We all love Delta Airlines for its quality service and below market airline pricing. But what happens when one passenger loves Delta Airlines so much that they refuse to leave Delta Airlines? On March 19th, 2024, the Atlanta Police Department was called to the scene at the airport for reports of that passenger. >> What's going on? >> I literally just left a lady >> Where are you going on your plane? >> In from New York. >> You don't remember everything that's been going on? You're the right person for it. >> I literally just left a lady there >> Let me tell you what's going on. So, she basically was having a I guess she was having a a disturbance on board. I'm guessing she was cursing at the person that was next to her, calling her a [ __ ] X, Y, Z, um being disrespectful to people. People have been hearing it and she was trying to threaten the girl. So, now you know, the crew >> Everybody else did not want her on board, does not feel comfortable. >> She she ain't coming off. She She won't She won't We can play in the entire aircraft. If I don't come off, I'll tell her that I'll be forced off so I might arrest her. Tell her I'll put her on the no-fly list. Y'all know that ain't going to work. She ain't trying to handle that. >> What part of the plane is she? >> 34C. >> That's way back there. >> I was chilling there so like I I sat next to her and had a conversation with her. >> She still ain't trying to come off? >> She She ain't trying to come off. So, um you might have to board on the plane. >> Yeah. >> And then um and then you can leave the whole aircraft get everybody off and you find a seat or if she comes off with everybody, then we'll we'll put her on the side. >> You know who she is? You got her information? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> So, do y'all Do y'all even need her to go back up here or should I just take her on out? >> No, if she is willing to come off the aircraft by this morning time >> Okay. >> All right? We could do our our part. >> So, you're willing to rebook her? >> No, not for now. >> [laughter] >> I don't know what happened because >> So, you got to rebook her for a flight Well, you might have to refund So we did So I do need to take her up here instead of just taking her own out and see if we can figure it out That's That's what I'm saying. >> That's fine. >> Okay. No. We don't go on planes. No. I mean, is it Let me ask you a question. So I mean, is it one of them situations where you you can just keep everybody here or y'all just want them to go all the way out? >> Yeah, but that's a lot of people to keep right here. >> All right, we'll just take them on out there. We'll Once she's actually we just going to take her out. So y'all don't need to talk to her or nothing. Just take her out, okay. Perfect. >> [clears throat] >> She being refunded or just what? Okay. This is the second one that refused to get off our airplane. And the other one had to be deboarded, too. That's another problem. Man, man, that's our problem, man. She did it. >> All right, he's talking to the captain. Yes, sir. >> [music] >> No. But when I got on board, she did tell the young lady like and she was like and everything. I'm like, "Hold on, there's kids around here." >> Hope I don't have to >> Hey, how are you? >> Hope I don't have to lock her ass up, man. >> How you doing? >> Hey, I'm I've been good. How about you? >> You're the man. >> So good. You? >> Every time I see you >> You all right? It's always something. Yeah. >> Last time I saw you the black sheet of the door. >> Mhm. >> Hilton. It was another pickup video. >> Oh, yeah. >> No, they about to deboard. >> And everybody tried talking to her like the captain and the >> Yeah, they coming out right now. >> Walk to the gatehouse. That's my walking for me. >> They just boarded off the plane. >> Okay. >> Awesome. They just boarded. >> Yeah, they just boarded and they had an issue with her Yeah. Don't go too far. No, as soon No, no. >> too far. >> Don't do it. >> All right, so now that everyone is leaving, she's going to fairly >> But she's the last one on the plane. >> They open the door. She's not coming out? >> Oh, keep it. >> She's the only one on the airplane. Now she's having a conversation. >> She's the only one left? >> Yeah. >> I know we're all having candy outside. Let's go. >> Okay, no, but I'm not getting off. >> Either you're going to get off by choice or by force. >> Okay, no, but I'm not getting off. >> Either you're going to get off by choice or by force. >> Okay, what's my choice then? >> Yes. >> Okay, let's do it. >> You ready? >> Yeah, you. >> Come on, ma'am. >> Nah, uh-uh.
