you know whatever it's fine go do it
well then when he got home he on the
phone when I expressed it I was just a
little annoyed he just blew up on me and
so I hung up and I didn't want to deal
with that so I came home he came home
with the groceries and he wanted to
start talking about it and so I told him
that I didn't appreciate the tone that
he had with me on the phone we do not
speak that way I did not appreciate it
and then he just immediately got got
annoyed and mad at me and said that I
was in the wrong and that I had no no
reason to be upset in the first place

but he was so upset and so worked up
that he would not let me get a worded
and I'm trying to diffuse it and speak
calmly yeah I've been therapy I'm trying
to just be mature about it and not get
worked up right
and he did not want to listen to that he
kept getting worked up and worked up and
worked up okay and then I said will you

and he kept he
kept being very condescending to me
and I pulled my phone out to record him
for the way he was speaking to me and he
got annoyed by that and
then it just kept being condescending
tone to me and wouldn't let me speak or
get a word in
and and I I do I'm ashamed but I threw
my phone at him and I came up on him and
and I I didn't have I just you know I
when you threw your phone at him what
what happened when I threw my phone him
I went up to and I pushed him into the
seink did it hit him or did you it hit
him on the leg right here or in his

what happened then I pushed him on the
sink and he pushed me off a
mhm and then I told him that I hated
him just so upset cuz he gaslighting me

pushing and shoving whatever pushing

wouldn't wouldn't have my hands on him

when I went into the laundry room and I
went in there and then I poked my head
out and he was trying to grabb his keys

L so I acally jump I'm like all right
well let me go take care of it I'm going
to take care of groceries I'll pick them
up I'm going to be late but I I'll go
run and go do that right now so

there's an issue I want to help out she
then starts chirping in saying that the
only reason why I want to is cuz that I

I'm going off what she's verbally
telling me even though she's emotionally
telling me another thing and she she's
going up with the emotions okay um
so I tell her you know I'm going to go
pick him up I text her I try to
communicate everything the best I can
and we end up getting home I bring in
the groceries this the other and she
wants to talk about it fine and dandy
and everything but then she brings up
the fact that I only wanted to help her
because of her her tone in her voice not
because I wanted to because of I could
tell she was up go and I just toally
I told like that that was the straw that
BR back that I tried to communicate I at

was doing I called her I told her I was

know she was yelling at me like I won't
let her finish this side or the other um
oh we got physical because I didn't get
the only physical I got with her was I
held her hands and held her against the
wall CU she came at me she was smacking
me she was pushing me up against the
wall so I just grabbed her I H her and
when she was pushing at me I pushed her

never laid hands on her other than to

then on Monday the GM my course my the
the top guy on the golf course on in the
whole property called my boss and was
like Hey I want you and Spencer to come
out play gol L everyone else play We're
supposed to do this big end of the day
at 5:00 p.m. you know kind of just all
the management staff between the golf
and the crow shop and you know other
golf course management Landscaping side
what I do in the golf course we're all
going to go out for a business outing to
kind of get to know each other oh BL all
this and I with that with her you know
when I found out prior just told it was
going to be cancelled so on Monday I
called her I was like hey it was
supposed to be canceled but they just
you know just called us and said hey
y'all are coming right cuz he wanted to
play with us he still wanted to interact
with us Boss Man Boss that's head of the
whole entire Golf Course GM of the golf
course got you okay so at that point
yeah I'm kind of obligated to I kind of
put you in a tough spot so I called her
I told her iMed like I called her 5
minutes prior and told her hey I'm
leaving work it's looking like it's not
going to happen so I'm heading straight
home I get a phone call for 5 minutes I
call her right back afterward say hey
plans have Chang GM has asked us
specifically to come out I need to go
play and then she brought up that the
weekend and Monday and the fact that we
don't spend that much time together
because I work a lot you know different
schedules we usually only get like three
or four hours at the end of the day yeah
but this is all stuff at you okay if you
had a problem you have to communicate
though sure if you wanted me not to go
all you had to do is just tell me and I
would have she doesn't have a suicidal
history she's never tried and attempted
but she has threatened it to me to try
to create a emotional reaction at me did
she make any kind of statements like

your intentions
with I would never harm myself but I've
had instances
where I've had
instances where I've been very worked up
and I get pushed to a
point like I said earlier I've tried i s
therapy have tried to work through that
and tried to diffuse my
anger

on myself not on

using it on yourself no just I wanted to
get his attention to know that I was
serious like listen to me and I know
that's not right I that's not right at
