On March 1st, 2024, police were
dispatched to Orlando International
Airport after reports of a battery in

that's when he wanted my wallet. He

wallet. And so that he ripped it I had
it on and he ripped as he ripped one of
the straps off. And then I didn't want
to give it to him. So then I had it like
this the rest of the time. But everybody
saw him rip this. Well, these guys saw
him rip this first one off. And so then
I was sitting here like this and I was
just quiet the whole time. And
he just kept proceeding. I'm going to
ruin everything. I'm going to shatter
your life. I'm going to whatever.
And then he was trying to rip this off
my neck. And that's when the lady turned
around and said, "I'm done. I've
listened to you for the last hour and I
just saw you choke her and I am done. It
is my duty as a paramedic, as a citizen,
whatever to you're done."

got off the van and then got back on and
she was sitting right here. So, I really
could just hear them for the trip. And
then when I got back on, I got on and I
sat. So, I had this seat, both seats. So
I kind of got on and I kind of sat
sideways to face my husband and so I
could see them. He continued to yell at
her. He continued to get like this close
to her face up in her ear. And then all
of a sudden he just kind of he was like
this. She was sitting here. She wasn't
mounding off to him. She just kept
saying, "Okay, okay." And he just all of
a sudden got up on his left knee and
just went like this. put his wrist right
here on my neck and was like this and
was in her face like right up in her ear
hollering and he was choking her and she
was right in the face and she was like
you know and I just turn around like
okay you're going to I don't even know
what I said I'm just like okay you're I
said that's enough you know you're going
to stop and he immediately when he
figured out I don't know I think he was
just in such a violent frame of mind
that he just lost the fact that he was
surrounded by people doing this. And so
anyway, it escalated escalated. Finally,
when I told him that and he was choking
her, I said, "You're going to that's
enough." And and he he got up. He goes,
"I'm not doing anything. I'm not doing
anything. I didn't choke her." I said,
"I saw you. I saw you choke her." And
then he was like, "Okay." And I said,
"Well, you did that for the wrong person
because I'm going to report you." And he
goes, "That's fine. Don't kind of call
me James." But he sat down and then he
would and then he was like he didn't
come at any
