Let's listen to it because there's no way I don't even live over here and have them impound my car. But I have people in there. I don't even live over here. Like >> that was a whole sit in the car. I'm going to put Sit in the car or I'm going to put you in the car. >> What's up everybody? In today's video, we have an extremely sassy Karen who crashed into a police car and then when she got arrested, she decided to kick the cop. Obviously, she received multiple felonies. Without further ado, let's get started. >> Who's writing their crit report? How much damage are you guys putting for the the vehicles? >> That's what we talking about. >> So, so are we writing a crash report on this or what's the decision from there? I just need to know because it'll affect how I move move forward. Okay. If you're not going to write one, that's fine. On my end, I don't care. That's for me. It doesn't matter. Who's got her ID? >> I got it. Okay. Hello. >> Good. How are you doing? >> I'm fine. >> What's your first name? >> Elsie. >> Elsie. Okay. There's no Monster Barn. Obviously, these officers called me here because they concerned maybe you had something to drink tonight. That was probably maybe more than two hours ago. >> Oh, was it? >> Yes. >> What did you have? >> Um, I took maybe half a beer. >> That was it? >> That was it. >> Okay. Are you on any medication? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Do you mind stepping out for me? >> Okay. >> You have any uh anything like physically wrong with you? Like any uh injuries, anything wrong with like your legs, your back, your knees? >> Nope. >> And you said you're not on any medications right now? You're perfectly healthy then. >> I'm healthy. I have anxiety, but besides that, I'm good. >> You on medication for that? >> I not tonight. I only take it when needed. >> Okay. Do you wear contacts? >> I wear glasses. >> All right. Can you stand with your feet together like this? Arms down at your side. What I'd like to do is begin by checking your eyes as part of some field exercises. Okay. The fact that she thought that the officer was going to be interested in shaking her hand right after she just damaged their car is pretty ludicrous, but not as ludicrous as saying that you only drink half a beer. I mean, come on. Who's going to believe that? You either drank one, two, or three, or maybe eight, but half of one? That's just not believable. >> You see the red light here in front of you? >> Absolutely. >> What I want you to do is follow that light with your eyes, keeping your head still as I move that light back and forth. Okay. Keep your head still. Okay. There's a couple other exercises I'd like you to do. Okay. You willing to do those for me? >> Absolutely. >> All right. Come on down here. So, we'll use this white line right here as a line to walk down. >> I'm going to give you some instructions. I'll show you how to do it. >> Okay. >> And then after I do all of that, you can ask questions. Okay? I just prefer you don't ask questions while I'm giving the instructions cuz it's kind of hard for me to stop. All right? So, while I'm doing all of that, what I would like you to do is stand with your left foot at the very beginning of the line. Then take your right foot, place it in front of your left foot, so it touches heel to toe. Make sure both feet are on the line and one directly in front of the other. Place your arms to your side. Now, don't begin walking until I tell you to start. Okay? >> Okay. >> So, when I tell you to, I want you to take nine heel totoe steps, counting your steps out loud as you walk down the line. Okay? >> Turn around and then walk back down the line. Nine heel totoe steps counting your steps out loud. >> Okay? So [clears throat] your first step will be number one and each step needs to be heel to toe like this. One, two, three, and so on until you get to nine. On your ninth step, I want you to leave your front foot on the line. Remove only your back foot, taking a series of small steps to complete it. >> Now, I'm sure you guys know that the difficult part of this test is not completing it. It's actually understanding the instructions. Usually, suspects have a very hard time with this one. Let's see if she's any different. Turn just like this. And then you walk back down the line. Nine heel to toe steps. Counting your steps out loud. One, two, three, and so on until you get to nine. >> Okay. So, straight down. Slowly turn. Come down. >> Exactly. >> Count out loud. >> Exactly. So, >> is this one or is the next one? >> So, your first step will be number one. >> This one. >> Your first step will be number one. >> Okay. So, while you do this, I'd like you to look at your feet as you walk. Count your steps out loud. Keeping your arms down to your side just like this. Don't stop walking until you've completely finished this. Okay. Do you have any other questions? >> No. Straight down. Slow turn. Back to you. No questions. >> Okay. You can begin then if you understand. 1. 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. Boom. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. >> Okay, I mean, we've seen a lot of DUI tests, and surprisingly, this one wasn't the worst of them. Not even close. She did understand the instructions. She knew the amount of steps. She did understand that it was heel to toe. Now, that doesn't mean that she's innocent. That's why there are multiple tests. But in my opinion, it wasn't perfect, but it's a lot better than what we usually see. Next, what I want you to do, stand with your feet together, arms down to your side. You can forget about this line. We're not going to use it. Okay? I don't want you to do anything until I tell you right now, okay? I'm just going to show you how to do this and explain everything. Okay? So, when I tell you to, I want you to raise one leg. Doesn't matter which one. I'm going to raise my left leg just cuz that's what I like to do. Raise it so it's about 6 in off of the ground. Point your toe straight out. Look at that foot and count out loud. 1,00 1,002 1,003 and so on until I tell you to stop. Okay? Make sure you keep both legs straight. Don't bend them at the knee. And if you put your foot down, just pick it back up and continue counting from where you left off. >> You won't need to balance right now. Okay. >> Is that a problem? >> No, we're working out. >> Well, you see me doing it. You're a cop. >> Doesn't mean anything. >> Let's do it. >> All right. >> All right. >> Do you have any questions on how to do it? >> No. You just told me raise leg till you count. If I put my leg down, stop till you tell me. Keep counting. >> Well, if you put your if you put your foot down, I want you to pick it back up and continue counting um from where you left off. And you do that all on your own. Okay. >> Okay. 1,001. You want me to count by thousand? >> Yeah. 10001 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 2 etc. Yep. Any other questions? >> Nope. >> Okay. And begin when you're ready. Okay. 1,001. >> Make sure you're looking at your foot. >> 2 1,003 1,004 1,005 1,006 1,007 1 8 1 9 1 >> Make sure you're looking at your foot. >> 13 1 1,800. >> You can stop. Go ahead and put your foot down. Put your arms around your back. >> DUI. >> What? >> Driving under the influence. >> You have anything? >> Well, you did the exercises. You just didn't perform them how I asked you to. There's a lot of impairment that I observed during that leads me to believe you've been drinking a lot more than you you're telling me. >> You know what's funny? Suspects always think that if they just do the exercises automatically they are going to pass and they will not get arrested. They're like well I did it. Yeah sure you did do it but you failed them. Now so far her sassy levels were at a three. They are about to jump to a 10. >> When we get down to the jail I am going to ask you to do a breath test. Are you willing to do that? Okay. All right. Come with me. You don't have anything hidden on you, do you? Okay. Do you carry anything? Do you carry anything in your in your top? Any any cash? Any Okay. Just making sure >> there was always but okay. You stand right here. Face the car. Come relax your arms. She's going to search you in just a sec. Okay. >> I know. We got to make sure. >> No, don't impound my car. There's people in there. They can drive it. No, >> the car is in your name. We don't have a choice. >> But I have people in there. I don't even live over here. Like, >> I'm trying to >> That was a whole Do you want to hear what I have to say or not? >> No. Cuz why you want to impound my car for what? >> Like there's people in the car that can literally take my car where it needs to go. Like you guys have been extra. I barely even bumped that damn car. >> I've been more than >> Okay. >> respectful. No, cuz I've been more than respectful. >> You have. I appreciate that. >> I don't No, but can we talk? >> Yeah, we can. Well, you said you didn't want to hear what I had to say. Well, let's listen to it because there's no way. I don't even live over here and have them impound my car. >> We have to by by our policy. We can't release people here. >> I'm trying to tell you I'm trying to tell you something. >> Have a seat. You don't want to listen to me. So, >> don't get an attitude. >> I have an attitude. No, because you know what? >> Have a seat. Sit in. Sit in the car. Sit in the car. I'm going to put you sit in the car or I'm going to put you in the car. Now, this is truly a moment that I call the fork in the road because she is just facing DUI charges, which it should be a lot more serious than it is, but in reality, it's a misdemeanor. Now, if you start fighting the cops on the other hand, then you're just tossing your freedom away because that is much more serious. But then again, Karens aren't usually capable of thinking of consequences. They just act in the moment without putting any thought into their actions. car. >> I'm sitting in the car and I'm trying to have a conversation. >> No, I'm trying to have >> Stand up. We're going to put you in the car if you don't. >> Don't touching on the charge. Touching on for what? >> Battery. >> Battery for what? I haven't touched none of you guys. if >> you would um >> yeah, you're not going to be able to talk to her right now. She's not >> she's not cooperative with us. So, nothing against you, but I just don't want her to get hyped up again. Okay. >> Whoever had contact with her or whatever, just do a supplement for me, please, on Upwork. >> So, I know you said you didn't want to take the breath test. >> All right. All right, I do have to read you something by law. Okay, >> so if you refuse to take the test I've requested of you, your driving privilege will be suspended for a period of 1 year for a first refusal or 18 months if your driving privilege has been previously suspended for refusing to submit to a lawful test of your breath, urine, or blood. Additionally, if you refuse to take the test I've requested of you and if your driving privilege has been previously suspended for a refusal to submit to lawful test of your breath, urine or blood, you will be committing a misdemeanor in addition to any other penalties which can be imposed by law. So, refusing to submit to testing is admissible as evidence in a criminal proceeding. >> Go ahead and leave me in here so I can >> Okay. You understand your license? You understand your license is going to be suspended for a year? Okay. >> I really don't understand what's the big deal with taking the breath test. You know, she only had half a beer, right? That's a very small amount of alcohol. For sure, she would be under 0.08. It's almost like she has something to hide by not wanting to take the breath test. Regardless, that is the dumbest decision you can make because then you just lose your license. What's going on? Come on out. You would just stand right here for me. All right. See the doors? Uh right here to your right. We're walk right to that door. I got it. I've got I didn't bring your own personal credit or stuff like that. >> Got your cash, too. >> We don't leave that kind of stuff in the car. >> So, that's it for the video. Obviously, she got charged with the battery as well as DUI and resisting arrest. Now, I just want to ask you guys a favor. On my other channel, 15 Minutes of Shame. I'm missing 6,000 subs for 100K.
