Knock it off. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I am. >> No. Because I am not. >> Stop pulling away. >> Stop resisting. Put your hands back. Put your hand behind your back. >> Stop resisting. [ __ ] >> [ __ ] Stop resisting because never been arrested before. What? >> That's what I'm resisting. >> You're walking her wrist. >> I'm resisting because I've never been arrested before. >> You're physically resisting? >> I am. >> Because I never. >> All right. Right now, you're under arrest for driving and operating motor vehicle intoxicated and resisting arrest. >> Two two points. Two points. >> Ma'am, >> two. You want to search her? >> Really? Here's here's the thing. You asked me. >> All right. I know a couple people have already asked you. Can you guys just kind of describe what you saw? >> Yeah. So, first I I went in front of him cuz we were both coming home and I and I saw him and I went in front of him. Okay. >> And then um then I saw her hitting the curb going in the middle of the lane. I was like, "What the fuck?" So, I called him. I was like, "Dude, are you seeing this lady in front of me? She's going crazy." And he's like, "Oh, I'm going to report this." So, he went in front of me, called it in. Um and then we kind of like followed for a little bit in another car. They left, but we kind of blocked off the road and followed her for a little while. >> Um and then eventually I was like, "This is going to hurt somebody." So, I got up right next to her. I rolled down my window and I started screaming. I was like, "Listen, pull over. I'll give you a ride. Pull over. And she did. She did pull over. >> Um, and then I just came up and I just started talking to her cuz I figured you guys were on the way. >> I just started talking to her, started asking her what she was doing. And, you know, she was out at the bar. So, I was like, >> I had too much to drink. And she's really worried that I was going to hurt her or something. >> Okay. >> But, um, I just kept talking and yeah, the guys pulled up and she's like, "Fuck you. You're so nice, but [ __ ] you." >> Yeah. >> You didn't see anybody else in the car? She was obviously the driver of the car. >> She was the only one. And based on your interaction to do, do you believe that she's intoxicated? >> She's definitely drunk. >> 100% just came from. >> I didn't even see her because once again, he was the one who was in front at first. >> So I said, "All right, I'm going to call this in." >> No, perfect. Can somebody get your IDs from me by chance? >> Yeah, we want to see it again. >> Perfect. No, as long as we got it, that's all good. All right, >> [ __ ] >> All right, back. >> Yep, I will. Absolutely. >> Yeah. Wow, bud. >> How am I supposed to sit there? What? >> [ __ ] you. >> This hurts, by the way. >> It's not supposed to be comfortable. >> Yeah, I know. >> Your [ __ ] ass. Oh my god. My [ __ ] ass. Oh my god. >> Fuse testing can be used against you in court. >> Yes. >> If you take all the requests test, you may tr take further tests. You may take alternative test. Just let me go home. Come on. >> Why the [ __ ] at your expense? >> No one was injured for this. >> Look at me. No one was injured. That's [ __ ] That's [ __ ] >> RESULTS OR from refusing God service or disqualified. In addition, you're offering pro. >> Oh my god. You're Oh, TO GET ME control substances in your blood. Will you submit to an evidentary chemical test for your breath? >> Absolutely. >> Okay. >> OKAY. OH MY GOD. YOU'RE such an ass. That's [ __ ] Really? There's 20ome people here. Are >> your [ __ ] >> Linda? >> What? >> Can we park your car for you? >> No. >> Okay, >> sounds good. >> What do you want? Say it again. >> I want to park your car. >> The last 46. >> No. >> The woman. Say it again. >> OH, [ __ ] A. It's a bunch of [ __ ] >> It's a [ __ ] [ __ ] Look at me. That's [ __ ] Yeah, that's Oh my god. HOW MANY PEOPLE are here? Oh my god. That's [ __ ] Oh my god. Oh my god. Okay. Okay. She's a little up. >> Oh, very. Yeah. She's a little spicy, too. >> Yeah. Little spicy. All right, come on over. I'm just going to hold on you just in case you were to fall or something like that, you can't catch yourself. So, take a nice deep breath in. Good. Take a nice deep breath in. Form nice tight silver on straw and blow out. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Good. All right. All right. You go take a seat for a couple more minutes. Okay. And then we'll do it one more time. Okay. We come back. No. You got to do that one more time, >> Kyle. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Just like before, take a deep breath in, form a nice tight seal, and blow up. >> Okay. Whenever you're ready. Keep going. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. All right. >> Yeah. I'm so over the limit. I get it. I get it. Linda, I'm just going to go through I'm going to go through this test that you just did with you. Okay. Yeah. >> It may or may not make sense to you, but I'll explain it as best as I can. Okay. >> Y Thank you. >> Okay. So, the system there just did a diagnostic test to start out this entire test. Okay. And pass the diagnostic test. >> Yeah. >> What it what it does after that is take a sample of the ambient air around it. Make sure there's no alcohol in the system whatsoever. >> Pass that. That shows that the blank check was zero, meaning there's no alcohol in the system. This was your first breath. It's a 0.201. Okay. Does another blank check. Clears everything out of the system. Make sure there's no alcohol left in the system. Does an internal check itself. It's dry gas target. There's a gas chamber on the inside. Make sure basically it goal is to get that 0.08 because the the legal limit in Wisconsin and most states in the United States is 08. >> It is accurate up to a 05 range is within that range. So it passed that. Does another blank check clears everything over that? >> Oh, it passed that because I was at 0.08 0.02. >> No, that was your that was your that was your breath. The what I'm talking about when it passes the the check itself on the internal >> Yeah. is it has a dry gas in the inside. Basically, it tests that gas to make sure that is in that 0.05 range of 08, which is where it was at. Okay. It's doing an internal test to make sure that is accurately testing your samples. So, your sample was a 2. It was testing to make sure that it was accurately checking your sample. >> So, it did. It passed its own internal check. It was not had nothing to do with your sample. Okay? It clears that out of the system, does another blank check, make sure there's no alcohol left in the system, and passes that right there. Your second breath is a 0.1 95. Okay, so that is your second breath. Again, it clears everything out of the system, takes everything out, does a diagnostic test at the end to make sure all the system is working correctly. There are so many fail safes in there where if it was not working, it would not allow me to continue or it would not allow the test to continue. Okay, so what it does at the end is it takes your lowest breath, which is.15. It chops off the last number and the reported value is a 0.19. So right now your blood alcohol concentration or breath alcohol concentration is at at 0.19. So you're about a little over two times legal in that right now. That's that's where you're at. Okay. So that is >> one and how is.19.19 is above 08. >> 8 + 8 is 16. >> Yes. But you are at a 0.19. So you're slightly over double the equal. Okay. So, this is your copy. You're going to have this copy when you leave this. Okay. >> Linda was charged with operating while intoxicated, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration over 0.15, and resisting/obstructing an officer. On March 31st, 2025, she entered not guilty please to all charges. However, this case is still open. This video is based on police reports and court records.
