'll give you five." I counted to five. The opportunity presented itself for her to confirm to me that she did what she said she was going to do. Then it came to "You have a balance sitting here." What? Girl, no. Take the balance off. You clearly can't take the balance off because he she couldn't It was there was no way anyone else here could take the balance off. You either have to come back and speak to the manager or source. And he could have said that to me and I'm able to understand that because again, I'm a licensed attorney. >> Yeah, she is a licensed attorney and I find that really puzzling. Now, there's a few reviews that talk about her behavior on body cams so those might not be impartial but it looks like there's one that actually encountered this woman in the wild while she was in her professional capacity and this is what the person had to say. I have never felt so disrespected from someone who is supposed to be considered a professional. She had no clue what she was talking about. She kept pulling her phone out and looking at it as if to say, can this just end already? And I see that. I totally believe it. Obviously, these are just personal accounts. There's no way to verify it, but it's very believable. >> You don't get many calls here regarding a dispute. >> But normally, when there's a dispute that contains a black person, you would think it would go to the person behind the desk >> to ask them what the issue is and who called. So, we get IDs. >> You have literally just You have literally just showed your bias. >> No. >> Cuz I I specifically asked the black person. >> We go to the front desk and we ask them who had called. >> So, when you see a black person here, that could be a customer. Cuz hey, why would I be wearing sneakers and workout clothes? Your first instinct would be like, let's ignore that to me because that could possibly be a customer or a or a member of or member of black She couldn't She can't afford it. She's black. Why would she be a customer or member? >> None of us are saying that. >> You just You did say that. I don't care what you're saying. You did say that. Cuz when I when I said the the black person, you said like, yeah, when a black person is there. >> No, I'm saying that the customer >> No, no, no. Cuz when I clarified the black thing, you were like, yeah. You were You were You communicated to me, yeah. >> We go to the front desk to speak with the desk because they normally are the ones that call us. >> So, what do you do What do you do when a black person is there? >> Are they involved? >> Well, then that So, it matters when the black person is in If the black person >> It doesn't matter. >> So, why does it matter Why do you Why do you have to clarify? Why do you need more more things to know what the black person is doing? >> Miss, I'm just trying to write your dispute report for you right now. >> No, you're not. Cuz you could have been taking notes. And you don't want to take notes. >> I pulled I pulled out my notepad >> I never stopped you from taking notes. That's not the only notes you can take. Do you know what a note is? So, why aren't you taking notes? >> Listen, because you're not affording me the opportunity to get to me any information and >> That's not the notes you needed. >> and what the specific charge was. >> All right. >> What was the charge? >> what? Talk to your friends. Get them outside. Cuz I'm going to beat them. >> I guess he's talking to her right now, ma'am. >> Hold on. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Let's see. >> Stay over by her. Don't come approaching me like that. >> I can do whatever >> No, you can't because I'm going to take you out of here. >> Then do it. No, you got to You got to take me out of here. >> Now we're doing it. >> Cuz I'm not doing nothing to you. I'm not doing anything that could get me in trouble. >> All I asked you to do was just back up. Back up. >> No, I don't want to. >> Back up. So, this is what makes me believe that she may have got her law degree in a box of Cracker Jack because she doesn't understand the concept of private property, disorderly conduct. This is just very, very suspicious. I think the New York Bar has higher standards than this. So, I don't understand how the hell she managed to slip through the cracks. >> Who said They said it was simple. >> Back up. >> Why? >> Cuz you were talking to them and I was talking to them. Obviously, you can't talk to them. So, if you keep yelling at me, I'm going to take you out of here in handcuffs. And you are going to get >> Shut up. >> Get away from Back up. >> No. >> This is your last chance. >> No. >> Then I'm taking you in. >> Who is it? What do you have? >> Get up. Get up. She did. >> Can I put it back in my pocket? >> No, it's going to go with you. >> Yeah. >> Put it in my pocket. >> We don't want them to snap. >> Let go of the phone. Let go of the phone. >> You stole my phone? >> It's going with you. >> Well, it's not. How do I get that? I have no idea where my phone is at. Get off my finger. >> Let go of Let go of >> I have my phone. >> Why? >> You can't bring your phone today. >> And that's stealing your property. Let go. Yes. >> You're under arrest for >> For disorderly conduct, too. So, don't start. >> I thought I was already under >> You are, and I'm going to give you more charges. >> How can I resist an arrest when I've already been >> Cuz you're pushing back against me. Knock it off. Search, please. >> You're literally pushing me against you. >> I am now. >> No, you were doing that before, too. Right? You were doing this [ __ ] Why are you hating cuz you're white guy? >> You don't know how to act civilly. That's why you're under arrest. >> you act civilly? >> Can you just >> How do you act civilly? >> Just make sure. >> I wish you would. I wish you would. >> Get in the car. >> How can I? You're holding me back. >> You're resisting. You're pushing against me. Keep pushing against me, I'm going to charge you. >> You already did. >> Get in the car. >> How? >> Sit down. In the car. >> You get in first. Left foot >> Put your foot in and get in the car. >> Clearly, I don't know nothing. >> Let's go. Get in the car. >> I don't know what the >> Sit in the car. Sit down. >> Clearly, I can't cuz you're handcuffed. >> Sit down in the car. >> There's a strap preventing me from doing that. >> No, there's not. >> There is not. That is a seatbelt that's going to go over you as soon as you get in the car. Put your feet in the car. >> The seatbelt >> Feet in the car. >> The seatbelt is actually prevent not giving me space to sit down. >> Stop pushing back against me, and if you kick me in the shin, I'm going to I'm going to use force. >> Why would I do that? >> Cuz I just felt your foot hit me in the shin, so don't do it. >> Where's your hand? >> Don't do it. Get in the car. >> So, not only does she has a very poor understanding of the law, but she also has a very very limited knowledge of anatomy because his shins are located at the exact same spot as everybody else's. He's not an alien. He doesn't have eight shins coming out of his skull, so they're going to be exactly where you think they are. At this point, I don't know if she's playing dumb, or she simply is that stupid. >> Where's your shin? >> Put your feet in the car. >> you're hitting me to the >> Put your feet in the car. >> I said this, I don't have to do this. Yes, you do. You're under arrest now. >> This is your last chance. Put your feet in the car. >> Are you going to shoot me? >> Get in the car. Get in the car. Want to give me a hand? >> I'm trying, honey. >> Get in the car. >> Am I not in the car? >> Put your feet in the car. >> But I'm in the car. >> Put your feet in the car now. >> They're in the car. >> They're not in the car. >> Yes, it is. My feet is attached to my body and my body's in the car. >> Put your feet up into the car. >> You would have to take the handcuffs off first. Oh. >> You want to lift her up going that way? >> I'm trying. >> If you're going to do this, can you stop hurting me? >> Can you get in the car properly? >> I thought I was. >> Slide into the car. Just slide your butt in and put your feet right at the bottom of the uh bottom of the >> doing right now? >> Put your feet in the car. >> What are you doing, woman, that's holding me? >> Miss, you have to put your feet in the car for you to go inside to get processed. >> Where are your hands? >> Put your feet in the car. >> Huh? >> My hands are underneath your knees. >> If your hands are underneath my knees, I'm handcuffed, how am I going to put the feet in the car? >> Slide them in. >> How? You're You You have my >> Are you going to do it? >> I don't know how to. >> Okay. >> Yeah, cuz I just got to >> Get in the car. >> This can't There's no way to >> You're under arrest. Get in the car. >> Just scoot into the seat and turn your feet in. Then plant your feet. >> Why did you guys back off? >> Get in the car. >> Why did you guys back away from me? >> It doesn't matter at this point. We're humoring it. >> Doing what? >> Get in the car. >> Doing what? >> Humoring you. >> You're not humoring me. >> Put your feet in the car. This is end of discussion. Feet in the car. >> You're not humoring me. You're actually arresting me and you're also This is an illegal arrest. >> Get in Get in >> I just spit up bile. >> Wonderful. Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> I'm in the car. >> You just Okay, they wanted to hit a black >> Get in the car. >> That's how they treat me. Let's just call an ambulance and put her on the stretcher and roll her on that way. >> So, it's going to take a couple business days before they get her in there. So, why don't we read another one of those reviews? Clementina ironically means little orange, but in reality she's, you know, spends her days acting mentally deranged in retail stores and restaurants drumming up arguments and altercations so she can get herself arrested, cry racism and other falsehoods, and then uses her online law degree she cheated to obtain to sue these establishments police departments to negotiate a reduced settlement even though if you look into any of these cases, she is 100% in the wrong and instigated everything. This woman is mentally ill, malicious, and has no right to be a lawyer or even a free person as her entire purpose in life is to scam establishments of money and set back any effort towards civil rights for African-Americans with her absurd and obnoxious behavior. Shame on her. And actually I tend to agree with that last point because when you pull the race card out of your [ __ ] for absolutely no valid reason, you are hurting everybody because there are real instances of racism, but they're overshadowed by everybody pulling the race card left and right. >> She wants to keep doing this. >> Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> It's not funny. Get in the car. >> It's not funny. Oh, they can't see you. That's it. That's oppression. That's systematic oppression. If they can't see what you're doing, but they can see what I'm doing. And But even if they see what I'm doing, you can clearly see that what you're saying that I'm doing is not what I'm doing. So, there is no need for the police. They caused the trouble and escalated the trouble. >> Get in the car. >> And I'm not even having anxiety. >> Get in the car. >> I'm actually kind of hungry. I should have ate before this happened. Cuffs, you have to tell me why I'm in handcuffs. Cuz if you can't tell me why I'm in handcuffs, you have to un-handcuff me. By the way, I don't want to talk to police officers. I'm not doing this voluntarily. And I'm not doing this in the interest of justice. Cuz there's no justice. This is terrible bad bad public policy. And I don't like bad public policy. And I definitely don't like injustice. And more importantly, look at me. Look at me. More importantly, I don't like bad injustice and bad public policy happening to me. If I happen to be black, that's the that's worse. Cuz damn, they're police people Police people always do bad to black people. If I happen to be a woman, why are you white girl trying to prove that you are one of the the police officers trying to do bad stuff to black people. And then if I was also What What else? Also, even if I wasn't black, that's the more important thing. But the fact that I'm black and the police are literally abusing >> Might want to take the thing out. >> force, more force than they did that they're trying to apply that they're not using. Why is this happening to me? Because I'm just a person. Regular person. But I have to be black in order to know that this is wrong. Right? Right, you officers? Two three one? Huh? These are not about my feelings. These are not about >> So, I was able to find a lawsuit that the reviewer was talking about. So, in 2023, she sued a restaurant because I'm assuming she's a massive Karen, and she didn't want to pay the filing fee and all the costs associated with the lawsuit. So, she asked the judge to declare her indigent so that she could get a free attorney and I'm assuming the judge looked into her finances and said, "No, there's no way." The order was denied and that was the end of that. I don't think the lawsuit went any further. Now, I don't understand why she would want to be declared indigent because isn't she an attorney herself? Wouldn't she just go pro se? Anyways, the whole story just smells of baloney. Her accusations that is, not the fact that the lawsuit exists. >> My feelings. >> Yes. >> My feelings are 100% hurt cuz why you want to do this to me? I don't even know you. Why would I be calling you if I didn't have a problem? >> I got you. Like I said, I wasn't here, so >> But you are here now. You're talking about my feelings. Feelings never mentioned. Why are you bringing things that were never in the mix? You're now you're changing the scenario and I [laughter] still don't have my purse. >> Ma'am, stand up. >> I can't. >> Can't you walk? >> stand up I can only stand up if my hands are uncuffed. That's the only way that my sense will come back cuz this isn't making any sense. But I still have my senses, smell, taste. >> Can I have your assistance, please? >> Yeah. Why you Why am I going over there? I thought I need to go in the car. >> Stand up. >> I thought I need to sit in the car. >> Wait wait for the ambulance. >> I thought I need to sit in the car. >> Come on. >> So what are we doing now? What are we doing now? >> again. >> You're taking me out the car? We want to Do we want to do that? What? I don't want to go in there. I don't If I have to do something, I would rather not go in the back. I don't want to be in the back. You're You're literally trying to throw me in the back. I don't want to sit on the back. >> Sit down. >> I don't want to sit on the back. >> car, you don't want to sit in the car, you don't want to sit >> I didn't But I had to sit in the car. Why I don't have >> Sit down. >> I don't have a pick. >> You need to sit down for your own safety. Sit down. >> I want to sit in the car. Let me sit in the car. Oh, it's hurting. I'm taking the handcuffs Even more. >> If you just sat down, it wouldn't hurt. >> I'll sit in the car. I'll sit in the car. I will sit in the car. >> No, you are not sitting in the car. >> Now I'm Now I'm sitting on the bed. What are you taking me for? To lounge on the bed? Where are we going? >> Just like this. >> Okay. I'm not even okay with that. But, actually, yeah, I'm not okay with that. The handcuffs are hurting and their fingers on my is restricting my boobs. So, [ __ ] that. >> Sit back. >> I don't want to lounge even more on the bed. >> You said sit. >> It doesn't It doesn't go farther back. >> You said to sit. I am sitting. >> Okay. >> You know that. You didn't want me to lean back. You wanted me to sit. Why do I got to make them Why do I got to make them more comfortable? >> She don't like being here. >> She don't like me, either, so. >> I don't think she likes anyone, to be honest. Now, she got charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and obstructing. There was a whole other crash out at the jail, but honestly, I don't think I can listen to this woman any longer. I feel like I'm losing brain cells by the minute, so we're going to wrap it up here. Thanks so much for watching.
