No. We'll talk about it when we get to him. >> Dude, WHAT AM I UNDER ARREST FOR? WHAT AM I IN A RUSH FOR? domestic battery >> AGAINST aggravated battery to a police officer and hey resist me >> Janette was charged with felony domestic battery and resisting as her case is still ongoing she is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law sometimes you already know how the call is going to end because you've knocked on that same door so many times the house feels familiar before the person even opens the door it's 4:30 in the afternoon and alcohol is already running the entire conversation and that part matters more than the yelling because when drinking becomes normal behavior everybody inside their home slowly adjust their expectations of what normal even is. Listen to the son's voice. He's 19 years old and he doesn't even want to press charges. And it's not because nothing happened. It's because he's tired. Kids raised around this don't grow up learning conflict resolution. They grow up learning emotional survival. They learn to keep the peace, read moods, and brace for impact. Imagine your own mother calling you her nemesis. That's not an argument. That's a household that's been hurting a long time. The officer stayed calm as long as they could in this call. No rush, no ego. But once she started pushing them, the call changed. Now it's not a family dispute anymore. It's a safety issue. The arrest didn't happen because she was rude. It happened because alcohol removed the last bit of control she had over her behavior.
