So, I'm not sure. He was very upset because our flights have been cancelled. >> Supposed to be in Buffalo yesterday. >> Well, if he broke something, he's going to be in trouble. >> Well, I know. I told him that. And he probably broke I don't know whatever that metal will come with you. I don't know what I'm supposed to do. >> He's not violent. He's very upset because we were just sitting and we don't understand why he was. >> Okay, we'll just stay right here. >> Did you open the door? >> Was coming off the aircraft. He was opening up all the bins. >> Uhhuh. He started screaming on the aircraft. Once he got off, he was still screaming. >> Was this an inbound? >> No, he's going he was going out >> and >> Oh, yeah. Well, statements from whoever saw him off right now in [ __ ] Buffalo that I'm supposed to be >> yesterday, but the airline cancelled our [ __ ] tickets because the the um the ground crew [ __ ] up the plane. And so we had to stay in Atlanta overnight. Then we had to come to we had to come to Tampa and stay overnight in Tampa. Then we have to go and I had a couple [ __ ] drinks. I didn't have enough to be an [ __ ] >> Okay. >> I I assume. >> So this is just a layover for you. Okay. >> So, I am not going to sit down. >> Okay, that's fine. We'll leave it at that for now. That's fine. That's fine. So, >> I just don't know why I came. I don't know what happened. And you were laid over in Atlanta and you stayed the night in Atlanta. >> Yes. >> And then you were laid over in Tampa another night. >> Yes. >> And then you were trying to get out to Buffalo today. >> Yes. On this plane that they're boarding. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> And and I I met a guy out at the [ __ ] cigarette station and we came over here. We had a couple [ __ ] drinks. So, we we you know, and then we talked to each other and then we came over here, we had a drink or two and we're getting on the same plane. >> Okay. >> And then I get on the plane and I'm talking to another person and then all of a sudden somebody's telling me I have to get off the plane because >> I'm intoxicated. >> Oh, that's what they're saying. >> That's what they told you. >> That's my assumption. Did they Did they actually tell you why? >> Well, be No, they never told me why. >> They never told you why. Okay. >> No, they just told me I needed to get off the plane. >> Okay. Okay. >> So, yes, I was a little upset about that, but I didn't fight it. I just said, "Okay, I'm not supposed to be on the plane." I >> So, you walked off on >> Dude, I'm [ __ ] I was supposed to be in Buffalo two days ago, and >> you [snorts] walked off the plane on your own. >> Please, sir. Can we just get on? >> No, we're trying to sort it out. We are. Bear with us. We're trying to sort it out. I just want to understand I got another guy over there who's talking to >> ill with you. >> I don't have any for you either. >> No. No. [laughter] Not for you. Not for anybody. Not for the plane. >> Stand back a little bit. Don't walk up on me. Just back up right there. That's fine. >> No. Sorry. >> No. No. You don't >> I don't have any for you. >> No. No. Not for you. Not for anybody. Not for the plane. Not for nothing. I know. >> I'm sorry. That's fine. >> Go that far. Just don't come up on me. That's >> I understand. I understand. >> All right. >> It's going to be at least criminal mischief and disorderly. >> Okay. >> So, >> wait. What was it? How much? >> Oh, it's going to I guarantee it's going to be over a thousand. >> Wait, wait, wait. >> Yeah, you rip the handrail. Hang on. Let me talk just so you can hear. Cuz you ripped you ripped the handrails off down there. >> Yes, I did. >> Okay, that cost money. >> Okay. Can I get a ticket for that and then still move on with my travels? >> No, you lost that opportunity when you lost your temper. >> So, I have to be arrested. >> Well, I'm going to do for right now. Just go ahead and put your hands around the back right now. >> Sean, just like we put these on, we can take them off if we deem that okay necessary. Okay. Just stay calm and it makes this process a little easier. Can >> you don't need to >> You don't need to hurt your >> I don't want to pinch your skin. >> It hurts your shoulders. >> And that's why we're doing what we're doing. >> If we wrench it as two, it hurts your shoulders. >> So there's no way I'm catching the flight. There's only catching the flight. >> So can you can somebody go back and get my fiance? >> I'm dealing with her. She's right there. just sitting over there. So, I will inform her of everything that's going on. >> She's nice. >> Do you have Do you have check bags in the middle of the bathroom? >> There is one checked bag. It's under her name. I >> think so. >> Yes. >> And this is going straight to >> here. Let me give this back to you. >> Okay. No, you got >> I didn't get any of his info. Did you get his number and everything? >> Okay. >> Oh, so he's not a local guy. >> No, that's another reason why I can't. >> Yep. Do you have your ID? >> What? >> You have your ID on you? >> Yes. >> Okay. Let me get your ID. Figure it down talking to him. Um, let me go ahead and get contact number for him where he's going to go. >> Okay. So, how do I I >> What do I do? Can I get a ride there? >> Once >> once he goes down there, >> give him some time. He'll be able to call you. >> Okay. >> So when he calls you, then you can he'll tell you where to go and what to do. Okay. >> I'm calling right here. Right here. What does it mean? >> I just want to >> So um you you already explained to her how it's going to happen. >> Yeah. What's going on? I was I was explaining to her how to, you know, get a hold of him after. Okay. >> So, it'll be quick and painless. We'll get them over there, get processed, and then come right back out. Okay. >> November. >> You'll get processed, come back out, and then we have to find another [ __ ] flight to go back to Buffalo. >> So, you can meet us down two days for that. >> I can meet you down >> down at the jail. >> Yeah. It can take a while sometimes. Depends on how heavy they booked they are. If they got a lot of activity, it can take down the jail where >> he's going to give you the address. >> Can Can she follow us? I I have >> to a point to a Can she follow us to a point? >> You don't have a car here, right? >> So, he'll give you the address. You can Uber over there. >> Yeah. >> We're going to a whole different location. We have to go to a process. >> So, he was not he was talking to our neighbor. I don't what I I am so confused. I don't know. Okay. So, nothing happened to this door. So, it was the other door. >> Yeah. Let's go down here. That's right. >> That's not going to be me. That's going to be systems. >> That bar right there? >> Yep. >> That's all systems. >> All right. So, you going to have systems in route? >> Yep. We're going to have to call him. >> Okay. But how much do you think off top of your head? >> I can't give an estimate. >> Yeah. >> $5,000 >> center control. It's going to be a lot. >> It is. >> Anything out here is a lot. No matter what it is. >> Like it's not like he ripped the bolts out. No, he broke the wheelch. >> Don't forget to write at the part where he opened up all the bins when he was walking out. >> So, just go off of your memory. >> Oh, sorry. >> Yeah. >> Cuz I don't want to split y'all up like school children. You older than me and I I'm like, man, I thought you was a kid. >> She looks I'm like, no, I'm not 75. I was born in 80. Unless it's the new uh is that the new >> Oh my god. >> I No, I put my >> 2025. [laughter] >> I got you. How many times do you have somebody from Frontier into this situation? [snorts] >> I don't know honestly. Yeah. >> Versus other other airlines. >> I don't know the answer to be honest with you. I don't know. >> It It doesn't happen all the time with any airline, but I can sense your frustration. >> I was just tired and sick of it, man. >> Like, and they're not helping us out. They're just like, "Well, figure it the [ __ ] out for yourself." >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I I'm sorry. I know you're frustrated. I get it. I totally get it, brother. I'm sorry about that. >> We'll go right here to the right. >> So, we'll send her over there. Once you're processed, she can start arranging to get you. Can you guys help me out at all? >> We're going to do this as quick as possible. >> No, no, not not quick as possible, but the least ticket as possible because I never I never hurt nobody. I never front nobody. Listen, this is part of what's going to happen to you. You're going to go down, get processed. You're going to get a return date. Once the rec return date comes, they're going to issue you an attorney. The attorney is going to call the state attorney's office. She's probably going to make an arrangement on to pay for whatever damages you make. Once you get you pay for the damages you make, it's probably going to be no pro. >> Oh, so I can possibly still leave here today. >> Well, >> well, no, no. Well, he's he's he's basically giving you an expectation of how the legal process works. >> Yeah. Yeah. I know. >> Well, you you you are going to probably leave today depending if you I don't know your background. I don't know if you want it anywhere else. I don't know if you have any I have nothing. >> Have you ever been arrested before? >> Yeah, but everything has been convicted in in charge. >> So, go ahead. We'll turn this. >> So, there's there's nothing for for me very this is the perfect scenario. You have nothing pending. You're going to go down there. You're going to get bonded out. You get bonded out. And then from there on in, you're going to get a court date to either come back or make a phone call. You get an attorney, you make arrangements, you pay, and you partner out to see Tamber again. >> That's how you >> So basically, I'll be let out tonight. >> What time is it? Very likely. Very likely. >> Very like or very early in the morning. Maybe >> like after midnight or something, depending on how busy >> depending how busy that you be. >> Can you guys to expedite me? We don't have any say of that or control over that, but I wish I did, but we don't. >> First, >> that was close. >> That was right [ __ ] there. No, I I saw it. >> That was right there. >> Sean, you didn't move. We all jumped. >> You stood still like a pole. >> That's pretty good. Where you from? >> I'm from But I alley, right? >> I grew up in New York. >> You're going to get there. You're going to get you might have to buy another airline if they don't fly every day. >> I don't understand. Okay. I was mad about Yeah, I parked the [ __ ] thing that was already broken. I understand that. I should owe a couple hundred fine. I don't understand why I'm being arrested. >> Sean, have a seat for me and I'll explain that to you. Okay. >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> Cuffs. >> Listen. Hold on. One is mine. >> Sit first. >> Sit first. >> Yeah. Take your time. Take your time. >> You don't have to hurry. >> And listen to me. If you need to sit sideways, sit sideways cuz I know it's not comfortable. So, whatever makes you comfortable, get that way. >> I'm good. >> Okay. >> I'm good. Um, wait. Hold on. >> Yep. >> Can you loosen my left hand? >> Okay. Can you put it out this way? There we go. >> Just a little bit. >> Just one notch. >> This one right here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> One notch would be great. I'm going to loosen it one notch. But what happened was it twisted a little bit around your wrist is what happened. It twisted. >> Yeah, it twisted this way before so I can get you down to to the jail house if >> Can somebody take the phone number of my fianc figure out how to pick me up? Okay. >> Yeah, he's up. He's the officer up there is actually coordinated with her to get her. He's going to give her directions, the address, everything. She's going to be over there. She's going to meet you over there. >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. You're welcome. >> Bring his back. >> He's bringing it down now. >> I'm going to leave this door open without being offering it to us cuz he's a big guy and even me sitting back there. >> Anybody a cigarette? >> No, that we can't do that. can't do just like we can't give you anything you drink right now. No, that's fine. That's fine. I'm just waiting on the other police officers to bring your ID and then we're going to go so that you're not in this unconsc. Thank you for watching.
