Just tell me why. >> Tell me why. >> First of all >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Yes. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Stop. I am. Stop. I am. >> Don't bite me. >> Get the Get off of me. >> Turn around. Be the tape. >> What's up everybody? In today's video we have a drunk driver so plastered the officers could not keep a straight face. But first I want to show you this lunatic Karen who had a road rage incident and then start fighting the cops and got slammed to the ground. Without further ado, let's get started. >> Confrontation. When officers attempted to confront the suspect, the situation took another unexpected turn leading to a shocking incident that escalated the case even further. >> What what's going on? >> I don't know what the problem is lady. We was We was coming up to the light and the car was on the side of me. And I don't know where this car came from. >> Okay. >> But it's like she cut the lady off. And then the lady went to back. She was an older lady. She didn't know whether to go forward or back. So when she went up the lady crossed the street this way and blocked her. And she got out and she went to the lady's car and opened the door and she was beating the crap out of that older lady. So I got out of my car and I said it's a cop. >> Stop. >> And I was screaming at her to stop to stop. Get back in your [ __ ] car. Get back in your car. And so then she called the cops and I asked the lady if she was okay and then I turned around and she came back at me. >> Okay. >> And she scratched me on my face. You can see it. >> Yeah, I can see it. Yeah. >> And I was like what the [ __ ] is wrong with her? And then all these people came over. >> by herself in the car? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> She was >> And this all happened in Millenia? >> Right there. >> In the parking lot or >> trying to turn in at the turn in. >> At the light? >> Right. And so then she went through the emergency lane, came out around, and I don't know where she came from, and the car behind me, she was kicking the door. >> Yeah, that's the people that I think flagged me down. They should be here any second. That's the ladies right there. Um, do you need medical attention? >> No, I think I'm okay. >> Yeah, let me see. Move your >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah, cuz you got scratched in the eye a little bit, too, and everything. >> Uh-huh. >> Yeah. >> But I was like, what is wrong with her? >> Okay, you were willing to press charges? >> Hell yeah. >> Okay, give me a second, we'll get everything figured out, okay? >> All right, so we do have footage from this crazy road rage incident, and as you can see from this, the woman was bloodthirsty. She was completely enraged. She got into a physical fight with the victim and was just completely out of her mind. So, luckily, the cops were able to locate her because who knows what she would have done next. >> Ma'am. Have a seat. Take your hands out of your pocket. Sit down. Sit down. You're a suspect on a battery incident. Sit down. >> Okay. >> Echo 29, I'm going to be 10-12 with the suspect in front of the target. All right. You're going to be detained. Face the wall for me. I'm just putting you in cuffs. You're going to be detained until I I determine otherwise. You understand? >> I'll take the No, I know. >> Don't Don't hit Resist me. >> Tell me why. First of all, tell me why. >> Don't resist. You're being You're being held for battery. Okay, do not hold Do not resist. >> Stop. Stop. I am. Stop. Stop. I am. Stop. I am. Stop. Stop. I am. >> I got one resisting, headquarters. I got one resisting. >> Stop. Stop. I am. >> Let go. >> No. You let go. Stop. You're being on film right now. >> Don't bite me. >> Get the [ __ ] off of me. >> Turn around. You're being detained. You're being >> Sir, why? [screaming] >> For battery. >> Sir, why? >> For battery. >> How? How? [screaming] Name it. Name the case. Name it. Tell me why. Tell me why. >> Hey, she's trying to bite. >> I'm not. Tell me the [ __ ] why. >> Let go. >> Why? Why? >> Let go of my cuffs. >> No, tell me the [ __ ] why. >> I already told you why. Let go of the damn cuffs. Ma'am, hold up. Hold up. Get Grab the legs. >> Man, this woman is powerful. She's able to fight with these cops like there's no tomorrow. Now, this is usually the part where I say she needs holy water and that she needs an exorcism, but in this case, the situation is very serious because they don't know it yet, but she is HIV positive and there's a little bit of blood swinging around, so they have to be very cautious. This could be a very dangerous situation for them if her blood comes in contact with any open wound that they might have. So, yeah, this is very serious. >> All right, standby. We got one resisting. >> Tell me why. Tell me why. >> We're in front of the target. Hey, grab Grab his hand. She's holding on to something. >> Let go. Now, stop resisting. Stop resisting. >> I got I got this one. Hold on. >> You got it. >> I got Watch your leg right there. You got that wrist? >> something right here. >> You got that wrist? Watch cuz she tried to bite. >> It's her nail. Her nail is broken off. Her nail has brought blood. Watch the blood. You got that arm? >> [laughter] >> Hold on. Let me let go real quick. Slow everybody down. Okay, we got to readjust these. This is not tight. This is not tight. >> That's good. >> I said tell me why. >> You will be told why. >> Yeah, you got blood on your finger. >> Yeah, your nail is broken off. >> I have HIV. Well, I'm being charged with assault for the woman that came out of the car and attacked me first. That's what I'm being charged with. The [ __ ] black woman that came out of the car and attacked me first. Are you [ __ ] serious? Then I backed the [ __ ] away from her after she came out of the her car. >> Calm down. You're making things a lot worse than they need to be. >> No, I'm [ __ ] not. >> Hey. >> I don't know what I'm being charged with. You [laughter] didn't tell me what I'm being charged with. >> I got to give her credit where credit is due. It's very rare that any of these people have a single redeeming quality, but at least she told the officers that she is HIV positive. So, if they feel like they might have gotten contact, they can take the cocktail. So, that is one nice thing I can say about her. I don't think I'll be able to find a second one though. >> You didn't read my Miranda rights. >> He's not talking to right now. >> All of you. Oh, y'all you all are >> Do you want to wait for her to get checked out by Officer Dido? >> You all are in so much pain since he didn't read my Miranda rights when he arrested me. Y'all are so f- He pulled me down and that guy over there videotaped the whole thing. >> That SUV right there. >> Yeah, the girl that came out of the f-ing car came and approached me. Y'all y'all are so That [ __ ] came and approached me. She came out of her car and approached me. She f-ing put her hands on me first. >> Okay. >> Y'all y'all are so >> We had an 82 victims. 185 when the older lady was getting beat up. Another older lady saw her beating her up, came, "Hey, what are you doing?" She walked away. She was checking on the old lady. She came back and beat the second victim up. >> I didn't f-ing touch her. >> We have videos We have videos of the whole thing. >> Video video from the outside of the other car who approached afterwards. >> You want to go talk to them and we'll >> Talk to them from the beginning. Show it from the moment it started. Show me a video from the f-ing moment it started. >> She's um if she was to calm down we could sit her up because her head is against here. >> Yeah, whatever. >> Woah woah woah. >> Yeah, you I hit me against the wall. You beat the f- out of me. You beat the f- out of me. That was before. That was before when he >> Hurst. >> Hurst. >> Hurst. >> 100%. >> Hey, put it down on the ground. >> Put it on the ground. >> Flip her over. >> This one is a prime candidate for a straight jacket. I mean, holy [ __ ] It's nuts that there's so many people like this. They walk among us. They look normal, but yet they're ready to blow a fuse at the tiniest little thing. I mean, someone like this should be institutionalized for a very long time. You don't belong in society, lady. You are completely off the rails. >> Break my wrist. Break my wrist. >> Hey, stop. Nobody wants to hurt you. >> Relax. >> Stop. >> Relax. >> [ __ ] slam my head into the cement. All of you. Look, did you see him when he did it first? Did you see him when he did it first? Look at my [ __ ] hand bleeding. >> At this point, I've already got it. >> Ma'am, relax your feet. Stop tensing. >> You, no, I'm not. >> Stop tensing. >> Like I'm going to make it easy for you? >> You're going to add another charge. >> You already have multiple charges after getting assaulted by the officer. >> Okay, so we have to take one. I've got her her left. I've got her left. >> Ow! >> [screaming] >> Ow! >> [crying] >> I think it's broken. It's [ __ ] broken. >> [screaming] >> No! No! I can't move it. No! My arm is broken. It's It's dislocated from the socket. >> But you're the one doing it. >> It's dislocated. I'm doing nothing. I'm five people against one person. Five people against one person. I'm 120 lb. You need five [ __ ] officers to hold me down. Roll me over. Roll me the over, please. Dear God. >> Calm down. Take a deep breath. >> [screaming] >> We got her on the inside. >> Oh, it's broken. >> Somebody take that wrist. You got that wrist? Here we go. There you go. >> I'm wondering if she's doing all this [ __ ] to try to get some type of a lawsuit because at this point she's been resisting for the past 10 minutes. You would think that at some point you would give up and say, "You know what? I think I'm going to lose this one. Let's just move on with the process." But no, she is fighting all the way through. >> Okay. This is This is nice. Okay. Okay. You got the wrist? Got it. Got the wrist? There you go. Okay. Switch out cuffs. Who's got to get another set of cuffs? These are no good. This is the good key that's out. There it goes. Came out. There we go. Nothing. We're good now. >> We're good now. >> Is that key here? >> Can we switch on that curve? >> Ultimate's going to be mine now. >> Can you bring my car up? Can you move up? >> hand? >> But she's But she's the only person in here. Let's get her in the car. If I see she's not going to cooperate, I'm going to put her in the car. >> Yeah, we asked for her ID. >> Question. Yes, I can still take primary. I have no problem. But she's claiming she's HIV. >> But did Do you get blood on you? >> Yeah, it was from her. >> Anybody who touched her is got to get you tested. So, uh if you have any cuts or bruises >> No. The old lady who came out of the car and hit me first. We have that on film. >> I don't even know what's going on. >> Somebody has that on film? That's how I got the punch in my face. Is no one going to fix my face? >> What do you need to fix? >> You don't see the bruise and scratch on it? >> Can't fix that. I might help you. It's right underneath you. >> I put it on. >> You're kind of hobbled right now, so you're not going to be able to. >> I have bipolar disorder and I'm a depressive. >> Here we go with the mental illness card as if it's a free pass to commit all the crimes in the world without consequences. So, she got charged with battery on a person over 65, aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, burglary with assault or battery, resisting arrest with violence. Now, we're going to move on to the next body cam. And let me just say that this suspect was so plastered that it was very hard for the officers to keep a straight face. >> It's on the back. >> Huh? >> Oh, it's on the back. >> Hello. Hold on, police. Hold on, police. Hello. Hello, can I see >> Can you reach the keys for me now? >> Roll down your window. Roll down your window. Roll down your window. Take your keys out of your car. What are you doing? Take your keys out of your car. >> Close. >> Keys out of your car. >> I won't hop yet. >> Stop. Keys. All right. You want to step out? You're under arrest. What are you doing? What are you doing in the car? My car. Huh? It's my car. It's your car? My car. Yeah. What are you doing? Where are you coming from? What's your name? >> Shannon. >> Shannon what? >> We can't hurry. Hurry. >> Where are you coming from? >> I mean, there is just so much evidence already. This is going to be a slam dunk for the prosecutor. She's passed out behind the wheel. She's at a gas station. She has open containers in the car and she can barely talk or stand straight. If that's not a slam-dunk, I don't know what is. >> Where are you Where are you coming from? >> Daytona. >> Daytona? What about Daytona? Anything fun at least? >> No. >> No? >> Are you having anything to drink tonight? No. Nothing. >> No? You want to stick with that? How long have you been here? A while. You just hanging out here? Figured this would be a good place to take a nap or something or What are you What are you What are you doing here? Were you just >> I don't drink alcohol anymore. >> What are you doing here? Just coming to gas or I'm Ribnik. I'm conducting a criminal investigation. Your voice and actions are being being recorded by Officer Range. Do you understand? Yes? >> Yes. >> Please state your name, your address, and your height. >> Shannon Lee Ribnik. >> All right. I'm going to demonstrate some field sobriety exercises and then ask you to perform the exercises the same way I just demonstrated them to you. Do not begin to attempt Do not begin or attempt the exercise until I tell you to begin. Part of my determination of whether you are intoxicated or not is your ability to follow instructions. Do you understand? Do you understand? Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> I mean, she says she understands, but I don't even think she knows where the hell she is. In this case, I don't think she should do the FSTs. It's just going to embarrass her. She's going to fail miserably. At this point, she's already guilty. So, if I were her, I would just do the breathalyzer and just deal with it because there's no getting out of this one. >> Are you willing to attempt these exercises? Are you willing to attempt these exercises? >> Can I have a 1 second to like think about it? >> I don't know what you have to think about. Do you want to attempt them or no? >> [music] >> I don't want to do them. >> You don't want to do them? Do you understand that refusal to take these exercises can be used against you in court? >> Yes. >> With that being considered, do you still think you want to do those, or do you still want to refuse? No? You don't want to do them? Okay. >> Can I get your body back? >> Yes. >> Can I get your body back? >> Yes. Going to be too fast. I want We are out of town for the holidays. I'm bored. >> I'm going to I'm going >> I wasn't trying to go anywhere. >> You know, take a breath. >> I don't want to >> You're fine. All right, you're good. You're good. >> I wasn't trying to go anywhere. I was just >> All right. All right, we're going to walk over here to this patrol car. >> to go anywhere. >> No, you're okay. I got that. I got that. I got that. You're not I understand you weren't trying to leave. >> I wasn't trying to go anywhere. >> I know. I you weren't trying to leave. Give me a second. Come on. >> I was just walking like I had to I wasn't I wasn't I wasn't trying to go anywhere. >> No, you I I'm not holding that against you. I knew you you didn't you didn't know that you were walking away. You're good. >> I was just I was just >> We're going to We're going to walk over here to this patrol car. Man, I really wish the penalties for driving drunk were a little bit more substantial because most of the time the suspects they just get a slap on the wrist and they do it again and again and again and people are dying. It's ridiculous. And the worst part is that no one is asking anybody to stop drinking. You can be a falling down drunk, completely plastered degenerate. Just do it at home. It's not that hard, honestly. But no, these people are so selfish. They can't even wait to get home before getting completely shit-faced and that's why I think the sentences should be a lot steeper. >> All right, stand over here and spread your legs. >> I know this is really stupid to ask, but like there's the whole Instagram, Facebook, whatever page you guys do all these things on, but like the whole Wet Shady and whatever, like We're not Wet Shady. >> I I I I'm not Wet Shady. Yeah, I'm not Wet Shady in Port Orange, please. I don't I don't have the Wet Shady account. >> The Wet Shady account, please don't put that on there. >> Yeah, I'm I don't have Wet Shady account. I don't As I mean I'm not really shady. >> Do you understand it's not operated by the police, right? >> All right. >> I understand a random person does that. >> This officer This officer is going to search you real quick and then we're going to have some more questions for you, all right? >> Do you have anything on you? Don't let the officer stick me. No. You have it in your car, inside your seat. >> Inside your feet? A little bit. Do you want me to take the test? >> No. >> Okay. Okay. Understanding that, do you still refuse to take a breath test? >> I refuse. >> You refuse? Okay. >> Off the hook? >> Off the hook? >> Yes. >> Were you just hanging out with your friends and stuff? >> Yes. >> What um Is there Is there anything in your vehicle that you want to go to the jail with you? We're going to take your keys. And And bring your keys. But can everything else stay in the vehicle? Is there anything else that you want us to take with you? I have your phone. I to necklaces. >> Please don't lose my two necklaces. to face? them. >> I'm not going to lose them. They're going to stay in here. They're going to go to jail with you. >> I see that. >> So. Let's I'll sit in seat. Let me get this stuff squared away. And then I'll come back and talk to you, all right? >> Okay. >> Watch your head. >> Yes. >> All right, you're good. You can scoot back. You can just You can scoot back. You got it? >> Yes. >> All right. I'll be right back. All right, so she got a deal. It was reduced to reckless driving and all she got was 12 months of probation and a fine. Now, that's it for the video. Thank you so much for watching.
