on the evening of March 7th
2022 the Orlando Police Department
responded to the scene at Universal
Studios in Orlando Florida at the theme
park for a potential battery the
following shows the body-worn camera
footage of what happened during the

hit him and he tries grabbing her

time she's still putting up a fight

it's just probably like 30 seconds of
him there was a lady that walked out
with him but she was never part of the

got into it first and he was trying to
break them up and he said mom was mad at
him cuz he felt like she she feels like
he's abandoning her and she doesn't like
the other lady and blah blah
blah typical familial struggle I
guess so his mom and son yes um he said
that he's 23 or 22 something basically
she's upset at him because of this girl
that he introduced or
whatever
um feels like he's abandoning her all
sort of stuff um so she just I got into
he said that she got into it started
getting into with the girl first and I
think he was just trying to restrain her
and she slapped him a couple times
according on on the video oh she's
saying that he grabbed her she's not
saying that she touched him yeah I'm
going to go watch the video just to kind
of see but if I mean if mean that's
still domestic battery on an adult son
you don't have the right to yeah you

mean so I have to go look at the video
real quick and see what's on there but

her based on her story it might be him

but when you come out to a public place

explain that to her I'm going to have
you fill out a statement just based on
the the incident what happened but I
mean like I said we already have it on
video um the initial contact is made by
her to you um in the hallway she slaps
you a couple times all you tried to do
is restrain her and then you kind of
tussled back and forth a little bit but
you know it's not it's unacceptable and
we just go off based on the primary
aggressor okay so should be able to do

understands what what's going on are you

initiates the whole physical contact

constitutes a battery
