And if you don't step out of the car, you'll be arrested for obstructing a peace officer. Okay. >> I thought I was going to be waiting for a supervisor. >> Okay. Now you're being charged, you're being charged with another crime. Okay. So, when you step out of the car, you're going to be arrested and taken back to the station. Hold on. >> He knows where I'm going to go and turn up on your back. >> You're going to break the window. >> What's up, everybody? I hope you guys are ready for a smashing episode. We have two Tik Tok lawyers who think that by asking for a supervisor, they will control the traffic stop. They both get arrested with multiple charges and one of them gets his window smashed. But before we get started, I have a huge announcement. All right, so I do have a huge announcement. This is not a sponsored segment whatsoever. I'm hiring active duty or retired law enforcement officers to become hosts of a new body cam reaction channel on YouTube. I'm offering a competitive salary, revenue sharing, which means you'll get a portion of the ad revenue and the memberships, sponsorship opportunities. You'll get a very large portion of the sponsorships as well. You will get additional revenue from future streaming distribution. I am in talks with very large networks to bring body cams to their platform and you will be getting a large cut from that when we make it happen. So for the requirements, you need to be an active duty or retired law enforcement officer. Former sergeants, supervisors, and military veterans are encouraged to apply. You need to be confident and charismatic on camera. You should be comfortable speaking naturally and sharing your professional perspective. You need to have basic computer skills. Must be comfortable using a PC for remote recording sessions. Although I will train you from A to Z, so there's no worries about that. As long as you can use a computer, you're good. You need to have access to a Windows PC. Professional microphone and webcam will be provided. And you must reside in the United States or Canada. So if you're interested, please feel free to reach out to me josh primeytgmail.com. And please include your qualifications and law enforcement experience, a recent photo, preferably in uniform if available, a short introduction about yourself, and why you believe you'd be a great fit for this position. And then I will personally review every single application, and if you're selected, I'll contact you to schedule a video interview where we will discuss the role in detail, answer your questions, and review the complete compensation package. And this could very well change your life. YouTube has certainly changed my life. This opportunity has significant long-term growth potential. Estimated first year earnings for successful hosts may exceed $100,000 depending on channel performance, revenue sharing, sponsorships, and other business opportunities. And I think that it will take you roughly 15 to 20 hours per week. So, it's definitely going to be worth it. So, that's it for the job offer. I hope that I will be hearing from a lot of you guys. If you're a retired or active duty law enforcement officer, email me joshhprimey@gmail.com. Now, let's get back to the body cam. >> Hello. How's it going? Officer Dar, please rec >> from the uh Secretary of State. What's going on with that? >> Um I do owe some tickets. You >> owe some tickets. Okay. Is it your car? >> Yes. >> Yeah. Okay. Just got a license on you and insurance on you, please. Where uh where you come from tonight? >> Um I just come over to a friend's house. >> Come from a friend's house. You're just looking for your license right now. Okay. And you just use Sky Insurance on you, too? >> Okay. How much have you had to drink tonight? >> You're just looking for insurance right now? >> Yes, I have. >> Okay. How much have you had to drink tonight? >> Hello. >> Why? >> What's that? >> Why Why is the question? >> I said, "How much have you had a drink tonight?" I'm saying >> exactly. It's pretty straightforward question, right? >> I had a couple of drinks. >> Okay. What kind of drinks you having? >> White Claus. >> White Claus. Okay. I just I'm just asking cuz I smell it on you, right? So, >> um >> What What time was the last time you had your last drink at? >> How many White Claws did you have? >> Three. Okay. And you could you just tell me what time you started drinking them and what time you stopped drinking them? I I don't understand the question. Why am I getting sold over? >> Okay, hang on in the car. Okay, I'll be back in a few minutes. All right. We can run anybody's plates in Illinois without a reason. We don't have to have justification. Two, we have license plate readers on the car that automatically hit on your plates for being suspended. Okay? And three, I told you exactly why I stopped you when I when I came up to the car. Four, I'm I'm talking to you about the the alcohol you've had. Okay? It's pretty simple questions, right? You said you had some white claws. What time did you start drinking? What time did you stop drinking? >> Around 9. >> You started drinking around 9:00 yesterday. >> Okay. >> Well, that's when I got to my friend who >> Okay. >> Okay. How many you think you had total? >> About four. Okay. And then what time you think your last one was at? >> What was that? Midnight. Okay. So, you would think judging by her current behavior that this is going to be an easy traffic stop because she's answering the questions. She doesn't seem like she wants to fight or anything like that. But then I think something is going to switch. I don't know if it's an ego thing. She's going to realize that she's not getting her way and she's going to try to assert her non-authority or maybe she's going to remember a Tik Tok video where she saw someone arguing with the cops and asking for a supervisor. Either way, she's about to screw everything up. >> All right. Um, do you have any alcohol in the car? Anything else like that? Any guns in the car? Anything? No. So, okay. Go ahead. I'm just going to have you step out for now. Okay. I'm just going to run you through a few things. I want to make sure you're okay to drive. Okay. And then we're going to go from there. Okay. Go ahead. Just leave the phone in the car. >> I would like to keep it with me. >> Okay. Okay. Well, you're going to need to be handsree with everything you're doing. Whatever you want to hold in there, that's fine. Okay. >> Can I say what? >> Wait one second. What did we say? I'm talking to my partner. One second. >> Yeah. Leave. Okay. You got to leave the phone in the here. It's between you and me. Okay. And and me and me and my partner. Okay. >> But I I would prefer >> I know we're going to get a supervisor out here. Okay. But then I can wait. >> I'm going to have him on the call, but you got to step out of the car right now. If you don't step out of the call car, you're going to be arrested and taken to the station per me as an officer giving you a lawful order. >> But I'm not >> We'll get this supervisor here. Okay. >> But you have to step out of the car while we get the supervisor on the way if that's what you want. >> Why would I hurt myself? >> Do you want to be Do you want to be charged for another offense here? >> What can I be charged for? >> You're going to be charged for >> obstructing a peace officer. Okay. When you're on a traffic stop, I'm going to tell you this one more time. Seriously, I'm telling you one time this time, okay? As on a traffic stop, I can lawfully you lawfully ask tell you to step out of the car, okay? And if you don't step out of the car, you'll be arrested for obstructing a peace officer. Okay? Do you understand? >> I don't authorize. >> Okay? I'm telling you now, >> step out of the car or you're going to be arrested for obstructing a peace officer. Okay? >> Do you understand? Okay. >> Okay. Now you're being charged. You're being charged with another crime. Okay. So when you step out of the car, you're going to be arrested and taken back to the station now. Okay. Do you understand? >> Okay. So now you have another charge. Okay. You >> I don't understand. >> Right now you have two class A misdemeanor. Okay. You can tell that she has room temperature IQ because what is the point to catch an obstruction charge when you are only facing a DUI charge? And you guys know how prosecutors treat DUI. They basically don't give a [ __ ] about it in most cases. So, she would have been off with pretty much no consequences. And now she just added another charge for what? What is the supervisor going to tell you that's any different than this cop is going to tell you? He's going to tell you the exact same thing. Just get out of the car and fight it in court. >> Do you want Do you want to step out of the car or do you want to be pulled out of the car? >> I never said that I do have to. That's what I'm I've already told you to and now you're already going to be charged. Okay. So, go ahead and step out of the car now. >> I'm already being charged. >> Go ahead and step out of the car. >> You're telling me that I'm already >> She doesn't want to step out of the car. She wants to talk to a boss, but she she has to step out of the car while we talk to a boss. Yes, you do. You have to step out of the car for further investigation. Okay. I'm conducting a DUI investigation and I instructed you to get out of the car. And you can leave your phone in the car. >> I will not leave my phone. >> Okay. Go ahead and step step over here. Okay. Go ahead and step over here, ma'am. >> Step over here. >> Nope. You're going to step over here. Okay. Go ahead and um actually hang out with him. I'm just going to cut my lights. >> Okay. Well, I mean, you could do them barefoot, too. >> It's better barefoot than doing it. No shoes though. >> No, I took out my phone. >> Okay. Go ahead and You got to have put your phone out of your hands. >> Okay. Go ahead and step over here for me. Just step right here, right in front of me and face me with your hands at your sides. And you >> Do you understand? >> Um, but I thought I was going to be waiting for a supervisor cuz I wanted to speak to >> Well, I'm constructing a DUI investigation in the meantime. >> Wait to speak to >> Well, I'm I'm conducting an investigation in the meantime. He's on the way to see the supervisor. >> Okay. You can wait while I do the investigation. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, keep your hands at your sides. >> You can wait until the supervisor says cuz that's who I want to talk to. >> Okay. >> Why Why do you need a supervisor? >> Because I don't understand. >> What do you What are you going to tell the supervisor that that I haven't told you? >> Listen, this is this is where the officer is at. Okay. He pulled you over because your plates are suspended. Okay. Your driver's license is attached to the plate. So, it comes back and suspended. Okay. So, we have a reason to stop you. All right. That's probable cause. You understand what probable cause is? >> Probable cause of what? Yes, >> this is a waste of time. The other officer can explain this to her ad nauseium until the very next weekend and she still won't get it. As much as they want to explain it to her, they can't understand it for her. This one is just way too far gone. Her entitlement is clouding her judgment. Maybe she was never told no when she was a child, or maybe it's her ego that built up over time. But whatever it is, it looks like she's too stupid to realize that she doesn't understand the law as much as she thought she did. >> What's going on? What can I help you with? >> Hi. Well, I just kind of want to understand why he pulled me over for >> I mean, he told me that he ran my place. So, he ran my place before he pulled me over, which means he was following me or targeting me or whatever it is that he was doing >> and then pulled me over for my >> I apologize. Who just said like radio? >> She has her phone. She wants to have her phone on speaker in her. >> Okay. I didn't know there was radio. >> So pretty much that like I don't I wasn't doing I was literally talking to the phone. I was just >> I I explain her, you know, she's responsible for her her vehicle on the roadway. I explain to her replace her suspended. explained that we don't have a reason to have to run our plates and that we have license plate readers that are hitting on our car. That's initially my first observation and I already explained that to her. >> Okay. Yeah. If your plates are expire suspended suspended. >> Yeah, suspended. >> But if they pull me over for that, why are you >> Because she smells like alcohol. So, I'm going through further investigation. >> It's all pretty much I know it might not be pleasant. I understand. And then that's your only car. I get how it's like all this could be very unfortunate or I understand that completely but that is like we're just doing our job if by state law which we do not make but by state laws are suspended that we have booked up beyond the roadway that's kind of where we're at. So and then after that stop is made and we interact with the driver any other further investigation based on what we see there's all pretty well that's pretty much so I I apologize. I trust that they've been nothing but respectful to you. And >> I'll check it out. >> And have you been respectful, too? >> Let me know. I've used my friend vehicle for the run. >> Is there anything else I can help you with? >> I don't know. I just felt disrespected from the moment I started being talked to. Like, that was the main concern. >> Oh, no. Don't tell me she felt disrespected. Now, let me ask you a question, young lady. Are they law enforcers or feelings enforcers? Just because you feel a certain type of way because you're getting busted while you're committing a crime, that doesn't change the law. They were very respectful. They treated you with courtesy. You're just not happy that you're about to face consequences for your actions, which is part of being an adult, which is something maybe you'll understand one day. Give it a couple more decades, maybe you'll get there. >> You got to talk to the people who stop. It's kind of how it goes. You know what I mean? >> I know. from everyone for the voice and the way they be on that. >> I apologize for that. But at least from what I'm seeing, I don't see anything that was not out as it should be. You know what I mean? So, what I would recommend is just do what he's saying. You know, uh I don't know what the outcome of any of this is going to be, but you're going to have more than you're going to have plenty of options. You can test anything that you think is unjust. You have your rights. Okay. But unfortunately now I kind of at the point where you kind of got to listen to to what he's saying and kind of go from there. Okay. >> All right. And then I'm Sergeant Winston. So if you ever have to if you need like anyone to talk to or you have any questions, you can always contact me. Okay. >> All right. >> I appreciate it. All right. Thank you. >> I don't have a card on me. Uh >> number I can give you a piece of paper. All right. >> And both of their >> Oh, you're going to get everything. >> Yeah. Yeah. You'll get all that. >> [clears throat] >> All right, go ahead. Just turn around. Give me one second. Okay, here's a turn around. Put your hands on your back. At the moment, you're under arrest. >> Put your hands behind your back. So, right now, you're under arrest for multiple charges. Okay. Including DUI. Okay. >> I literally ask you guys like we're just having one female. You're you're eligible for three phone calls once you get to the station. So, you can make your phone calls once you get to the station and let him know, >> right? Cuz the thing is, there's no point of of you showing him his location right now. You're you're going to go to the station. So, he's he's going to need the location there. >> Just hiding a single. >> Why did you hang up on me? Can you please answer? >> You can call him when you get to the station. >> Well, now from here on all your your phone calls are going to be made from our phone because now you're in police custody. because that's even my >> I don't know if you heard me right. >> I told her you are supposed to read me all my rights. What are all my rights? >> Stand by here. I'm going to read you as your rights as I'm supposed to. Okay. >> I know you think you know more than us, but you don't. Okay. So, go ahead and take a step back here. >> But you didn't even say anything and I'm not even fighting against you. >> All right. So, she was charged with DUI, resisting arrest, and driving without a license. Now, this video had a happy ending, although it took a while to get there. I feel like we need some type of a pallet cleanser. So, let's take a look at this dumbass Tik Tok lawyer getting his window smashed. >> Hey, what's going on, boss? >> So, the reason for the stop is there's no license plate. And then when I walk up, I see the uh the temp tag. So, that's the reason why the the back window is tinted. So, that's the reason I'm not able to visibly see the temp tag. Okay. That's the reason for the stop. Okay. >> Do you have your driver's license with you, my man? >> My passport. >> Passport. Okay. >> Do you have you ever been issued an Illinois driver's license? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. I'll just take your name then. Do you have insurance for the vehicle? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Where's the insurance currently? >> It's on my phone. >> On your phone? Can you pull it up for me, my man? >> What is your first name, my man? >> Michael. >> Michael? And then can you pull it up just because I can't see through the tent, my man? Okay. The insurance is good, my man. And then what's Do you have a middle initial? And then how old are you? >> Uh 3 34. >> You're 34. >> It should it should be able to pop up in the system. >> Okay. No, I mean I'm asking you how old you are and why they take you so long. >> Answer how old you are, my man. >> I'm I'm wondering. It said an emergency. >> What? Emergency for what? >> Cuz you pulled me over cuz you said you couldn't see my tag. >> Yeah. What? Why are you so nervous right now, my man? >> I'm not nervous. Uh I just want to understand what's going on. >> Do you have anything in the car that I should be worried about? >> I get a white shirt, please. >> A white shirt. >> That No, no, no, my man. That doesn't That doesn't That's not going to happen. >> Okay. Well, my man, I'm trying to ask you how old you are. You're taking forever to >> Okay. You can't hear me or see right here cuz you're talking about the tent and I'm showing you things like you're assuming. >> I'm I'm assuming what, my man? >> You're trying to create a situation. I'm just trying to get to where I'm going. I just got I just You know what I'm saying? My back is hurting. I'm just >> Oh, your back is hurting. >> Okay, I got you. Where are you coming from? >> Chiropractor. >> The chiropractor. Okay. Where at? >> Right there on 95th. >> 95th. Okay. So, I asked you, you're 34 years old. What's your date of birth, my man? Do you understand why it's weird for on my end as to you know, I ask you how old you are? And then you're kind of just being weird about it. Do you understand why? >> I wasn't being weird. I just took a second to think about >> cuz usually when I ask people how old they are, they they tell me they're how old they are right away. You know what I'm saying? >> Track stop for my education on the law. When if it's if if I'm not in violation, you seen the tag. >> Oh boy. He's starting with his education on the law. Now, let me ask you, kind gentlemen, where did you get your law degree exactly? Was it in a box of crackerjack? Did you obtain it by watching one too many Tik Tok videos? Because clearly you have no clue what the hell you're talking about. Just like the previous [ __ ] he thinks that summoning a supervisor is going to change anything. News flash, it won't. >> Can you roll down just a little bit more, my man? Just cuz I can't see inside the car. That's the reason why. >> What's going >> Can you roll it down? >> I can hear you from right here. >> All right. Well, here's what's going to happen. I can't find you right now. So, I'm going to have you hop out for me real quick. Okay. Do I ask you to roll the window down? No, that's not it's not going to happen, my man. I'll lock the door for him. >> No, no, no. It's not going to happen. It's not. >> Do you want to roll one more unit? >> Unlock it. >> You're not going against my right. I know my right. >> No, you when when I'm ask I'm asking you to step out of the car. >> I'll talk to you. >> He's giving you a lawful order to step out of the car. Okay. >> Reason why I'm stepping out the >> Because I asked you to roll the window down. You didn't roll it down all the way. >> Roll it down right here. >> Roll the window down or Okay. >> So, still I'm going to have you hop out of the vehicle. I just deal with the ass. >> Okay. Now, step out of the car. >> You're not You're not under arrest. You're >> not under arrest. We're just having Okay. If you don't step out. >> No. No. No. This is >> No. If you want If you want to after the stop, Sure. But >> I need a white shirt. >> No, you don't need a white shirt. Where's my brother? >> Okay. Step out of the car or you're going to be placed under arrest. >> For what? >> For obstructing. I'm asking you to step out of the car. >> If you don't step out of the vehicle, you're going to be placed under >> I'm not asking anymore. Step out of the car. I'm giving you a lawful order. >> I'm getting my my rights violated. Your rights aren't being violated. You are obstructed. >> Unlock the door. That's it. >> Yes, I'm >> You have to step out of the Okay. Pennsylvania verse men's. It's established by the Supreme Court. You have to step out of the vehicle. >> What am I being What am I being What am I stepping out of the vehicle for? I don't >> because I twice. Okay, hold on. Let me explain. Because I You You're asking for an explanation >> and I wrote it to right here. You said roll it down some more. What am I keep rolling it down for? It's halfway down. >> Okay. Because I can't see inside the car. I can't see where your left hand is at. >> My left hand is right here on the window. >> I asked you to roll it down. You didn't want to roll it down. Now you're going to step out of the vehicle. >> Okay. So, just unlock the door. All you got to do is step out. >> Okay. Step out of the car under arrest. >> You're going to be under arrest. >> Arrest for what? >> Obstructing. You're not in the vehicle. I've given you a lawful order to step out of the car. >> We're not searching the car. We're having you step out of the car. >> What am I getting searched for? >> You really can't make this [ __ ] up. They just told him that you're not getting searched. And then he says, "What am I getting searched for?" And that's what I'm saying. I find it really concerning that these people walk among us, these sovereign douchebags that think that they're above the law. They share our roads. They go to the same McDonald's. They go to the same supermarkets, but yet they are not normal. They somehow believe that they're so special that they're above the law. And no matter how many times they get arrested, they still refuse to let go of their delusions. It's very concerning. >> I'm having you step out of the vehicle. Do you understand that? We'll wait for the third car to get >> I asked for white shirt. >> Step out of the car. >> Okay. Get out of the car. >> No, I'm not getting out the car. >> Okay. >> I'm giving you one last chance. When the third car gets here, >> I just got a I just left my car. I got a spinal truck. >> I'm not stepping. My brother's a chief of police. My brother's a police officer. I'm not stepping out of the vehicle for what? >> I gave you my information. You saying you going to make me start the vehicle? cuz I didn't roll it all my window all the way down. >> Yes. When I ask you to step out of the vehicle. No, no, no, no, no, no. I asked you to roll it down. Yeah, he's Yeah, he is. I'm waiting for the third car to get here. >> Then I'm going to let him know and if not >> I need a white shirt. >> 321 stop. >> That's not That's not how this works. Okay. No, no, no, no, no, no. That's not how this works. >> You ask me for firearms and drugs. I don't have none. I gave you no question. I'm going to give you one last chance. Step out of the car. >> White shirt. >> Okay. You are under arrest if you don't step out of the car. >> How? >> Okay. Now you are under arrest. >> You are under arrest. Step out of the vehicle. Step out of the vehicle. Step out of the vehicle. You are under arrest. >> You are under arrest. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> How am I obstruct? I'm asking you for a white shirt. >> Step out of the vehicle. You are under arrest. >> I'm asking for a white shirt. >> Okay. Well, you can talk to one at the station. You are under arrest. >> You are under arrest. Unlock the vehicle. >> Step out of the car. I'm breaking the window. >> You're going to break the window. You don't step out of the vehicle. >> You are under arrest. You're obstructing. You are in custody. Step out of the vehicle. Step out of the vehicle. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Step out of the car. >> Hey, you better break the window. >> I'm getting out. I'm getting out. I'm getting out. >> Step out of the car. >> I'm getting out. I'M GETTING OUT. I'M GETTING OUT. >> Under arrest. >> Opportunity to get out. >> What is going on? Why am I under arrest? >> What? >> Obstruction. We gave you lawful orders. >> I gave YOU EVERYTHING. I ROLL MY WINDOWS DOWN. What is going on? I'm in Oakland, Dwayne. I rolled my windows. I'm giving y'all everything y'all wanted. >> Okay. Well, I gave you multiple >> I rolled everything down. I asked for a wife. >> I asked for a wife, sir. I rolled everything on the ground. >> Now you can talk to one at the station. >> Well, that was a window smash. That was a pretty damn good one. Now, just as a reminder, if you are a active duty or retired law enforcement officer and you want to make some extra cash, hit me up. Josh joshprimeytgmail.com.
