Welcome back to the Vanalian channel, guys. Today we head back to Arkansas, courtesy of Arkansas Police Activity, where yet another Tik Tok lawyer ends the day with a busted window and a slew of charges when he comes up with the genius idea to flip off a state trooper while driving without insurance. Grab the popcorn for this one. Afternoon. >> Yes, I do. Watch your mouth. I'm [ __ ] work. Reason you pull over is you don't have insurance on vehicle. I need your driver's license, registration, and insurance. You're [ __ ] all that. You need your sergeant out now. >> I don't have to put my sergeant out here. You want it down here? >> You want it down here? >> No, I don't. Give me your driver's license now. >> Really? >> Yes. Call your sergeant. >> Okay, I'll call somebody. >> This fake tough guy is going to seriously regret demanding another officer on the scene. And I've got my popcorn ready for when that time comes. looking. Yeah, >> I put you off. That's why that's not why I [ __ ] liar cuz you came over. You have freedom of speech, you guys. And I haven't come behind cuz I run any day. >> Yeah, cuz you're piece of >> Why? Why should I freedom of speech? You can do it. >> I hate to break this to you, buddy, but this isn't a freedom of speech issue. This is a you not understanding how drawing attention to yourself while driving illegally can have consequences. It's like bragging to a cop that you've just robbed a bank. Okay. My information number direct. If you say you're going to arrest, you'll get and then you get all these guys. [ __ ] I love zombies. You verified my insurance. You don't have verified shows. I know [ __ ] >> I will show you. [ __ ] get it. I will show you. I can't do it. >> You want to get out? You want to get out and go find if you want to do that? I will show you right now. >> One of the charges on your booking in sheet, which we'll take a look at at the end of this video, courtesy of Arkansas Police Activities, says otherwise. 16. Okay. You're [ __ ] trash [ __ ] What's your name? Super right. Super driver's license. You're not getting >> Okay. Okay. This is a 16. >> Keep it up. You're going to go to jail now, man. >> Yeah. And then you're going to lose your body. >> No. >> You're being hostile for no reason. I told you hostile. You call me >> because you don't have insurance on the vehicle. Swing it over. That has nothing to do with it. Your job won't [ __ ] the finger behind you. >> You can try and frame it like that until you're blue in the face. It doesn't change the fact that law enforcement can run your plate at any time for any reason. You peing the officer's interest doesn't make it retaliatory if the plate comes back saying uninsured. >> No, it's not. It is. >> It's not my fault. Insurance on the vehicle. I'm trying to be really nice with your insurance. >> Yes, you do. On a traffic stop, you have to provide driver license insurance. >> I do. I have probable cause because when I ran your tag, it shows that he has unfair insurance. This is the >> No, it is not. You had unverified insurance. Yes. Correct. No, not unified. >> And his insurance will still be unverified by the end of this stop and unverified enough to charge him, which makes this stop completely legal and him a complete snowflake with a persecution complex. All right. Right. Right. Okay. That's all good. You're supposed to put your on as you pull around. Last chance. Okay. >> Enter Trooper Hopper, the first unit to arrive. He just happens to have a window break tool in his pocket. No, no, no, no, no. You You started off you the first time that I got first. So, I don't want to do that. You want to be disrespectful? I'll be disrespectful. >> Okay. Can I get driver license insurance? I need more than one chance. >> No, it's not. So, I need you to give me the driver's license, register insurance right now. When he gets here, you can talk to him. Can you take a picture of that? >> Yes, I can. I will do that for you. Not right now. after I get your driver's license insurance. >> This is not how this goes. >> Yes, it is. I have stopped you. You are now >> your voice. >> I can raise my voice all I freaking want. Really? >> Yes. I need your driver's license, registration insurance. Get out of the vehicle. >> Get out of the vehicle. Get out of the vehicle now. Get out of the vehicle. Get [ __ ] tired. Get out of the vehicle. You have weapon. Put your hands right. Put your hands ready. I >> don't have a weapon. Any weapons? You [ __ ] kidding me. >> So, here's a quick breakdown of what happened. According to the report, Trooper Hopper attempted to break the window with his tool, causing the window to crack. At this time, Trooper Miller observed the driver roll toward the passenger seat. The vehicle's windows were tinted and the vehicle was lifted, so it was hard to see why he was leaning toward the passenger seat. His concern for a weapon crept back in, so he punched, yes, punched the window out with his hand to remove his obstructed view of the driver. Damn, bro. That was a badass move. He received a small laceration on his right hand and arm. As a result, after clearing the obstruction of the window, he ordered the driver to put his hands on the steering wheel, to which the driver complied. Yeah, now he complies when things get real. He checked around for any weapons, pulled the driver out of the vehicle, and as we're about to now see, pat him down for weapons and place him into custody. >> Okay, you can't go through my pockets. You can me down. >> I told you I don't. >> You're not allowed to go through my pockets. You're supposed to tap me down. Either the penny hasn't dropped that he's going to jail yet, or Tik Tok law has ravaged what's left of his brain so much that he doesn't understand the arrest process. Feel very nice and dirty. [Music] It's the left one. Sorry. Lean lean that way on your side. >> Yeah, I got Damn it. Do you have AC on in here? It's [ __ ] hot. >> I'm getting arrested. >> This is normal area. Okay. >> So, I get arrested for obstruction citation. >> What's the problem, man? >> Uh, well, I flipped him off and he slams on his brakes and pulls over and says, "I've got no insurance or whatever." And I said, "I wanted to wait for you because it was a retaliatory pullover." And that thought process is precisely why your truck has a busted window and you're sat in the back of a police car in handcuffs. >> And then he says he's taking me to jail for obstruction. But I wanted to wait for you. >> Okay. >> Because >> Why did he just do what he told you to do? >> Because he pulled me over unlawfully. >> No, he didn't. >> I flipped him off and he comes right over behind me. Okay. >> Do you have insurance? >> Yes. Farmers. >> Okay. Well, it don't show up on your tag. Well, if if my so they would cancel registration if I didn't have insurance. >> I got a letter from state of Arkansas on my 2011 when I was putting it in storage >> and so I had to put insurance back on it and keep the registration. >> All right. >> If he runs your tag, okay, if he runs your tag and it shows you don't have insurance, that's a lawful traffic stop. >> Well, he told me he got behind me cuz I flipped him off. So, >> okay. >> I'll just deal with the court. It'll get dropped. It'll get dropped. >> Oh, well, maybe it will. >> And and then I'm going to go >> through We're going through a lot of unnecessary steps here. >> So, I'm getting arrested, not a citation. >> Huh? >> So, I'm not getting a citation. I'm getting arrested. >> Yeah, you're going to jail. >> I told him I was like, "Look, if I'm going to get arrested, I'll give you my information." And you just Here I am. >> No, mate. You're here because you don't get to set your own arbitrary terms for handing over documents you are legally required to produce. follow up on him, didn't you? >> I would have rolled up halfway and then I went to roll down because his other buddy that showed up was going to broke it. >> When you don't do what you're told to do, this is what happens, man. >> Okay. Well, >> okay. >> I guess I'm going to bed county. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> And when he got to jail, he was charged with obstructing governmental operations, refusal to submit to arrest, no liability insurance, and failed to yield to an emergency vehicle.
