Uh, first things first, like I explained earlier, you got under arrest. In addition to number one, >> we're going to take photo. >> In addition to the motor vehicle violations, you're going to be charged with resisting obstruction violation. Motor vehicle violation would be >> I said in addition to the motor vehicle violations, you're also going to be charged with operating under the influence. I have a statement that I have to read to you. But before I do that, I need you to open your mouth wide for me. I need to check the inside of your mouth. before we do this. >> Okay. Well, then I'm going to read you this form and then you're going to understand the consequence of refusing to do that. To do that, there's an additional charge. I repeat, the law requires you to submit samples of your breath for testing. Will you submit the samples of your breath? >> No. >> Your answer [snorts] is not acceptable. The law requires that you submit samples of your breath for breath testing. If you do not answer or answer with anything other than yes, I will charge you with refusal. >> I ask you again, >> charge me. >> Will you submit breath testing? >> Charge me my present. Thank you. And you have anything else? I want my lawyer present. >> I'm asking for a lawyer. I don't know which way you would like me to put it. I heard you. You're not entitled to a lawyer at this point. >> If I'm under arrest, I feel like I am. If you're asking me any questions, >> the only questions I'll be asking you about your biographic information, nothing to do. >> So, hang with this officer for a moment for me. [clears throat] >> Not a problem. All right. Uh, let's do you want to do the property sheet? We'll do that all on camera. >> Sure. >> This Okay. This is her. >> Yeah. There's a bunch of cash in there that I'll have the inventory. Uh, that's going to be separate. Okay. Yeah, Let's pull back the sack. >> I've never been this bruised in my life. Wow. One clean. back. Of course it's damn >> I'm Myth is my arm my wrists are swelling. Sorry. >> We'll put it with your property. >> No, just throw it away. Please put your property. If you want to throw it away, >> that's okay. There's a 12 iPhone 12 >> 14 >> Apple This is my DV by the way. This is why I was asking for appointment. >> I can appreciate your concern, but I explained everything that was going to happen while we were going through that. You still refused to follow my lawful commands and we are where we are. So, we're not yelling at you. We're not raising our respect for me. So, if I break down at any point, I'm trying to be strong for myself. If I break down at any moment, it's due to that. Like, these are all extreme triggers for me. >> And I'm sorry about the resenting everything comfortable right now within our >> A woman. A woman. >> We made a request for a woman. There's not one available at this point. In one of the packets there is a pill. um like a little triangular it's a glass there's a pill um container in there but all the pills I had my prescription but that was in my luggage that was in my car you have prescription for each of those pills >> each and every one so I can tell you where they are oh that's just that's over the counter um anti-nausea like a Germany, but just like a friend. That's what telling you guys if you're having someone here that never has a problem. So, anything you got to ask, ask. I'll tell you what's in there. Everything. As you see, that's the ginger for the dramy. That was that drill. Are you currently employed? >> I I don't even know where you work. Just ask me if you're currently employed. >> Gives me emotion. My mom has dementia on her career. >> Where is she now? >> That's my question for right this moment. She's with someone that can attend her. >> Okay. Uh, a couple of procedural questions I have to ask you on this form. Are you dependent on alcohol or drugs? >> Have you tried suicide before? >> Boy, that looks like a good choice right now. Are you thinking of hurting yourself now? >> Sure. I'm hurt right now. I'm >> not asking about physics. I'm asking you thinking of hurting yourself now in the context of self injury. >> This reminds me of some things that I choose not to remember. You guys are being very insensitive when it comes to DV and person who has >> I'm sorry you feel that way. I don't know that I can be any more compassionate under the given circumstances. Do you have any plan to hurt yourself as to how, when, or where you would hurt yourself? >> Are you answering questions? I know you need something. That's why I'm >> sorry. >> I know you need a response. This is why I'm ask I'm answering that way. I'm not >> or I'm not trying to give you a hard time. I didn't write this form. These are procedural questions that we have to ask. If you don't want to answer them, it is what it is. It complicates things a little bit and prolongs this process. But >> that's fine. >> I don't want to make you >> I'm not in my right mind seeing this. I'm seeing things that remind me of situations that I don't ever want to be in again. All right. And as we process through. >> Okay. Are you responsible for care of children or other dependent persons? >> I answered that already. >> Okay. The question was >> I answered that two questions ago. You asked me what I did for a living. I told you I'm a caregiver for my mother. >> Process of you asking me what I do for a living. I take care of my mother. I'm her care. I have to be there in the morning. >> That's what I'm missing. >> Yeah, cuz nobody will be there. >> Okay. >> I'm still not a problem. You guys are even. >> So, just so that you're aware and you said this is the first time you've been arrested. I thought explain this process. So part one of that is dealing with the influence related offenses which a separate charge. There's still the criminal charges that will come as well. Um that I'll have to talk to supervisor. This is not something that if you have no history and I see that you have no criminal history that's coming up. >> I I appreciate that. So I see that you have a criminal history. So the likelihood is that goes on what we call assignments. It's basically it's court date you come back another day. This isn't the type of thing that you're going to get or you know that you're likely to be lodged in jail on a warrant or anything like that. Okay. All right. So I'm >> out of there in the morning for my mom is my main concern. My only concern again my goal is to get you out of here as quickly as possible. I don't want to drag your time any longer than just as much as you don't want to be here. I don't want to be here dealing with this. Right. We can avoid all of this. We are where we are. Uh so there's no reason for us to delay this. Your cooperation goes a long way in the expedition. I'm not answering. >> We're not going to ask you incriminating questions. You made that clear that you wanted an attorney for any question. That's fine. There's some procedural questions I have to ask that are not incriminating. That's an unrelated set of questions. But as far as what happened tonight, >> 780 corn units will be gone out again where >> I think it's for the wellbeing check. I didn't cop your list. I heard you're out with 189. >> I got it. Yeah. >> You said there was cash in your >> There's a pink wallet should be in that back part right there. >> Yeah, I got it. >> Oh, >> I just So, I just separated so it's all together. So, it's all in one place. >> I just didn't want you to miss Yeah. Yeah, I I'm I'm going to count it here with you so we're both on the same page. >> Um I see you have some coins and stuff in here. Uh not the best at math, but 50 63 cents. And then here's the big part. Pretty [laughter] >> 20 40 60 80 100. >> Mhm. You said you had a couple thousand. >> No, there should be there should be like there's like there's probably about >> if I have to guess and think about in my brain, it's probably about $670 maybe. >> Let's see how close you are. Okay. More 24. So 6. How much you say? >> I said 670. >> Ooh. 624. 624. Well, you're close, though. You're close. >> That sounds about right, though. 624. Okay, >> cool. It's all going to go. >> $40 in gas, so that is actually perfect. [laughter] You You are on the money. Cool. So 100 200 300 400 500 6 15 16 >> So 24 literally I put 14 as we can get. That's exactly [laughter] >> perfect. And then 50 603. A lot of pains. Just to let you know. >> Do do you want to you want ambulance? >> You know what's in the buses in the past? Um I'm going to put your money all in one envelope. So it's just separated from everything else. It's going to go in here. So, mine's going to go in here. Coins. No one has coins anymore. Go. And I'm actually going to seal this. You don't have any other cash in here, right? I'm pretty sure. I think I saw all the cash. >> Mainly in the back pocket. Like I said, the only other thing I was letting you know that there was a pill bottle that didn't have prescription on it, but that was all in my car liquid prescriptions. That's all. and that every single I can tell you which ones they are. You can write them down and I'll bring the pill bottles to court so they can verify it. Whatever is needed. It's just I didn't want you guys to have it. There's inside. That's what I was telling you. That's the ginger for the motion sickness. But there's also Matthew. There's also inside pockets. Did you get that? Like in that top? No. No. That one. There's the inside pocket. >> Is there any Is there any cash in there? You see what I'm saying? More cash. More cashing, but I'm letting you know where everything is. I'm not hiding. I'm trying to let you know. >> My brain's going to have to recount that whole thing. >> I apologize. >> Damn it. I just sealed It's like you should never I counted I counted so good. >> Sorry. >> This is what I'm trying to do when I have a problem that I'm trying to do. >> Yeah. >> The change is going to change. >> I have to I I have to count it again. >> I have to count it again. >> I get it. So we said 600 there. >> Matthew, come on. >> 600 there. 40,000 40 Okay. So, I just talked to the supervisor. I know that you were concerned about the breathing. Do we have anyone that's going to come talk to you about the injury? You're going to get traffic tickets and a summon to report to court. So, we still have some things to process through. Once all that's done, we'll start moving along and get you out of here. Do you have any questions for me outside of that? >> There's no woman that I can go pee, right? >> What's that? I I I don't I would like to be >> We can go in the bedroom. >> Oh, you good? >> Yeah. So, before we put you in a cell, you have to take your earrings out and you'll have to take the necklace off. We put that with the property. So, I can't put you in. >> I told I would never have to take this. I've never taken it off since my father put it around my neck. It's religious. >> There's absolutely nothing I can do about that. I've never >> So, I will absolutely let you use the bathroom. I don't have a public bathroom with you in. It's going to be a holding cell. I can't put you on holding cell with anything on. You'll also have to take your shoes off before you go in there because you're a female. We have to close the door so that we're not going to do you when you're doing that. That's entirely up to you. Not going to refuse. I'm like, I'm just trying like There's just certain things that trigger me and I apologize cuz nor I'm not triggered. I'm very strong woman. Um, >> okay. If you change your mind, this officer's going to be with you while we work through that. Let him know and then we'll, you know, we'll pay attention. >> Um, >> so I got a,000 >> 64. You want Can you recount that for me just so I know I have the we found like an extra $400 on the back? Uh, also we had discussed or uh discussed with the supervisor. You said that you don't want to answer any questions. You have the option to talk to a detective about what happened tonight. If you'd like to. If you're saying you don't want to talk to anyone, let them know that as well. >> Yeah, that's not talk to my attorney. >> Okay, that's fine. I'm just procedurally that's something that we think about. I'm just at this point and pain and pe just don't mix together and I'm just Right. Okay. That's not the space. 200 400 600 800 a,000. Is that what this bomb is supposed to be? >> Mhm. 55 64,000 64 50 63 cents. >> Mhm. >> Okay. 1 64. Um, don't think so. Uh, DL220. going about >> 214. Oh, I see. Thank you. Mhm. everything. [ __ ] >> [snorts] [snorts] [panting] [snorts] >> Get out of here. You could say someone was coming to look around. >> Mhm. I'm sorry TV. That's all. >> Shock with squad coming. >> Yeah. [snorts] Yes. >> Are you Hispanic? >> Sorry. >> Are you Hispanic at all? >> Yes. >> Don't just appreciate you. Thank you. >> See if this works. Probably not. >> There's a [ __ ] picture. >> That's I'm seeing her all emotional. I'm like a [ __ ] picture. Hold on. [laughter] >> It's okay. It does. We're not posting it on Facebook. >> It ain't have nothing to do with it. Like I've never >> I don't think it's even going to work. It never works for me. >> It will. It'll be my luck. It'll work for you. I have it. [laughter] >> I don't think it work. I really don't think >> I'm just in pain. That's I apologize. It's just the throb reminds me of something. I've been through years of taking over therapy for this. >> I'm sorry you're going through that. That's the only part that's bothering me right now. [sighs] I get you a tissue. It's okay. You think you're over something with their feet? >> Mhm. >> I like the shoes. >> A Nike Gortex. Those are cool. >> Yeah. Most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever >> What are they called? >> That's exactly that. Nike. >> Just purchase Nike Cortex. I don't think I even want to know how much they cost. >> They're like 180. >> Yeah. >> I usually buy like $60 like Vans. So, >> so >> I got [snorts] bad knees. >> Mhm. >> So, I need shoes that my doctor, my podiatrist, he was like, "You're going to have to wear, >> you know, with straps and stuff." >> He's like, "Okay." So I asked him about these and he's like they're very good. Go ahead and get those. Okay. He's especially I mean they got cortex. I mean feet won't get wet either. So that's not >> my feet stink though in these. I don't care. What's the wear? [laughter] >> I needed that one. Thank you. [laughter] >> It can't be as bad as my feet. So >> Well, that's hard work. hard work stinking feet versus just >> hard work stinking feet. >> It's different. My first husband, he worked for UPS. So I get hard work hard on your feet all day. You know, my father was so >> right. I just wish I >> because of my my body's pride when I look down cuz that's the part that like so rest of the night I'm okay with it's this it's >> sorry why don't you guys have women why don't you have women >> listen it's it's honestly it's a recruiting thing if women don't show up for our hiring process. Is that what it is? >> They don't I mean we have we do have three women employed here. One's a school resource officer. One is a sergeant, but she's reassigned because she's she's expecting a child. And our other female officer actually left at 11:00. That's why I'm here cuz I'm relieving her. So, we contacted each police. They didn't have a female respond scene. We also contacted every police department in Burlington County. Nobody's available. >> I didn't hear that part, but I radio that you guys were. So, I appreciate that. But again, >> and we contacted the state police. No females. >> But also, it's the time of the year it's, you know, people take off, you know. So, but when it came down to it, okay, we don't just we just don't tell people to get out of their vehicle for no reason. No. Okay. >> And and just like I was I listen when it comes my dad always told me never get out of the vehicle. That's me >> to get out of the vehicle for somebody that's not in uniform. >> No. Even in uniform. >> Okay. Well, >> that's and I'm just letting you know. >> Okay. >> My my issue right now even throughout the world and I my whole issue is when I look down I see this and it triggers me for understood. >> That's I'm emotional for that reason and that reason also. So, for the sake of all of that, they're just going to look you over >> and I appreciate and I appreciate that it's a woman. That's >> And then and then I will take some photos just to document everything. All right. And we'll take steps through the night. >> Thank you. Sorry. Good morning. >> You said morning. >> Yes. >> I'm going. >> Can I Can I jump in and take pictures? All right. Would you mind just standing up over there just so I could take a like an overview shot and everything so I could All right. You just stand with your hands down to your side first. All right. >> Don't look. Look at me. [clears throat] >> Okay. And then you can take your arms. Go like this. Okay. >> All right. And then you can turn around. >> Hands down to your side. Okay, arms out. >> Okay, stay right there. All right. Now, your arm individually just go like that for me. Okay. All right. >> Arm up again. Thank you. >> East Hampton. >> Oh, they spelled it wrong on the thing. >> Well, they put Issa like where is I forgot the rest of it. That's fine. >> Yeah, they forgot the rest of Eastampton. All right. >> Okay. Any any pain anywhere else that would be visible? >> I have no idea. I haven't touched myself. >> But but your lower like your lower extremities, nothing like that. >> No. No. I'm feeling here and here. >> Okay. Very good. All right. You can have a seat. >> It's cold. [laughter] >> I thank you. You have no idea. >> Of course, I'm happy to help you. >> All right. So, do >> Yeah. Or we can get one from PD. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, nothing else from you. Thank you. If you don't want to go to the hospital, then no. Okay. >> You should take care. Okay. Thank you. >> If you change your mind, let them know. They'll call us right back. Even if it's 10 seconds from now, no problem. >> Appreciate that. This You have no idea. This was It's thriving. This is taking my focus on. It's good. Yeah, we have the cold. >> We're We're happy to help. So, >> give us a shout back. All right. >> Thank you. >> Yeah, you bet. >> Yeah, I'll get that. >> You guys have a safe ship. Okay. >> Thank you so much. >> See you. >> See you later. How long have you been doing this? >> Like in total or year? >> In total or like here? >> I've been since I think 2020. >> Just real quick. Um obviously uh you know we want to get you released today. Okay. And just like we need to document what happened today. Uh part of the process um and how this turned out was that we notified a detective just to honestly protect you and protect the incident. Okay. Would you like to speak with the detective tonight? >> Not answer any questions, but I would love another party to come in even though they just saw me. I would love another party to come in just to see. >> Okay. >> Yeah. So I I took photos. That's obviously a real deal. It's covered under surveillance. It's covered under our body cameras. They would come here. they would want to speak with you. That's why the detective would come here. Do you want the detective? He is a He is a male and he would come and talk to you. >> Now, if it was a female, I probably feel better, but not a male. >> Not a male. >> Yes. >> Okay. And if at a later time if they reach out and they have a female available to discuss it with you with the detective, would that be an option? >> If my attorney says it's okay, I >> Okay. Okay. Very good. >> Thank you. How long have you I'm sorry. I just need to get my mind off of this. So, if you don't want to answer personal questions, we can talk about anything else. >> A couple years. Uh I think I started 2020. >> Nice. >> So, right before co something like that. Mhm. It was fun. I was in I was in Wildwood before this. That was fun. That was nice little summer game in Wildwood. >> Wildwood. I can remember when my daughter, we were just talking about this tonight too cuz someone's um daughter was going from and I said I can remember my daughter went from and she went to Wildwood. We rented a bus >> and everybody went and started throwing the couch. [laughter] They threw the couch over the outside. >> I think I called dad. >> Mom, someone threw a couch over the railing. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I think my first question would be like, >> "What?" >> No. My first my response is, "I'm on my way." You don't even got to explain. I'm >> okay. Send me your location. >> You're right. Well, back then there was no location since nothing like that. So, All right. Where you at? >> You figure that was probably 13 years ago, 14 years ago my daughter graduated. >> Say, man, not that long ago. Feels like a million years, but not that long ago. >> I just came back like my again, my bags are in the car cuz I just came back from Cali visiting her. >> She go to school out there. >> She's actually U she's out there. Um, >> she doesn't work anymore. >> She doesn't work anymore. >> Um, she was a celebrity slash influencer. >> Okay, that's cool. >> Chazworth is in the sticks. >> Yeah, >> I didn't even know they had a middle They have a middle school. >> Where is that? >> So, the the elementary school goes from elementary to middle. So it goes from prek to 8th >> and they just come >> all all 50 kids. >> All 50. [laughter] >> Where where is that? >> Like that's worth though. >> It's right on What is that? >> Cuz the only roads I know to like get out there is like the one through tabernacle and then you come up to that hot dog stand with the firehouse right there. >> And that's the only And then I make a left to go to LBI. Well, you would make a left at the hot dog stand to go to LBI that way, >> right? >> Okay. But so when you come out of that room where the firehouse is and you make a right, >> go past the street you would make to make the left. >> Okay. >> The next right is the post office. And I used to be the postmaster general. >> Yeah. >> In there. >> That's cool. >> And then >> right across the street is the school. >> So right where the municipality building is, right behind it. never gone like down that way. I've always seen it just like like buildings. >> So it goes the and it's a trailer for the post office. Really >> is a trailer. >> Yeah. >> And then the school the municipality and then if you just there's a speed bump. If you go over the speed bump right on right hand side is uh Ocean Spray. >> So Ocean Spray has >> like cranberries and stuff. >> Exactly. Oh, >> so if you kept going on that same road, you would see the bogs, the cranberry. >> That's cool. I know. I know you see you could see some like before you go there, >> right? >> Um like >> right after like when you make that left to go to like LBI on that one. I know there's cranberry right there. I never knew there ocean spray. That's cool. >> Mhm. Yeah. So that's the original Ocean Spray. So there Ocean Spray in Chadzsworth and then Ocean Spray was in Bordon Town as well. >> Okay. And then I guess they closed down or whatever and they >> Well, I mean they're a giant company now. So they like Chad Chadzsworth in New Jersey [laughter] like we're we're going somewhere else. >> Oh man, >> I'm in a lot of pain. >> Well, keep that ice pack on there. Do you want something to like separate it like a a brag or something? Trust me, this I'm so glad you came to me. I'm not yet. I just can't look cuz I don't get emotional. Like I said, I'm not You guys really not the wrong person today. Like, if anything that's making me emotional, it's just this. And I understand I was speeding. Give me a speeding ticket. Let me let me go. But the influence and all it's just not. And again, I apologize cuz you guys are really, really serious. I'm assuming like if I'm 47 and I didn't break a lawn to the mouth, my dad has always kept me on the straight and narrow. >> Not married, right? Where where's your dad? But >> I say you're married because marriage situation is tough. >> So I've heard. >> So I've heard. That's like life, you know. Life isn't easy. Look, if you have your life as you add people in your life, >> the more people the more people at you, the harder it gets. >> You add a significant other to the point where you say till death boy. >> I've been meeting a lot of people who were, you know, are telling me don't get married, don't have kids. life. >> Have kids, get married. Just know that it's not easy. I think I I love being a wife. My favorite thing in life is to be a wife. >> Awesome. Awesome. >> Wife and mother. My kids are older, though. My daughter's the 28th. She'll be 21 or I'm sorry, 31. My son is 26. [sighs] Nice. >> Your son still loves shirt? >> Yeah. >> Nice. You like >> East Hampton? [laughter] >> I'm sorry. >> Does he Does he like the area? >> Yeah, but he's a >> Or does he want to like move out west and everything? >> No. My son's an introvert. >> He's a tech techy person. >> Hands on kind of guy. >> Nope. >> Or just >> computers, leave you alone. He'll he'll build you a computer. He'll fix your computer. Computers. He does all of that. He's just >> nice. >> Yeah. >> Nice. Yeah. Yeah, I can't do that. >> No, I did. Legos is about where I stopped. >> Legos is where he started [laughter] for Christmas. This last Christmas Legos. So he he'll he'll literally do like the claimation and do like >> like stop motion. >> He does all of that stuff too cuz it's anything introvert that he doesn't have to deal with anybody else he'll do. So yeah, >> that's cool. I remember all the old like cartoons were all the stop motion claimation like was uh >> my favorite was the Christmas ones and that's where you >> Yeah, those are nice. What's the one? It was like the chicken one. >> Oh, what is that? >> You know what I'm talking about? >> Yes, I know exactly what you're talking about. I can't think of the name. >> So, I suffer from um >> It's not Chicken Little. It's something else. >> This He's always been there for me. But when I see stuff like this, I just can't help but to be triggered by it. And then having a man that did it to me. And again, like I know they're not they're doing it for whatever reason. And I'm I'm talkative to you because you weren't that person who did that to do. You get what I'm saying? I remember your face being here. So you're trying to get me off the steering wheel, but I know that it was him doing this to me. So it just scares me in a different way. So that's why, like I said, I could I can sit here and hold a conversation with you. But I can't think about this cuz it's just again over a decade that I wouldn't become emotional. Sorry. >> It's okay. No one's here to judge you. I don't think about being judged. I just I just wouldn't for anybody if a young young girl, young man, anything. I always share my testimony. I just >> it's just I think that's the biggest Definitely get married, fall in love, have kids. >> It's good. It's good. >> I'll take your word for it. Other people saying the opposite. >> It's crazy. >> Say the opposite, too. But >> maybe I'm a hopeless romantic. At the end of the day, it's love. Love. And when it's love and and whether to white or your it's still >> true. I'd never give that up. Situations. I give up. loving the wrong person. I'd give up. [laughter] >> See, I think a lot of people would. I think a lot of people would. >> But I'll never give up. I'll never give up love. And then you see my dog that was in the car. That's unconditional love. So, >> I can I can say I probably like my dog more than I like some some people. >> Yeah. >> What kind of dog was that? >> It's a chichello. She So, I got her in Arizona. She's a hairless. So, she's a Chihuahua mixed with a hairless dog. So, she only has hair on her head and her paws and her, >> but that's cool. >> I've seen some people get like the hairless cats and everything like that. >> Yeah. >> I don't know. It freaks me out a little bit. I don't know. I would probably have to get used to it. >> But once you get used to it, you're okay. >> Hey, I had to get used to it, too. Do you have to put like is it he or she? >> She. >> Do you have to put sunscreen on her? >> I did. >> Really? >> Yeah. But I bought her summer dresses that kind of like >> And you can put dress [laughter] on. That's cool. That's cool. >> Yeah. I literally just took hers off. She had it on all day. Took it off. Put her in a car and drove out here. >> That's funny. She's such a good dog, too. >> That's good. >> Then we got a big bow. We have a a bully. >> What? A bully. >> Bully axel. >> Is that like a pit bull and a bull massive >> or just a bull massive? >> They I think they're a breed of their own. So the the breeder who breeds the dog we got >> Mhm. >> his dogs are normally like 15 to $20,000 fresh ranch. >> Well this one so his name is Scout and he has a over bite or bite one of them. It's either overbite for them or underbite. And because the breeder can't rebreed and he's trying to breed family dogs at this point versus guard dogs cuz he has two sets. Family versus guard. >> Mhm. >> And Yeah. >> How big? Cuz that dog sounds huge. How big is he >> right now? He's 130 lbs. >> It's big. It's big boy. >> Yeah, >> it's big boy. >> He's a great dog, too. I say he's probably the most car and loving dog. >> He's just a lof dog. Every single thing hurts me. Like he wants to hug >> jump up on you. >> And then he sees the little dog on my lap. So he wants to >> he's like, "Oh, lap dog." >> Doesn't work that way. Doesn't work that way. Yeah, I'm glad that you little one though just my dad because she's not good with other people at all. >> She's barely good with him. >> That's good. >> Like that dog is That dog has like one person. I'm that one person. >> She's good with him, too, though. She'll deal with it. Deal with them. She'll tolerate. [laughter] >> That's There's the word tolerate. >> She'll tolerate him. But for me, yeah. >> All I'm saying when it comes to marriages, it's just like you come to work every day. >> Yeah. To work every day. Work at home. >> Yeah. And I almost am a normal situation or am I not a normal situation? Like I don't even know how this works. >> So good. So, we're here. Wow. >> And then, do you guys drive me where I got to go? I got to call my husband. Somebody to come get me. >> Someone's going to come get you. >> Okay. I know. Officer, is that an officer's name that I drove in with? Who was that? >> Oh, that the car or >> Yeah, the offic he told me that I would get the information of where my car is being towed to and all of that one. >> Yeah, I I don't even remember what to company was. It was either Eagle, Eagle Auto Body, which is Church and 541, Pioneer, which is on Cherville or Me Village. I want to say it was Eagle at on Church Road. That's we passed the own way here. I'm pretty sure, >> but we'll we'll give you all that and everything before we get out of here. >> Okay. >> Now, do I go tonight to get the car or I have to wait till the morning? >> You're going to have Friday, >> you're going to have to wait till the morning and per John's law. So there's a John is um I guess you would say a case and you for like DUI stuff you have to wait 12 hours. So it's 12 hours from >> the stop the stop was probably at what 130 145. Yeah. 147 230. So like to be safe 300 p.m. >> Okay. I just didn't want to stay there cuz I know it's Friday. So then it'll be stuck the whole weekend. >> Yeah. again. So, the only thing is you're going to have to uh as long as your registration insurance and everything is valid, you're going to have to come to the station, get a tow release, >> and then just go to the toward with the release that ahead of time. >> Mhm. >> Okay. Cuz it has to be hours. >> Yeah. The 12 hour the or um >> case law for John's law. >> So, just 12 hours. >> You said the John's law. >> John's law. J law. Yep. I didn't know there was a law for that. >> Mhm. >> It's just like Megan's law. >> Yeah. >> The sex offender registration and stuff like that. This is John's law. Yeah, that's what that's >> And then there's there's Daniel's law, which is it's like the restrictions for like judges and stuff like that, like their personal info being on the internet and stuff like that. >> And I'm sure there's other ones, too. I'm just not aware. >> Yeah. That's pain. Sure. You don't want to hear Sorry. She thinks What kind of dog do you have? >> You said you got a dog at some point or you have now? >> Yeah, I got a So, he's a he's a mut. He's a at least from what the dog DNA thingy told us, he's a lab pit rot shepherd mix. >> Oh, he's a lunatic. I I want to say he's more he's got like a rotty colors and then he has like pimple allergies. Like we I had to put him on Adquilo. >> Mhm. >> And that's the only thing that's like taming his allergies >> really >> because if he doesn't like if I don't have him on Adquilo or anything like he will scratch himself. >> So my daughter's dog is on that. >> Yeah. >> But she's a Dalmatian but she's a >> I heard they have really bad like skin issues and stuff too. >> So she's a a brown Dalmatian though. So her spots are brown versus So they're called liver. It's a liver. >> Okay. >> But it's still white though with like brown spots. >> It's white with brown spots. >> Oh, okay. That's cool. That's cool. >> Totally seen those dogs. Those really cool though. Aren't they expensive, too? >> She's got two dogs. One's a Dalmatian. The other one is a German wire hair hunting dog. Awesome dog. They're getting older, but those are Yeah. >> Interesting. >> Yeah, she has them. Beautiful. >> That's cool. >> So, it's funny cuz I haven't seen them in almost a year. Like I said, I just I just flew back in from Cali. So, out there, I go out and the dogs come to the gate and they're barking. They're >> barking at you. Crazy. >> Like, who are you? And then as soon as they can smell me, they're just like >> grandma's here. >> That's funny. Sounds smells crazy. >> Yeah. >> He's He's a good boy, though. He's I want to say he's like 60 lb. He's not crazy big though. He's just fat. >> He's just the chunk. He's probably about big. >> Yeah. >> Is there? >> Yeah. >> Her dog both of her dogs put together probably would make my big dog. >> Yeah. [laughter] >> And he's he's just maybe he's about to be two. He'll be two next month in June. >> Bully XL. >> Yeah. >> I have to look that up. But the the little one that you guys seen tonight, she's 4 years old and she's only 2 lb and she runs heavy. >> I was going to say she probably bosses some around her. >> She absolutely does. >> Mhm. >> Absolutely does where with me and he's just he's just a love with me. >> Mhm. >> Soon as you >> just fall right on you. >> Yeah. And and again, I didn't know if it was because he was jealous of the little dog constantly being on, but he stays like that with me. >> He doesn't even act like that with his dad. He just doesn't I used to breed your I'm sorry. I'm just trying to keep my mind off of this. >> I used to breed York. >> Really? >> Yeah. >> How does one get into Yorkie breeding? The love of Yorkies. [laughter] >> Okay. >> The love of York. >> But you just buy two Yorkys and >> Yeah. >> Hey, >> they have to have great, you know, they got to come from a great pedigree. >> I guess you get like you sent all their DNA and stuff out to get a little report on them. when I did it, I used to work for I used to be a um a zookeeper assistant and they also I don't know if you're familiar how familiar you are with this area but >> um it was called it was a zoo. >> Where was it? >> Uh it was Jacksonville. What's the other town? It's like two towns on one road that connect. So, it was off of 206 and Jacksonville something road. Jacksonville. It's been years. I don't remember. >> It's shut down now. >> Still there. >> So, unfortunately, um, they've had multiple fires at the zoo. >> Yeah. >> Interesting. >> Right. So the first time and the second time, coincidentally, the fires were in the horse stables and they were racing horses. So the owner, >> they came that it was like an insurance type thing cuz he whatever. >> Now the third time when it caught fire, he was not around and the wife was around. They were probably about 25 year difference in age. and her and her family came from Broton Township and they had a home out there. Well, the the main house caught fire and he wasn't there, but she was there. Her mom and dad was there as well. And the main house was like a mansion in the middle of the zoo. It caught fire. The parents came out. She didn't realize her parents came out. She ran back in. She ended up dying. >> Right. And I didn't know this until like years after. Had I known cuz I was younger when I was there. Had I known, I would have absolutely went and paid my respects cuz that woman was definitely a core part in me growing with that. So when it came to that, there was it was also a pet store. So it was the zoo in the back, but in the front was a pet store. So they sold dogs and things like So I learned all about the breeds and then that's when I started breeding the Yorkies. >> So we were able to get we were able to choose like, okay, I need this dog that had five champions and the blood modeling and whatever. >> So that's what I did. I ordered the top of the top of the line dog. >> That's cool. >> The puppies, you know, whatever. But >> whatever you like doing, whatever my shy, >> but at the end of the day, I love my muts. >> Like my my You see the one I had in the car, she's a mix. So she doesn't have a pedigree because you can't when you're mix like that. But she's amazing. >> Yeah. >> So yeah, >> I always like when I got my dog, I was like it's like all right, you know, nothing will ever happen to him. Turns out he's got all these allergies. He's needs this, needs that. I'm like, "Dude, think you're supposed to be on mud." >> Yep. You forget all this, but yeah. Now you're on Now you're on meds. I'm like, "Jez." >> Yeah. >> But he's good. He's a good boy. >> Good. He's loyal, loving. >> Touch it all units for a flag out of 40 Florence Township for a gas. Good boy. To me, there's nothing better than my dog. She goes to work with me. >> That's cool. >> My mom loves her. Like, she just And with a parent with dementia, that's I don't even want to get into that because that makes me just as children don't exist. [laughter] But she loves adults. >> My daughter's socks, the ones I was telling you, normally they're like standoffish with her. >> Mhm. >> So again, and again, this is all this week. So everything in my mind just >> get married to watch it. You look young, your hands young, man. You'll be good. Do it all. Do it all. You're probably either my kids age or younger than them. That's what you [laughter] Yeah. >> Well, everyone tells me I have a baby face, you know. Yeah, you're right. You're right. I just can't grow any facial. >> It's okay. >> I can. It's just I can't I can but I can't. [laughter] So, you know, I'm just going to embrace my baby face. >> There you go. There you go. Don't listen to everybody. Your life experiences for you. Don't listen. You can hear that. Hear what they got to say. Always hear this knowledge >> from other people's experience. But your experience is your own. >> That's very true. So whatever you choose, just keep positive vibes. >> Positive vibes only. My dad loved what he did. You love it. Yeah. Cuz I know some people just do it because it's a job and I get it. It's a great job because Right. But do you love what you do? Is it your passion? Is it or do you enjoy something else? So my dad when he retired both my parents are ministers or ministers. So when I got married my my parents married me all that. Yeah. >> So that's what I'm saying. Like every you guys whatever. I'm here now. Um yeah both my parents are dating ministers. >> That's cool. That's a creepy show. So when he retired of this life, he went into still being in but he was the chapel or he's the chap. >> Yeah, >> that's awesome. >> My parents had a street ministry. They never had a church. So what they ended up doing was renting out four garages that were attached to each other. >> Mhm. >> And each garage stood for something. We'd have church or whatever the person would need in one, we had food in the other, and the other two was furniture. So anybody in the street that needed help just to get off their feet, that's what we did. >> And they're like, "Oh, that's nice." So we would bring them to the one and minister to them for whatever their needs may be and then literally went to the next one and the next one for whatever they needed and we owned a box truck. So if they needed to take it away, we load up the box >> and we bring it to them for their kids. So my dad was always the head of um well he still does it um for like when you're incarcerated to do the Christmas for the kids. >> Mhm. >> My dad would do all like his ministry would pay for that. >> Oh, that's cool. >> Yeah, >> that's awesome. So, those are things that are still so near and dear to my heart that it seems like every I just feel like I can't break away from my mom to do those things cuz I feel my mom hates me, right? >> Mhm. >> And I don't want her to go anytime soon by no means. Like, I wish I would go before her. You know what I mean? But whenever that may be, my passion will instantaneously [clears throat] turn into whoever's in the streets to give them. That's awesome. Good on you. >> Cuz that's my passion is helping people. >> That's good. Good on you. >> Very noble. >> Oh, thank you. But I only do because that's what I was >> Yeah, >> that's good. >> Yeah. >> Meet more people like that. >> I agree. >> Don't let the world fool you though. It's full of really good people. >> Oh, no. That I know. That I know. You know, just watching somebody do something for somebody that, you know, even if they say pay it forward or whatever the case may be, that just lights me up like Christmas tree. I look at people like that and I'm like, >> it's always good. >> It's always good. >> But I think you have to be aware of those things to see those things. So if you're positive thinking and mindset, then you'll see those things. But when it comes to the world that the media wants to feed us, it's a lot of negativity. So if you're ran by those things and you're constantly thinking of negative, you're not going to see the things that the people of the world actually do that are positive. >> And I just got told that like 6 billion 300,000 400 whatever. Yeah. [laughter] Just let me know what she says. I'm going to go uh different direction just in case she goes that route. >> You in the back. >> Yeah. Literally. Literally. This is Maverick or Mount Laurel where Cuz I see you guys, right? So 037. able to go to and you see a black Hyundai not just let me know. No, it's for district 37 registration going to be Charlie. You should be going east from 118. Um, he just keeps saying to me, go to the residence first. See if you can locate I'll uh request to the gym. >> I'm heading that bag. >> I have no idea. >> Can you take a peek? [laughter] >> Like I'm just I'm just as cur I'm just like I don't know what it is. contact that the JSP has a response to their Waw Wa. I believe it's the one off Oak Road. That's going to be for a wellbeing check of that subject we had at any time since you want to copy the registration Charlie 48. He had mentioned me going into a cell. I still have to go through all that. >> Again, I know how this I only go by what I see on TV and I'm like, this can't be real. Matthew. Yeah. >> Okay. >> He's finishing all the stuff now. >> Can I message my husband or I have to wait for all of it at least? >> Yeah. Just give us a second. >> Okay. Oh boy. >> Tired there. >> Always tired. >> Don't say that. You're always full of energy. Say that. >> I'm always tired. [laughter] number. >> What number they can call me at I'll be alive. Man, I can't wait to see it. All right. Take care. Sure. All your stuff is in there. She's there. >> We're going to need to stop it. >> What' you say? >> Need to stop. I think it's well nice. Um, if you want to come back to this table, I had got to get you to sign something. So, this is a um potential liability waiver. So, basically when when she's released, this is you um signing saying that you'll be responsible that she doesn't um drive a car again while she's obviously still intoxicated. You know what I mean? So, um you don't have to sign it. It's your choice. I mean, but >> Okay. So, yeah, like I said, it's um if you want to read through it all, more than welcome to. >> That's the gist of it. >> They're the same. >> Oh, they're the same. Yep. I just have to actually get you to sign both of them. >> Okay. So, um, do you have your license on you by chance? >> So, if you wanna if you want to skim through that or read it or do whatever you got to, I'm just going to fill out the one part right here with your license. >> My new address is >> Okay. Is that updated in the um with motor vehicles? It >> should be. Yes. Okay. >> Cuz my uh like my insurance and all that stuff is >> Okay. Say that one more time. It's >> And you So you said did you call the motor vehicles and commission and say this is my new address? >> No. >> Um you never did. >> No, but I know like through my Hagerty Insurance and then my public service bill and all that stuff still comes. >> When was the last time you lived here? Oh, maybe two years, maybe three. Not sure. >> Okay. So, what does that address in >> Morin? Okay. Good. Yep. Okay. I'll have you sign that same place and then >> central 3720 Morning fellow. I appreciate that. If you want to say um I'm just going to have to make copies this be right back with you. All right. >> Did you say to the hospital? >> Yes. >> And then the hospital released from there. >> So you're going to be released from police custody as soon as we turn you over to the hospital. >> Uh just based on the statements you made earlier, the state or the responses you provided, we have to take you over for a crisis evaluation. Uh if you decide to sign yourself out and they let you do that, that's completely fine. Um your husband is still up front in the waiting room, so we're going to let him know where you're going. He already signed for you, so you're going to be released from our custody at that point. Okay. Do you have any questions for me at this point? >> No. Okay. >> Will it be you or need to take in his residence? Officer Matthews going to take you over. >> Actually, I'll sign your property real quick before we get you out of here because you're not going to go in handcuffs anymore. You're released from custody. You're going in what we call protected custody. So, as long as you're compliant, you're not combative. You're not going back in handcuffs to go over here. So, let me have you come over here. You'll review this as all the property that you're getting back. >> So, you'll print your name, the address, and sign. So print sign. >> So she's really All right. >> Sounds like the other thing got complicated. >> All right. >> Did you want No, you guys already fine. >> Okay. You understand all that? So, this you can't hold on to. This is going to stay with the officer. He's going to turn it over to the hospital staff. We just don't allow personal property in the back of course. >> Uh, do you want to pull in the soundboard or just pull out? What's that? >> Did you pull out >> already? Okay. Um, you going to be cool? We'll get the show on the road and then we'll get you over there. Talk to somebody. Okay. >> Okay. Whenever you're ready, right? >> Right. I have this the middle of the property here. Right. Did we get a booking photo? >> No. Camera was not turning on. >> You got to unplug the cable. [clears throat] >> Just come over here for a second. I'm sorry. I said one other thing we didn't do. >> Mhm. >> You just have to unplug this cable. >> What your right? >> Okay. All right, you guys can go. This used to be connected to the old system when we had the green screen in New World. You took the photo from the computer and it was automatically linked. Now it's just a charging cable because the new system isn't tied to the camera. So, we have to do it manually. >> I've never had it plugged up. >> You probably used to use this one off the live and now I know. All right. All right. All right, let's see. Where are you at? >> Yeah. >> Put together stand by yourself. big ass over here. If you want to slide in from this side, it's fine. >> Are you on live? >> Just have to go across to the page. Oh, I'm sorry. Hold on. Stay back. Out here. I'm just going to pull that up. >> That's fine. >> Watch your hand. I just washed this car yesterday, too. >> Can you take mine to wash? >> Your camera's still on from before? >> No, I just I just turned on >> Yeah. Oh, is that property receipt? >> Yeah. >> Oh, that's right. >> You want or do you want the uh security guard sign that too? >> No, she got she's not in custody anymore. So, she signed for it, turned over to her. We're holding her for the purpose of >> Yeah. >> So, she's not in she's in protective custody. She's not in arrest. So, she signed for the property that's going to get turned over to the hospital. That's their procedure. Has nothing to do with us. >> I was heard from one of them, too. Is that it? 187. anything close. >> You can tell her she can go home as we have happened with the resident. Uh >> um you can respond there. >> If you want this to have them confirm the property, but she's the one that's receiving it and they're taking that. >> So doing the questionire says do you want to hurt yourself? She says yes. PTSD. >> Yeah. I'm just trying to recont Hi sir. >> So she's released from police custody at this point. She's just in what we call protective custody. She's going over to the hospital. So if you want to meet her at Virtual Hospital in Marlton, she's going to go into the emergency room. Once she's turned over to hospital staff, there's no more law enforcement involvement. And then what happens there happens there. If she decides to sign her out herself out and doesn't want to be there, that's fine. Um but there's officially she's done with police contact. has the information >> today. >> Correct. Do you know where that is? Are you familiar with the area? >> No, but I'll find it. It's in Mahali. >> No, in Marlton. Do you know where the Provenat is? Like the shopping center by the Apple store? >> I live down the street. >> The hospital across the street. >> Understood. >> All right. Right off of 73. It's an address. The street address is on Brick Road, but it's the hospital at 73. And >> I know exactly where it is. >> All right. So, you go in the walk-in entrance for the emergency room like you were there to be seen as a patient yourself. Let them know that she came in by police car, and then they'll make arrangements to get you back there if they can. >> Understood. >> All right. Do you have any questions for me? >> I explain to her just in case she forgets because she's got a lot going on tonight. Obviously, the car is held for 12 hours under what we call John's law. >> So, anytime after, I believe it's 2 in the afternoon, she can come in here, get the paperwork to get her vehicle back. I'd recommend that we prioritize that only because if she doesn't get it tomorrow, she'll have to wait till Tuesday because of the holiday weekend. >> If she doesn't get it today, you mean? >> Correct. Yeah. So, after 2 p.m. today, Friday. Understood. >> So, I would, like I said, just keep it on the radar, something to focus on. That way, you can avoid extra fees for them holding the vehicle. >> Understood. >> All right. Two days later. >> Hi, how are you? Please come in. Sure. >> What do you got today? >> These are the prescriptions that they have a pill. Remember you told me the other day if I bring the pill? >> Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. Uh-huh. >> So, those are the two that are actually in the >> Okay. I'm going to take a couple quick pictures of it. Okay. >> Absolutely. >> And these are the the prescription pills that they have uh in the Okay. >> When you bring the the um brass pill. >> Sure. >> We can look at the pill so you can see that. >> Oh, I Well, it's it's in evidence right now. >> Oh, okay. Okay.
