the video for today shows an incident
where officers were on patrol
checking a local business that had
signed a trespass authorization
this means
that when officers find somebody
on the premises of that local business
they are authorized
to charge that person with trespassing
on behalf of the business owner
on this day they found a homeless woman
who was
not wearing any clothes and was bathing
herself
with all that being said
i hope you enjoy this video
i hope you learned something
and i'll talk to you soon
[Music]

there's people here okay ma'am i'm not
gonna argue with you no but i just think
i'm the only brown person that comes up
here no we were just here we were just
here the other day
we were just here the other day for a
couple people i'm just saying it's not
just me okay i have no drugs i'm not i'm
not saying it's just you i'm just saying
we drove by and you're out here naked so
i cleaned up not only my area but the
whole torch i respect the area i'm i
yelled but okay rusty i also had
excessive forces not me by every
hospital in the security guard that now
i'm talking about it i just my birthday
with the 26th and i got restrained
because i was buying it like i'm the
only one that didn't use violence and i
got restrained and strapped down for
five hours on my third
birthday then i'm probably a doctor so i
might be sorry
okay do you have socks yeah i'm just
saying okay why
okay and uh
the last three years of my life i've
pretty much been in purgatory here in
this whole city had a 12 gauge in my
mouth people at the bat died three times
in my bathtub at 65 look alive young
woman's christian association
aggravated medicine a couple months ago
nothing on me
okay
hey let's worry about your stuff later
all right all right i need you i need
you to come take a seat
you're gonna have a seat on these steps
here i'm arrested for uh basically
public and decency which was dismissed
all of them because literally
establishments won't let me take a bath
or anything okay
i am unarmed as usual okay
so he can do whatever you're gonna come
to step up you said put my shoes down i
know so you're arresting me you're not
under arrest so why are you being so
rough i'm not being rough this is my i'm
not being rough first of all
and i did three years
no background whatsoever two and a half
years for [ __ ] like this and then i sat
and missed
i literally did nothing wrong but bathe
and i covered my breasts in my vagina
when i was here
nowhere will let me take the shower
you're gonna have a seat in the back of
my cruiser am i getting arrested you're
not under arrest right now you're just
being detained you're just being
detained
