this time she's been harassing me I came up I was going to my room she was coming to the elevator she was like you want to fight you want to fight you she was being if you watch the camera is what I'm telling yall to do y'all will see all of this cuz I wouldn't tell y to check the camera if I wasck to see if's any yeah the thing is like do you see cameras up here cuz I don't I don't see any cameras at all they typically don't have them I mean I'm looking I see there's nothing this is a camera for sure that's a smoke detector yeah so listen we still need to figure out went down so what as far as we'll get full size story but what's your name address you're still no I I live in Michigan but I'm like hotel now because I what's your address what's your address in Michigan oh you're still looking is in the room with you no just me you're standing here by yourself uhhuh and your family lives where my family lives in Cleveland but I'm I think this is like I don't know what part of I got you I got you be here for a second are both these suitcases yours the one on the bed and the black one here the one is hers which one's and then the other one is mine I going to go downstairs and talk to the housekeepers that witness this or the staff that did um I heard what she said happened what is she saying happened she's saying that this was just over an argument that started online um over time uh it just but I mean how did how did today start like how did you guys come together and happen to see each other in the hallway I walked past in the front L walk from the gas station we just made on contact we were surprised to see each other here I went back in my room packed all my stuff left back out when I was leaving out she was right by the elevator walked up to my face said what's the beef what's the beef for me and I was like you already know the be was talking [ __ ] to my son just the third that's he tried like run up on me and I saw him and it was just so she starts approaching you yeah and you punch her is that right yeah like she and which suitcase in that room is yours he got it I know okay there's two in there the big black one I keep asking her and and all she's saying is that one of them is yours nobody's telling me which is which so how did the black one end up in her room she put it in there she took it yeah all right you guys hang tight I'm going to go downstairs and find the staff member the witnesses she's got a 99 she sou L local only or no it's pick up okay what's that about something stupid sh Walmart was just just about to ask Walmart but I didn't want to make assumptions every time it's South equal it's Walmart all right she says that one of these suitcases is hers I'm not sure which but um I see scratches I also see her thumbnails off and she's also claiming her her face is got scratch I was trying to grab her to let me go let me see your hands on turn them around so we lost some Nails yeah CU I wasar her to let me go all right uh y'all can rewind the camera though y I got you I want to go check on that but I have to get my camera anyway I was going to go downstairs to try to talk to the can ieper my friend you can call whoever you want yeah where's your camera I lit witness in speak English so right we're translate her translate to us they the police um it should it's it shouldn't be in its case I don't think it made it back there because I still going through stuff from my last NBA so just grab it should be a black so I understand because I went in there for a little bit but she's saying she told you that she came up here and started it they she's saying they literally just saw each other come off the elevator going to and from just you said you ran into each other she was coming to the elev instead of going in the elevator she stopped and say do you want to fight it's that all so she just initiated and punched me in my face so that was the first action her punching okay all right I'll be back in a minute officer when I told them that the police was coming the girl who you all was searching outside when she heard the Poli was coming she walked all the way to the end of the hall I don't know if she dropped something off there but all the way down at the end as soon as said the police is coming she took her bag she walked all the way to the end of that Hall MH and then she came back you're still fighting thanks did you see any did you see any of the the altercation no what happened I'm Reverend Harris I'm I'm here 3 days a week uh Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and so what happened was I know Tina and she's a bad high blood pressure so the other girl came down and told her they're fighting Ukrainian girls and so I told Tina don't go up there I said you said you call the police don't you go up there so she went up there anyway so me and Vic the guy who works here we went to see how Tina was doing and as we went to see Tina the the young girl who the police officer was questioning first she was knocking on the door saying come on open up the door we need to talk right so when you say she went down the hallway do you mean like to the long long end or were the shorter end no she went the long end so in other words she went all the way down going to go back and check that because this is the first we're hearing but was there anybody up there in the hallway that saw when this started those Ukrainian women because they told the Ukrainian women they can't speak one word of English they came down they say is there any way you could get whichever woman that was she's still in the building here yeah both of okay could you have them come down here I'm going to come back in a minute and then hopefully we can try to get through the language to figure out what happened cuz cuz of whole thing offic right cuz what we've got right now is we got one girl saying one thing and the other girl saying the exact opposite and we got no way to know got you and but in the end the GM wants both them out here yeah we'll get them no nobody nobody staying trust me nobody staying but but if someone's going to get charged with assault we got to figure out we can't we're going to charge everybody nobody or if we have a witness we can charge the person that deserves is there a gun in the building well that's what I'm see I'm just hearing the first this one go back up and check it right now got hey re do you know if she made it all the way through the doors at the end of the hallway you know what I watched her and she went all the way to the very very end off so I kept my eyes on her and I saw her go all the way as far as to the wall cuz it comes up the doors come up to the the stairs right here oh really this is the long hallway they come right up here I mean I don't I'm not seeing anything but well then she walk that's I was wondering if she went through the exit doors of the hallway I didn't see her go through the exit but I did see her go all the way to the very soon as I said the police is coming she had a bag on her shoulder and she walked all the way to the very end and came all the way back with her bag with her bag okay with her bag she walked all soon as she heard the police is coming she walked all the way to the end and the thing is she was trying to get that girl to open that door of course me and Vic I said where's Tina Tina had taken the elevator down Tina's the registration is so open which door um uh the open okay so here's it the girl who was outside soon as me and Vic got upstairs she was knocking on the door the shorter heavier one or the the one who was outside who your partners took her to the end of the hall okay that's the shorter heavier one yeah so she was knocking on the door telling the woman open the door we need to talk this is crazy and the woman said no I said the police is coming she took her bag she walked all the way to the end she came back the one knocking or the one in the room the one who was knocking the one in the room never opened that door until y came got it got it she never opened that door because I didn't know where Tina was and I told Tina at the beginning don't go up there I said don't get in the middle of no fight right I said call the police so anyway me and Vic by the way Vic is Ukrainian mhm he speaks a little Ukrainian cuz I talked to him and I said sry I said to him how do you know Ukrainian he's some Ukrainian and he saids I can't speak well because it's been 25 years he was talking with the two Ukrainian women the two blonde ladies they can't speak one word of English but they came downstairs telling Tina yeah so they s yeah all the fingerna yeah the fingernails and the hair and the shoes exactly yeah right had I hi hi English no no how are we going to do this how do you normally communicate with them okay go ahead can can you explain to him what happened I just want to know who started it if they saw who if they saw who started it or that that might [Music] work we didn't see what it was like we were driving driving the the Cs and saw that there were two of them fighting and we here in the room we were afraid soar they were already fighting when they first saw them when y'all first saw them they were already fighting each other [Music] we saw that it was near number 226 let me see press that just ask her who started can you show can you show him what they were doing each one of them I don't I know that they're I just need to know if they if they know who started it so do you know which one had started it or did you see who hit who first that's I fig is there anyone that has access to that video cam that camera that's in the corner of the hallway up there umk is he know what so crazy if they had text me when a fight but my phone was back there and we could have seen it on the camera up here is there a way I can see the camera real quick I can show you the the the image but I don't know no you have to go to the end go to re but I can call my gym and see let's see because someone's going to jail and I get to figure out who if I can't figure out who everybody's going to jail I and honestly I my sense of it is they both need to go to jail cuz now should have access to the camera so you come look right here okay I think when she when they had text me I if I would have looked right here I would have see cuz you can see both of oh my gosh right here but no it'll be they when you go to The Camin room it'll be better okay cuz you will actually be able to see cuz her right here and then see I see where we're at I just and you're saying there isn't anybody right here that can show me that can roll that back and show me I'm I'm trying to have her call the other GM over there to see so we want this yeah we with those officers standing number [Music] 15 1253 radio what was time of call 1042 thank you so we got the call at 10:42 so I'm sure it probably happened like a minute or two before that yeah I think the cameras are off 20 minutes um let's see that thing there says 11:04 and I got 11:38 so maybe it's 34 minutes I don't know not that yeah so it's behind so you'd have to go to like around [Music] 10:00 oh there's the hair already on the floor so the fight already started no hair hair all right oh there we go oh rewind that part again that's the start of it right there these poor Ukrainian women were scared out of their minds I don't know exactly what they were telling me but they were animated I know oh poor ladies and one's really one's awesome oh they both they look like someone just went ding ding ding and they both just started just that wasn't very long oh round two yeah I think after I see the end here I'll if you can just take it back to the beginning one last time let's I I'll finish with this way though oh wait did you rewind it some no it skips like that if there's no movement sometimes it's I got you and it just oh cuz went into the elevator you couldn't see that's the elevator right there yeah one's across from the elevator I'm surprised she can't that a different housekeeper yeah say I'm surprised they cuz they told me they hi yeah they went around the corner and she's coming up [Music] see if there's one more round or not s say when we came up here the hair was out on the floor that word is there mhm I was surprised to see her pick it up and that's our maintenance guy so they may have called him to see what was going on this B on the elevator there's the Reverend y hi Mr Harris how you doing he said he saw that short one walked down the hallway but he didn't know if she was going to dump cuz he's like the police are coming so she started walking that way but eventually she came back cuz she was up here when we oh there's all of us all right can we just go back to the beginning of it then one more time what's the prognosis of getting a copy of this yeah on this clock yeah are we capable getting copies of this like today or it doesn't have to be today but you drop off a flash dve I can get it okay just I'll give you my number and let me know I mean I'm seeing them both just they it's like someone hit the Bell yeah I think both are just as guilty as each other I agree probably round one's one or round two is the other yeah all righty um I might I might they might have a flash drive in one of their cars that's out here right now I can find out are you going to be around here for a while or I'll be around for M lucky you I appreciate you coming in yeah I almost I'd be lost unless I went outside [Music] I'm going to be able to watch the video here shortly but we we kind of taken the prosecutor give on both sides of the store and guys B and come back to the jail we B we Sol you can't solve this situation here like you know what I mean the court has to solve this situation we just documenting information the evidence that we have both people are claiming physical harm I understand your side of the I'm not saying so y watch I did watch the video I watched the video and literally what I watched it over three four times in a row and every single time it looks like somebody just hit the Bell Ding and both you guys start fighting so I there's no audio I don't know what was said but all I know I can tell by the physical actions you open the door you guys are in each other's faces and then all of a sudden bam just like that fists are flying on both of you there was round one round two and round three your story your story your story going well your story is going go into evidence that the injuries you hent is going to go in the report okay the text message Tess what you you can call from there we're not call we're not calling them up here but and I'm going to ask you to put your phone in your purse right now here's the other thing we got to talk about okay is that once you get back to the jail we have to go through all of this stuff if you bring this is a my right now even weed even weed so that'sit charge you need help there no I'll come out with you anyways both females are in custody for assault prob that a little here I'll I'll let you so after we get back photograph or fingerprints then after that we contact the judge for this supervisor right here contact the judge a cash B amount [Music] hey D you fair grabbing I lifting this whole thing by myself hurting my back dude like [ __ ] bowling balls in here man I'm sorry back now I'll follow you back I'm going to let them know I'm going you have a flash drive in here I do um I don't want I don't want that I don't know what other shits do man just put that just mark it and put it for no charges through the evidence pass through lockers they do whatever with it and this is blank uh yeah there was okay 129 both women were charged with assault and trespassed from the hotel property share your thoughts with us in the comments below thanks for watching in and remember to like And subscribe for more content like this
