All [Music] right, guys. Welcome back to the channel. Uh, today's video is going to be quite a bit different than anything I normally post on this channel, but uh, it's something that I feel compelled to do. uh when I see somebody that's out in the kind of police social media space and I see them doing things that causes me to believe that they're a fraud. Um I have a large enough platform and and enough people look to me and send me questions and send me information that I feel that uh sometimes when one of these things is big enough that I have a responsibility to to say something about it. Uh what we're going to be talking about today is going to be the anti-hero podcast. And I don't really know how to kind of classify this. Maybe I'll call it the downfall of the anti-hero podcast. Um, I don't have a script for this video. Um, I do have an outline. I can I can show it to you here. Um, this is going to be potentially a a relatively long video. Um, if you're not familiar with the Anti-hero podcast, then what I'm going to do is I'm going to leave this background up behind me and I'm going to put in some screenshots uh as I go. That way I can just kind of go off the cuff and I'll put the information in. um as I see fit throughout the video. Uh if you're not familiar with the Anti-Hero Podcast, they've been around for a couple of years. I think it's it was started in 2022 by this guy right here in the corner. You guys can't see that. The guy in the corner of the screen, uh Tyler Hoover. Um Tyler is the one that started Anti-Hero Podcast in 2022 or they call it the anti-hero broadcast. I don't really know what to call themselves. Everybody knows him as anti-hero. Uh sometime after that, a guy named Brent Tucker uh joined the podcast. I'll find a picture of him and put him up on the screen here. Brent Tucker is a former Delta Force operator. Uh Tyler Hoover, put his face up on the screen again, is a uh a former sheriff's deputy and up until he was he was a sheriff's deputy up until very recently with the Orange County Sheriff's Department. Um, those two ran this podcast together and it became kind of famous and it gained a lot of notoriety about a year ago now when they are actually the ones that that broke or the first ones to really come out strong against Tim Kennedy. Uh Tim Kennedy wrote a book and has a career and does a lot of media appearances and all this other stuff where he has fabricated his uh his military endeavors. Uh his service history, his combat history, number of kills he's had, all of that stuff. Um Tim Kennedy put into his book and they exposed his book as a book of lies. And I believe that's what they called their podcast. uh this YouTube channel went from a relatively small YouTube channel to I don't know 125,000 subscribers to a large degree um due to Brett Tucker's efforts to expose Tim Kennedy and kind of how popular it became and all the stuff that came you know from that on September the 8th I have it in my notes here at least there was a a social media post that said that Brent Tucker is now leaving the anti-hero podcast uh That started a bunch of rumors. Everybody wanted to know why this podcast was quote unquote breaking up. Podcast didn't necessarily break up, but a major part of the podcast podcast decided to leave. Um, I saw some rumblings on social media, and I'll put a comment up on the screen here saying something to the effect of uh, you know, Tyler was under criminal investigation. Brent found out that this investigation was ongoing and that it was going to be damning information. he didn't want to be associated with Tyler, so he decided to leave the podcast. Um, some of the facts that I have gathered about this, I actually have a copy of the investigation. I'll put it up on the screen over here, um, that Tyler Hoover, uh, this guy right here, uh, was under criminal investigation by his employer and did resign while under criminal investigation. Uh, I have a copy of that investigation. I think I already put it up on the screen. If I haven't, here it is on the screen right here. Um, this was a complaint filed by someone that is believed to be associated with his ex-wife. Uh, that's the fact of the matter. I I believe that his it wasn't his ex-wife that actually sent the thing in, but clearly when you read through the investigation, she had a very heavy hand in filing this complaint. Uh the allegations included domestic violence um allegations I guess according to them going back seven years but also in 2023 involving domestic violence, strangulation, uh cheating, engaging in prostitution, um and looking for services like golden showers. Um, in this investigation, she submitted what she said were um, photos of Tyler's phone with screenshots or of his uh, text messages asking for things like golden showers and engaging in prostitution. Um, let's see. I said that already. She put the text messages in there. She also said on July 4th of 2023, uh, Tyler told her that he had to go out and get an oil change. She thought it was strange because it was on the 4th of July. Uh she then looked at his Venmo transactions and found a Venmo transaction for $50 for a massage. Um she turned this information all into the sheriff's department and they began their investigation. Uh I've got the entire investigation. I can't put it all up on the screen because there are things there are photos in this investigation that actually got me restricted on Instagram and I wasn't able to send messages for a couple of days. But there is an investigation. The investigation looked into all of these allegations that that Tyler was looking for specifically for sheale prostitutes. Um his wife accused him of being caught in his truck at like 6:00 in the morning with a uh a transgender prostitute on one one occasion. You know, she turned all of this information into the sheriff's department and they investigated. Uh now I released uh some excerpts from the investigation on Instagram last Thursday. I don't know the exact date, but when I put that information out on Instagram, it caused these guys to do a live stream. Uh they wanted to make a live stream to set the story straight to talk about this investigation or this investigative material that I posted on the internet. So, I've got the video clips of them saying these things and I'll insert them when it's appropriate. Uh Tyler's response to me releasing this information. He said, "You have to remember that these are just allegations that didn't stick. >> The domestic violence allegations didn't stick." Um, so are we are we going to talk about who it is tonight? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah. So the so the ex-wife decided to go another route and claim other things that I've done that Yeah. I mean, so essentially there was allegations against me and then they went nowhere. >> So there were allegations against uh me again >> that people have been chomping at the bits waiting to post. And unfortunately, they're all allegations. And >> he's saying that they were false. And he started attacking everybody that reported him and has shared the reports of him, including me. >> The very end, which one page did post, who hates our guts for some reason, but they did post the guy got fired. >> Um, he then said that he was never criminally investigated. to this day have not been in investigated criminally about any of this. >> He said I was never I think he said I've never criminally investigated for whatever. Uh he also said that his resignation had nothing to do with the investigation that at the time he resigned. He didn't know he was under investigation. >> I I resigned. Let me get to it. Yeah. So I I res I resigned because I want we're doing media full-time now. We have >> Oh, and make it clear. You resigned before >> Oh, yeah. Yes. So everybody, right? >> Retired early, quit, resigned. It does. It doesn't matter. Me and Mike own a couple businesses together. So we were like, "Dude, we need to focus on this." And I retired early. I was like, "Hell yeah." I was going on vacation in July. You can go back and and look at the Instagram. I just got into the mountains and we were on a lake. We were having a good time. And then I found out, hey, you were under investigation for domestic violence. And I was like, "Okay, well that doesn't I don't care. Like let who why are you investigating? I don't work there anymore." And they're like, "Well, technically it came in when you were still an employee here. So now we have to investigate it as you are an employee here." >> Uh he said that his ex-wife is making up these accusations and is working with someone in order to frame him >> or I don't know who it was. Why wait until now? And that's the biggest question that everybody has wondered, including myself. I've came up with my own. the fact that Kyle, you know, we'll get into it more, but Kyle was denied entry into Counterculture, the the media network, because it was like a soft let down. Like it was like, "Hey man, you you're all over the news for being a sexual predator." Like all over the news. We can't have that, right? And so that mixed up with the same time my exwife saw that Heather because my ex-wife Kendra also has a failed podcast that she quit just like everything else. and saw that Heather was on her own podcast. Those those two [ __ ] things collided and by golly, Kyle was her old supervisor on the road, her old sergeant. >> Uh Kyle's stuff was on the news. >> Yeah, Kyle's stuff was on the news. Sorry, I'm not reading comments. But so that perfect storm is why this all happened. Kind of like, hey, go there and say this and then I'll expose it. Also, while posting his explanation of this investigation, he asked he and uh Mike from Cotville on the other side of the table posed the question um if this was real, why did his wife wait two years to expose him? Um let's see. He also is I put that in there. He also attacked me for posting the investigation. >> Same thing with the other homeboy that got fired for Columbus PD. We're going to get into that, too. and he is clinging to the line in this investigation. It's towards the very bottom. Uh and this is actually what I posted on Instagram as well. Uh there's a line in there that says uh there were no charges filed uh and probable cause was not found that he committed any crimes in Orange County. >> We're going to kick it off with this. They posted based on the totality of evidence and circumstances in this case, probable cause was not established that Mr. Hoover violated this or any other criminal law within X County. >> Uh the next line after that says that there was no criminal referral made because the statute of limitations has run out. Um we'll go over that kind of towards the end. I want to address Tyler's excuses. Um that's going to be what the majority of this video is going to be about because it's true. you have an investigation into allegations and it's most likely true that this investigation was prompted by Tyler's ex-wife coming after him. Um, when you're doing that, you have to evaluate under the lens of it's possible that this stuff has all been made up. Um, and you have to kind of look into the credibility of the evidence. And that's what we're going to be doing today because there is some evidence in this report that was corroborated through law enforcement sources. Uh let's see. The first thing that he mentioned, and I put it as two bullet points on my my outline, but they really kind of go together. Uh why did his ex-wife wait 2 years to bring this evidence forward? If he had been beating her and strangling her and had been engaging in prostitution while they were married, why didn't she bring that up in the divorce? Why didn't she call his employer and complain about it then? Um, this is a fool's argument by these guys and it's really sad that they're choosing this tactic because if you have been a police officer or an investigator or involved in any kind of domestic violence or just divorces, messy divorces at all in in your adult life. Um, and this is something I brought up to my wife last night. You know, why did she wait 2 years? And my wife looked at me stone cold. She's like, probably because she was embarrassed and ashamed. Um, I I'm not a woman, but I I know a lot of women. I know a lot of women that have gone through some pretty horrendous situations. And uh when they're in a situation like this, their first thought isn't, I want to destroy this guy's life. I want to go after him, get him criminally charged. They're like, I just want to get away from this guy. Uh he creeps me out so bad. I don't want to be around him. U I'll put Tyler up there just so everyone can focus on him. Um, I I I believe that there's a lot of credibility to the idea that she didn't bring all this stuff up back then because she just wanted to be done with it. Plus, as as a as a person that's in a committed relationship, and you find out that the other person is not only cheating on you, but is engaging in prostitution, and then the type of prostitution that he's engaged in, it makes you as the other partner feel like you're inadequate. like, you know, what is wrong with me that my spouse would go out and do these things? There's there's shame and there's embarrassment. And it takes a long time to build up the courage to come forward with some of this kind of stuff. So, why did she wait 2 years to bring this stuff out? I think I just answered that question. >> I thought the DV allegations were hilarious, but hilarious in the sense that how old they were, there was no specifics, there was no witnesses there. Um the next part uh oh now he's saying she just fabricated this entire story. Uh he also said oh so I'm saying he's saying that she fabricated the entire story. So on my notes I said okay now is there any evidence that uh she couldn't have fabricated that could corroborate her accusation? Uh because one thing that he said in this video is like I can give you my phone and in 10 minutes we can recreate all the same evidence that she turned in. Uh so well they also during this this broadcast they said why didn't she ever bring this up to him. Uh she did tell investigators that she confronted Tyler in 2023 about this and that he was so distraught um he actually put a firearm in his mouth and was threatening to end it all. Uh, so she did allegedly bring it up to Tyler two years ago. They had a conversation about it. He is saying that that conversation never happened. She's saying it did. One of the two people in that situation has to be lying. Uh, now let's go to the evidence and what she could have fabricated and what she didn't couldn't have fabricated because the investigators have uh cell phones. They have cell phones. They were able to do a data download from those cell phones. And on June 29th, 2023, at 12:18 p.m., uh Tyler's ex-wife was texting with a friend. Uh she told her friend that Tyler had sex issues, uh with who he was sexually, and instead of embracing it and working through it and trying new things, he repressed it. Uh she described that as harmful. This is a text message that she sent to her friend back in 2023. Um, also on July the 6th, 2023 at 7:38 a.m., she sent a text message to her friend that said Tyler saw an escort on Tuesday. Lol. At least or she's a woman at least. All right. Then she sent the following two images. She also has a screenshot of his Venmo account and on the date, believe it was July 4th, 2023, uh he told her that he had to go out and get an oil change. He went out for his oil change and then had a VMO transaction for that same day that had a uh something in the memo line about massage. So, was he going to get a massage? And was he paying his masseuse by Venmo? Or was he getting an oil change? Or was he meeting with a prostitute and sending her $50 through Venmo? Um, is that something that she could have just made up or faked? The investigators also show his um internet search history from 2023. Uh that search history shows searches for escorts and shemail escorts, specifically searches for shemail es escorts. In order to believe Tyler's story, you have to believe that all the way back in 2023, uh she got on his phone and was searching for escorts and female escorts and sending text messages to uh potential prostitutes. I don't think I mentioned this before, but the way she discovered that he was or the way she became to believe that he was sleeping with prostitutes was that she saw text messages on his phone to people and she wanted to know who those people were. So, she went on to Google and she typed in that phone number. uh when you type in that phone number on Google, it brings up an ad for an escort service and um the numbers that he was texting correspond with the ads on these particular escort services. Uh, so in order to believe that she is just fabricating this whole story, you have to believe that all the way back in 2023, she started texting one of her friends saying that Tyler was cheating on her, eliciting services from escorts, and at least she's a female this time. You also have to believe that she went onto his phone all the way back in 2023 was searching for shemail escorts with the intention of using that against him if he ever became famous in 2025 as well as recreating this Venmo transaction on his phone. Tyler's response to this rather than address the allegations has been to attack the credibility of the accusers um including myself. You know, I I understand attacking your ex-wife, saying, "Look, she's just a jealous ex-wife. Um, that's why she's doing this to me." That's one kind of defense. Um, his ex-wife has like a friend that they've had some he's had some kind of business dealings with, whatever. They had a falling out. She's associated with him. He thinks that they're doing this to get back at him. Okay, that's one uh kind of way to shift blame or shift focus away from this investigation. but they also threaten to come after me. Um, when when you're accused of something and there's an investigation into your behavior and then people get a hold of that investigation and begin sharing it, uh, if your response to that is to attack the people that are sharing that information rather than address the accusations, it it's a pretty bad look for you. Um, that's not how you're that's you're not going to win very many people over by attacking me in that situation. Um, I firmly believe that Tyler resigned from his position at the sheriff's department because he was under criminal investigation and he did not want to face the consequences at work for being found guilty of these things. Now, he is going to point to the investigation and say that he wasn't prosecuted because they were outside of the jurisdiction of the sheriff's departments that investigated. He's ignoring the fact that this is outside of the statute of limitations. He's also ignoring the fact that your discipline at work is not a criminal prosecution. Uh just because you weren't criminally prosecuted doesn't mean you didn't do the thing that you're being accused of doing. Uh in order to be found guilty in court, you need to have guilt beyond reasonable doubt. Uh in order to be found guilty in a internal affairs investigation, it is um preponderance of the evidence. If I look at this situation, I look at the uh the totality of the investigation and the and through the uh the civil standard of preponderance of the evidence, I believe that Tyler did these things. I I find these accusations to be credible. I think there's enough independent information in this report that it actually kind of uh substantiates the allegations that are made by Tyler's ex-wife. I think that it's fair to say some of the accusations might not true, but in their totality, I believe that there's credible information in this report that shows that Tyler was looking for escorts. He's looking for quote unquote shemail escorts and that there are financial transactions to support this activity. You now have a guy who is the host of the Anti-hero podcast who has made a living from calling other people out, calling their service into question, uh, calling him out for their lies. And I firmly believe here he is lying and trying to pretend to be something that he's not. the thing he's trying to pretend to be is a good cop that started a business that resigned from his job as a as a sheriff's deputy in order to help promote his business and take it to the next level. What I believe happened was he wasn't a good cop. Uh that he was doing a lot of criminal activity while he was a police officer. when he got caught doing that stuff, he resigned from his position in order to um avoid the administrative prosecution that he was about to endure. And he's trying to uh now make a living purely with his social media and his other businesses. If that's the type of person that you want to follow, by all means, continue to follow that person. Um, I don't believe the majority of his audience was built believing he was that kind of person. Um, I don't know. I just wanted to put out my two cents about this investigation and tell you what I think the truth of the matter is. You can make decisions for yourself. Leave it out.
