on May 7th 2023 officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle observed driving erratically disregarding stop signs hello man s to Cal Police Department reason I stopped is cuz and didn't stop with that stop sign over at Russell and brown yeah just drove right past me right through Ro so he's got your driver's license insurance honey okay I can take your name then that should work what's up y my no my's nieces that's your sister yeah what happened yes I didn't stop oh okay scar yeah it's all good traffic violation so should be good here so yeah if you got if you got your insurance on your phone we're good here guys yeah that's fine if you could just stand over there for me okay what are you saying man I okay that's fine I can get I tell you what no it's all good I'll just take your name and date of birth okay what's your first name H is it an Illinois driver's license M Davis okay Davis are those your children in the back seat yeah okay well we got three of them back there and none of them are in seat bels right give me a second I'm going to see if I can find your driver's license try to find the insurance and we'll address what's going on with the kids okay name that's driver so this is Kyra Kyra's got the and she gave the nail KY okay well head over there what is your actual name what your actual name what did you say what's your actual name I just told you it's Kyrie what do you mean okay well you sure that's not KY next to you that's not KY that's like that's not my that's my whole sister that's M because I saw a photo of it's not looking like you do you have your driver you said you drive a picture dri I have a license I'm I'm a minor well I'm going to be 20 okay but you said you have a picture of it on your phone I don't even have a picture of it on my phone try find it try to find it yeah go try to find find okay I really don't have a picture on my phone I know I don't have a picture but you can go like okay let me just make sure I got it all right okay can you please it's not that okay is this correct this one three I'm sorry of what okay I three yeah 2 same name just a different date of birth impossible um not yet the bathroom oh okay no problem no problem just a little bit of cooperation is all I asked cuz I you already you already gave one fake name what's your name ma'am huh what's your name Kyrie so we've arrested Kyra we have her picture we're looking at her picture okay on our computers that's not you that you're not KY I mean I don't know what y'all twe that if you're giving us a bogus name which I believe you are you're going to get arrested and catch a new charge if you just have like no license or if you have a warrant we can handle that but you don't really want a new charge correct I mean it's not yes or no would you would you like a new charge cuz we can make it happen I'm saying that it's not that I'm not even on that with y'all so what are we on then not one with Y cuz providing a false name to a police officer is against the law and you provided her name so right now you could be in handcuffs I'm trying to give you the benefit of the doubt we try to avoid this you want to give us your correct name I mean I'm not there no record I'm just here with my kids like I'm trying to get to the CR apparently this his father so I'll see if he's goty he knows something hey sir so that's your daughter that is okay so I stopped her cuz she didn't stop at the stop sign over there so um what's her name what are you guys doing man yeah she's telling us that that's her name what's going on what's her name sir the girl in the pink braids that's a half sister okay do you know who sister's name Kylie Kylie what's going on man what is her name huh what is her name that's Kai Kai what's going on where you guys stop the stop sign is that Kye yes that's KY yeah okay what's that that's Kye the photo she told me dispatch said his photo ID on that I let me switch is there an issue with getting my grand babies s how you feel about that start she's 6 three and two they got two 6 three and two yeah you can take them come on guys I just need your ID real quick we're releasing the juvenile to you okay you said she uh ran a a stop sign it's only like that's like a traffic uh that is correct your grandaddy so it's like a citation or something yes but if we are getting false names that's C come on Mama baby come so do you have a driver's license in no one you don't okay saw we saw the photo right yeah yes a female yep and I asked her said she does have a license and so she doesn't have a license she never got one ask her if she never had one she said she said she doesn't have one she had a priest unlicensed at least that so what the so she gave you the same name just different date of birth yeah first so they're sisters with the same name interesting excuse me yeah yeah what was so when he came back to verify your name and date of birth you gave him the same name just a different date of birth is that accurate huh when he came back to verify your name and date of birth my dad no when an officer anist came back to verify your name and date of birth you gave him the same name but a
